本发明公开了一种挂壁式充电桩,包括固定在墙体上的充电桩箱体和充电电缆收放机构,充电电缆收放机构位于充电桩箱体的下方,所述充电桩箱体的下端连接有充电电缆,充电电缆穿过充电电缆收放机构的伸出端固定有充电枪,充电枪插套在充电桩箱体的左侧壁上。本发明可以将充电电缆自动收拢,解决了充电电缆由于过长散放在地面上的问题。

技术领域:
本发明涉及充电桩技术领域,具体涉及一种挂壁式充电桩。
背景技术:
充电桩其功能类似于加油站里面的加油机,可以固定在地面或墙壁,安装于公共建筑(公共楼宇、商场、公共停车场等)和居民小区停车场或充电站内,可以根据不同的电压等级为各种型号的电动汽车充电。充电桩的输入端与交流电网直接连接,输出端都装有充电插头用于为电动汽车充电。而现有的充电桩的充电电缆较长,直接散放在地面上,不仅容易绊倒行人,还会遭到汽车的碾压,充电电缆被损坏。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种挂壁式充电桩,它可以将充电电缆自动收拢,解决了充电电缆由于过长散放在地面上的问题。
本发明解决所述技术问题的方案是:
一种挂壁式充电桩,包括固定在墙体上的充电桩箱体和充电电缆收放机构,充电电缆收放机构位于充电桩箱体的下方,所述充电桩箱体的下端连接有充电电缆,充电电缆穿过充电电缆收放机构的伸出端固定有充电枪,充电枪插套在充电桩箱体的左侧壁上;所述充电电缆收放机构包括固定在墙体上的矩形箱,矩形箱的底面上铰接有六个带轮,其中四个带轮设置在矩形箱的四角,另两个带轮对称设置在矩形箱的上端中部;皮带呈双“冂”字型张紧在六个带轮上,所述皮带被六个带轮分成从左到右设置的第一段、第二段、第三段和第四段,所述带轮的前侧设有两个上下布置的升降台,上侧的升降台固定在第一段和第三段,下侧的升降台固定在第二段、和第四段上;所述上侧的升降台设有驱使其上下移动的驱动机构;所述矩形箱的右上端的侧壁上设有电缆进口,矩形箱的左侧壁上设有电缆出口;所述充电电缆穿过电缆进口后依次压靠在下侧的升降台的右端、下侧的升降台的左端、上侧的升降台的右端和上侧的升降台的左端,最后充电电缆穿过所述电缆出口;所述矩形箱的前侧设有盖板。
所述驱动机构包括固定在矩形箱的凹槽内的电动缸,电动缸的活塞杆的端部固定有推拉块,推拉块固定在上侧的升降台的中部,所述电动缸通过导线连接有控制面板,控制面板设置在盖板上,控制面板通过导线与设置在矩形箱内的电源连接。
所述升降台包括一体成型的左圆台、中间连杆和右圆台,左圆台和右圆台的外壁上各成型有凹槽内,所述充电电缆插套在凹槽内;左圆台和右圆台的后端各固定有一个连接凸台,连接凸台上成型有通孔,所述皮带插套并固定在通孔内。
所述左圆台和右圆台的外壁上各固定有一个挡块。
第一段、第二段、第三段和第四段平行设置。
本发明的突出效果是:与现有技术相比,它可以将充电电缆自动收拢,解决了充电电缆由于过长散放在地面上的问题。

具体实施方式:
实施例,见如图1至图4所示,一种挂壁式充电桩,包括固定在墙体上的充电桩箱体1和充电电缆收放机构2,充电电缆收放机构2位于充电桩箱体1的下方,所述充电桩箱体1的下端连接有充电电缆11,充电电缆11穿过充电电缆收放机构2的伸出端固定有充电枪12,充电枪12插套在充电桩箱体1的左侧壁上;所述充电电缆收放机构2包括固定在墙体上的矩形箱21,矩形箱21的底面上铰接有六个带轮22,其中四个带轮22设置在矩形箱21的四角,另两个带轮22对称设置在矩形箱21的上端中部;皮带23呈双“冂”字型张紧在六个带轮22上,所述皮带23被六个带轮22分成从左到右设置的第一段231、第二段232、第三段233和第四段234,所述带轮22的前侧设有两个上下布置的升降台24,上侧的升降台24固定在第一段231和第三段233,下侧的升降台24固定在第二段232、和第四段234上;所述上侧的升降台24设有驱使其上下移动的驱动机构3;所述矩形箱21的右上端的侧壁上设有电缆进口211,矩形箱21的左侧壁上设有电缆出口212;所述充电电缆11穿过电缆进口211后依次压靠在下侧的升降台24的右端、下侧的升降台24的左端、上侧的升降台24的右端和上侧的升降台24的左端,最后充电电缆11穿过所述电缆出口212;所述矩形箱21的前侧设有盖板25。
更进一步的说,所述驱动机构3包括固定在矩形箱21的凹槽213内的电动缸31,电动缸31的活塞杆311的端部固定有推拉块32,推拉块32固定在上侧的升降台24的中部,所述电动缸31通过导线连接有控制面板33,控制面板33设置在盖板25上,控制面板33通过导线与设置在矩形箱21内的电源34连接。
更进一步的说,所述升降台24包括一体成型的左圆台241、中间连杆242和右圆台243,左圆台241和右圆台243的外壁上各成型有凹槽244内,所述充电电缆11插套在凹槽244内;左圆台241和右圆台243的后端各固定有一个连接凸台245,连接凸台245上成型有通孔246,所述皮带23插套并固定在通孔246内。
更进一步的说,所述左圆台241和右圆台243的外壁上各固定有一个挡块26。
更进一步的说,第一段231、第二段232、第三段233和第四段234平行设置。
工作原理:第一,当需要对汽车充电时,通过操作面板33控制电动缸31收缩,电动缸31带动上侧的升降台24下移,上侧的升降台24带动皮带23的第一段231和第三段233下移,同时地带动第二段232和第四段234上移并带动下侧的升降台24上移,从而使充电电缆11解除张紧力被放松,然后拉出充电电缆11并对汽车进行充电;
第二,当充电完成后,将充电枪12插套在充电桩箱体1内,然后通过操作面板33控制电动缸31伸展,电动缸31带动上侧的升降台24上移,上侧的升降台24带动皮带23的第一段231和第三段233上移,同时地带动第二段232和第四段234下移并带动下侧的升降台24下移,从而将充电电缆11张紧将留在矩形箱21外的充电电缆11拉回到矩形箱21内。

1.一种挂壁式充电桩,包括固定在墙体上的充电桩箱体(1)和充电电缆收放机构(2),充电电缆收放机构(2)位于充电桩箱体(1)的下方,其特征在于:所述充电桩箱体(1)的下端连接有充电电缆(11),充电电缆(11)穿过充电电缆收放机构(2)的伸出端固定有充电枪(12),充电枪(12)插套在充电桩箱体(1)的左侧壁上;所述充电电缆收放机构(2)包括固定在墙体上的矩形箱(21),矩形箱(21)的底面上铰接有六个带轮(22),其中四个带轮(22)设置在矩形箱(21)的四角,另两个带轮(22)对称设置在矩形箱(21)的上端中部;皮带(23)呈双“冂”字型张紧在六个带轮(22)上,所述皮带(23)被六个带轮(22)分成从左到右设置的第一段(231)、第二段(232)、第三段(233)和第四段(234),所述带轮(22)的前侧设有两个上下布置的升降台(24),上侧的升降台(24)固定在第一段(231)和第三段(233),下侧的升降台(24)固定在第二段(232)、和第四段(234)上;所述上侧的升降台(24)设有驱使其上下移动的驱动机构(3);所述矩形箱(21)的右上端的侧壁上设有电缆进口(211),矩形箱(21)的左侧壁上设有电缆出口(212);所述充电电缆(11)穿过电缆进口(211)后依次压靠在下侧的升降台(24)的右端、下侧的升降台(24)的左端、上侧的升降台(24)的右端和上侧的升降台(24)的左端,最后充电电缆(11)穿过所述电缆出口(212);所述矩形箱(21)的前侧设有盖板(25)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种挂壁式充电桩,其特征在于:所述驱动机构(3)包括固定在矩形箱(21)的凹槽(213)内的电动缸(31),电动缸(31)的活塞杆(311)的端部固定有推拉块(32),推拉块(32)固定在上侧的升降台(24)的中部,所述电动缸(31)通过导线连接有控制面板(33),控制面板(33)设置在盖板(25)上,控制面板(33)通过导线与设置在矩形箱(21)内的电源(34)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种挂壁式充电桩,其特征在于:所述升降台(24)包括一体成型的左圆台(241)、中间连杆(242)和右圆台(243),左圆台(241)和右圆台(243)的外壁上各成型有凹槽(244)内,所述充电电缆(11)插套在凹槽(244)内;左圆台(241)和右圆台(243)的后端各固定有一个连接凸台(245),连接凸台(245)上成型有通孔(246),所述皮带(23)插套并固定在通孔(246)内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种挂壁式充电桩,其特征在于:所述左圆台(241)和右圆台(243)的外壁上各固定有一个挡块(26)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种挂壁式充电桩,其特征在于:第一段(231)、第二段(232)、第三段(233)和第四段(234)平行设置。
