Abstract

L'invention concerne un vêtement féminin comprenant des parties bonnets, et un procédé de fabrication dudit vêtement, l'invention étant caractérisée par une simplification du procédé de fabrication, et une durabilité accrue du vêtement. Ce procédé de fabrication comprend le moulage par thermocompression en une seule pièce d'un vêtement féminin doté de parties bonnets, par un processus consistant à positionner une couche de rétention de forme (2) contenant un matériau à base de résine présentant une élasticité, et une pièce comprenant un corps stratifié en forme de feuille (4) composé de ladite couche de rétention de forme (2) et de deux couches minces (3) opposées appliquées sur les deux faces de ladite couche de rétention de forme (2), de telle manière que la partie périphérique du corps stratifié en forme de feuille (4) est maintenue sur l'avant et l'arrière par des corps de support (5), puis à créer une forme tridimensionnelle comprenant une partie bonnet gauche et une partie bonnet droit (6, 7) ainsi qu'une partie support (8) conformes à la zone de poitrine d'une femme. Des zones minces d'une largeur prédéterminée sont formées à la périphérie externe des parties bonnet (6, 7) et de la partie support (8), lesdites zones minces présentant une largeur inférieure à celle du côté interne, et contenant de la résine dissoute mais ne s'infiltrant pas dans ses surfaces avant et arrière.
