Description

Description of the Invention: [Technical Field] The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a female garment and a female garment having a cup portion, for example, for the best application in a bra, a jumpsuit, a shirt vest, and the like. A method for manufacturing a women's clothing and a women's clothing having a cup portion, such as underwear, a swimsuit, a tights, and a dress with a cup. [Prior Art] For the chest part of the bra and the underwear, in order to increase the fullness, or in order to obtain the human body aesthetics or the aesthetic shape curve of the chest part, the gasket is set inside the chest part. Or have a conformal cup. Patent Document 1 discloses an example in which the bra cup or the spacer is a molded cup or the like which is formed into a predetermined shape by heat compression molding using a mold such as a polyurethane material or a nonwoven fabric. However, in recent years, there have been a lot of young women wearing a thin clothing which is close to the body curve of a underwear such as a one-piece petticoat, and it is expected that the contour of the underwear does not affect the underwear of the outer garment. Therefore, for example, in Patent Document 2, a seamless underwear is disclosed. The skinny underwear is formed into a resin having a high ductility on a single-sided coating of the two base fabrics of the front and back, and the base fabric is cut into a size that can be molded, and the back is thick. The cut two base fabrics are placed on a die-casting machine, and thermoformed in the form of thermoforming and bonding of the front and the back, and then the base fabric formed into the shape of the product is placed on the laser cutting blade. The edge of the product is cut to have a design effect, and an accessory part made of another item is mounted using an ultrasonic sewing machine-5-201249358. Further, Patent Document 3 discloses a garment having a cup-shaped portion, a base portion, a shoulder belt, and a back cloth, and integrally formed with a cup-shaped portion and a base portion, and having a cup portion. The integrally formed member is obtained by compression-molding a material having a uniform thickness such as a slab-shaped circular knit material knitted with a highly elastic yarn such as polyurethane foam, non-woven fabric or polyurethane using a mold having a desired shape. The thickness after forming is a thinner part, which is harder because of its stronger compression. The thickness after forming is a thicker part, which is softer due to weaker compression, so it can be obtained. It has an integral molded part with optimum thickness and softness. [PRIOR ART DOCUMENT] [Patent Document] [Patent Document] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. Hei. No. 2008-121153. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the seamless underwear of the patent document 2, the flat member to be a body of the cup portion and the base portion is cut into the right and left sides respectively. After the member is subjected to the pre-machining of the center portion, the two are integrally molded, and thus the manufacturing step -6 - 201249358 becomes complicated, resulting in an increase in cost. According to the second embodiment of the publication, the integrally formed member disclosed in Patent Document 3 is also formed by cutting the right and left flat members to the left and right. Therefore, in order to simplify the manufacturing steps, it is conceivable that the pre-processing such as cutting and sewing is not required, and the conformal layer and the base fabric sandwiching the conformal layer as the surface material and the back material are laminated in a sheet-like lamination. The body is directly subjected to hot compression molding, so that the left and right cup portions and the base portion can be integrally formed into a three-dimensional shape. However, the mold used in the thermocompression molding includes the base portion formed into a three-dimensional shape, so that the mold corresponding to the region around the cup portion cannot be provided with a press-preserved side, and the pressure of the mold of the punch is unevenly applied to The base portion around the cup portion retracts a part of the base portion, causing problems such as wrinkles during molding. In addition, the seamless underwear of the patent document 2 discloses that the edge of the product is melt-cut by a laser cutting blade or the like, so that there is a possibility that the cut portion contacts the skin and causes a bad touch and hurts the skin. The problem. The reason is that the base fabric or the resin coated on the base fabric is melted and solidified in the cut portion. Therefore, in reality, it is necessary to have a sewing operation such as a piping process that can cover the cut edge. The integrally formed member disclosed in Patent Document 3 also requires end processing such as a piping process under the same conditions. Thus, it is conceivable that the edge of the formed body underwear is cut by a mechanical cutting machine like a scissors instead of the laser cutting blade, but the article obtained thus has a problem of poor washability. That is, when the wearing and washing are repeated, the tensile force and the torsional force are applied to the product with the continuity of 201249358, and the product is repeatedly overlapped by the expansion and contraction and the wet and dry state, so that the edge portion is crimped. It will gradually relax, and the ray of the base cloth produced by the edge will cause the fiber to hang down and cause the appearance to deteriorate. Further, in the molded article such as the molded cup disclosed in Patent Document 1, even if the edge portion is melt-cut by a laser cutter or the like, it is housed inside the base fabric such as a bra when used, so that there is no resin. The problem of direct contact with the cut edge of the melted coagulation to the skin. Further, the base fabric and the conformal portion configured to contact the base fabric have different stretch characteristics, so that the base fabric may be embossed or wrinkled when it is repeatedly worn and washed, and thus there is a problem that the appearance is deteriorated. Further, when a base sheet of a slab is used, although the degree of swelling or wrinkles is reduced, the degree of blooming caused by washing becomes large, and the appearance is deteriorated. The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the invention is to provide a feminine garment having a cup portion and a method for producing the feminine garment which can simplify the manufacturing steps and improve the durability. [Means for Solving the Problem] In order to achieve the above object, the first feature of the feminine garment having the cup portion of the present invention is as shown in the first aspect of the patent application, and it is elastic. The conformal layer of the resin material and the sheet-shaped laminated body in which the film layers are laminated to face each other with the above-mentioned conformal layer interposed therebetween, and the left and right cup portions and the base portion are integrally thermally compression-molded into a shape of a stereo-8-201249358 along the female chest. The outer peripheral portion of the cup portion and the base portion is formed with a sheet having a predetermined width which is thinner than the inner side and which is melted with resin on both sides of the front and back, but the resin is melted to be impermeable. According to the above configuration, the integral heat-compression-molding is a left-right cup portion and a base portion along the three-dimensional shape of the female chest, and the protective layer made of an elastic resin and the protective layer are laminated to face each other. Since the sheet-like laminated body is formed, there is no need to have a step of sewing the left and right cup portions to the front center. As described above, as long as the garment is provided with the cup portion and the base portion which are formed into a three-dimensional shape, the chest portion is pulled to the side portion when worn, and the cup portion does not expand, and the three-dimensional shape of the breast and the crotch can be surely fitted. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a beautiful shape curve that is superior to human aesthetics or aesthetics. Further, since the outer peripheral portion of the cup portion and the base portion is heat-shrinked to a predetermined width and thinner than the inner side, the compressed state of the sheet-like laminated body can be firmly maintained. Therefore, even if the wearing and washing are repeated, the blooming is hardly caused. Therefore, it is possible to ensure a good appearance for a long period of time. Further, since the resin is compressed on the front and back sides of the sheet portion in a heated state in which it is melted to an impermeability, the resin is not viscous and hardened in the film layer, and the surface is discolored. Wait. For the above reasons, there is no need for a piping process for the edge portion for the purpose of improving the feeling of touch, and therefore the contour of the cup portion and the base portion does not affect the look of the outer garment. The second feature of the feminine garment having the cup portion of the present invention is as shown in the second aspect of the patent application, and the sheet is added in addition to the above-mentioned first -9-201249358 characteristic composition. In the state in which the support body holds the peripheral portion from the front and back sides, the left and right cup portions and the base portion are integrally thermally compression-molded into a three-dimensional shape along the female chest. According to the above-described configuration, the peripheral portion of the sheet-like laminated body is molded in a state in which the support is held by the front and back. Therefore, even if a large tension is applied to the mold which is pressed during molding, a cup portion is formed in the sheet-like laminated body. The surrounding portion of the portion, etc., but the tension is carried by the support, so that the sheet-like laminate does not become unnaturally involved. Based on this, wrinkles and the like are not generated, and it can be molded into one body and formed into a good three-dimensional shape. In the third aspect of the feminine garment having the cup portion of the present invention, as shown in the third aspect of the patent application, in addition to the first characteristic configuration or the second characteristic configuration, the conformal shape is added. The non-woven fabric is a non-woven fabric which is a short fiber of a thermoplastic polymer which has a lower melting point than the melting point of the base material in the aggregate of the polyester-based short fibers which are the base material. The non-woven fabric is integrally formed by welding the thermoplastic polymer. The above-mentioned non-woven fabric is provided with a three-dimensionally interlaced elastic structure of a polyester-based short fiber by a welded thermoplastic polymer, so that it is strong and elastic, and has excellent durability, and can be worn even if it is repeatedly worn and washed. Maintain stable shape retention for a long time. In addition, good air permeability can be obtained, so that it is not subject to the uncomfortable feeling caused by sultry heat for a long period of time, and the fourth feature of the female clothing having the cup portion of the present invention is constituted, as in the fourth aspect of the patent application. In addition to the above-described first to -10-201249358 feature configuration to the third feature configuration, the sheet-like laminate is laminated on one surface of the shape-receiving layer. a plurality of film layers are adhered to the film layer and the film layer by applying a dot-like adhesive to adhere to each other. If the surface of the conformal layer is coated with an adhesive, When the film layer is held, the softness of the sheet-like laminate is inhibited and the touch is deteriorated, so that the touch is deteriorated. However, if the adhesive is applied to the surface of the conformal layer in a dot shape to adhere to the film layer, It can be molded in a state in which the flexibility of the sheet-like laminate is maintained. As described above, as long as the plurality of film layers are laminated, even if the repeated washing causes wrinkles or ridges to adhere to the film layer of the conformal layer, the other film layer laminated above the film layer is covered with wrinkles or ridges. Wrinkles or ridges are not obvious, so they can maintain aesthetics for a long time. In addition, when the film layer is made of a thin cloth, there is almost no fifth characteristic composition of the female clothes having the cup portion of the present invention caused by washing, as in the fifth application of the patent application. As described in the above description, in addition to any of the first to fourth feature configurations described above, the thickness of the sheet portion is formed to be 0. 3~0. 7mm, its width is formed as 0. 5 ~ 6. 0 m m. Although it varies depending on the clothing of the sheet-like laminate to be used, the thickness of the sheet portion is formed to be 0. 3~0. 7mm, the width of the sheet portion is formed as 0. 5~6. At 0 mm, the effect of the first feature described above can be improved. In addition, the molded part of the cup portion and the base portion of the heat-compressed molding is replaced by a blade such as a scissors, and the laser cutting blade is replaced by a laser cutting blade, etc., but the resin is melt-hardened. The width is at least 0. More than 5mm. The sixth aspect of the feminine garment having the cup portion of the present invention is as shown in the sixth aspect of the patent application, except that the fifth characteristic configuration is added, and the back seam is located before the base portion. The width of the above-mentioned sheet portion of the joint portion is formed to be 4. 0~6. 0 mm, the width of the sheet portion other than the front and rear body seam portions is formed to be 4. 0mm or less. The width of the sheet portion other than the front and rear body seams is 0. 5mm or more and 4. When the thickness is 0 mm or less, there is no abnormal feeling for the feeling when worn, and the width of the sheet portion of the back seam portion before the base portion is formed to be 4. 0~ 6. At 0 mm, even if the front and rear body seams do not have a skeleton, the same effect can be obtained to avoid the side frame used when the chest is moved to the underarm. The seventh feature of the feminine garment having the cup portion of the present invention is as shown in the seventh aspect of the patent application, and is added to any of the first to sixth feature configurations. In the above-mentioned sheet-like laminate, two sheets of a film layer on which one surface of the shape-retaining layer is laminated are laminated so that the conformal layers face each other. In the hot compression molding process, when the sheet-like laminated body is pushed into the mold of the female mold by the punch, the elongation of the conformal layer in the thickness direction may be different, and this influence may cause a situation in which wrinkles are likely to occur. However, when the conformal layer is formed in two layers, the influence of the difference in the sliding relaxation elongation is caused on the opposing faces of the pair of conformal layers, and wrinkles can be effectively prevented. This effect is to improve the cushioning property, or to improve the correction effect of the chest part, so that the thicker the thickness of the conformal layer is, the more effective the effect is. β -12- 201249358 The eighth of the women's clothing with the cup part of the present invention In addition to the seventh characteristic configuration described above, the sheet-like laminated body is further laminated with another conformal layer between the two sheets of the sheet, as shown in the eighth aspect of the patent application. Composition. The effect of the eighth feature is the same as that of the seventh feature. According to the above configuration, the cushioning property can be improved, or the correction effect of the chest portion can be improved, so that the thickness of the conformal layer needs to be sufficient. At thickness, it is extremely effective to avoid crepe during hot compression molding. The ninth feature of the feminine garment having the cup portion of the present invention is as shown in the content of the ninth aspect of the patent application, and is added in addition to any of the first to eighth features. The upper end is a lower end of the base portion, and a corrugated edge portion of a plurality of waves is formed in each of the front and rear sides of the frying body. When the base portion is stretched or twisted from the left and right end portions during wearing or washing, when the tensile force acts on the lower end edge of the base portion, the crimping state of the lower end edge may become weak, but the lower end edge may be formed. Since there is a wave edge of the complex wave, the tensile force or the like does not directly act on the lower end edge, so that blooming can be effectively prevented. In addition, the elegant decorative effect of the female can be obtained by simultaneously forming the waveform of the complex wave at the lower end edge. According to the tenth feature of the feminine garment having the cup portion of the present invention, as shown in the content described in claim 10, in addition to any of the first to ninth features, In addition, a concave portion having a depth corresponding to the thickness of the shoulder strap is formed on the skin-side upper portion of the cup portion, thereby forming a recess for mounting the shoulder strap. -13- 201249358 According to the above configuration, when the end portion of the shoulder strap is adhered or sewn to the concave portion formed on the upper portion of the skin side of the cup portion, since the depth of the concave portion corresponds to the thickness of the shoulder strap, the skin does not The transfer has a trace of the shoulder strap, or does not have a strange feeling, in addition, the mounting portion of the shoulder strap does not affect the look of the outer garment. According to the eleventh feature of the feminine garment having the cup portion of the present invention, as described in the first aspect of the patent application, in addition to any of the first to tenth features, Further, on the skin side of the cup portion, an oblong slab portion for breast support is formed along the breast peak line from the lower side toward the upper bust. According to the above configuration, the oblong slab portion pushes up the bust toward the center, so that a good shape correcting effect can be obtained. A feature of the method for producing a feminine garment having a cup portion according to the present invention, as described in the twelfth aspect of the patent application, comprising: a pretreatment step of retaining a layer containing a resilient resin material and a sheet-like laminated body in which the film layers are laminated to face each other with the above-mentioned conformal layer interposed therebetween is disposed between the lower side mold shell and the upper side mold shell; the molding step is performed on the lower mold shell and the upper mold shell By crimping, the left and right cup portions and the base portion are integrally thermally compression-molded into a three-dimensional shape along the female chest, and a peripheral portion of the cup portion and the base portion is formed to have a thickness thinner than the inner side and a resin is melted on both sides of the front and back sides. However, the resin is melted into a sheet portion of a specified width which is impermeable; the heat dissipation step is to heat the sheet-like laminate after heat compression molding; and the cutting step is a cup portion of the sheet-like laminate after hot-compression molding with a blade. The sheet-like laminate is naturally dissipated while being held in the frame; and the cutting step is performed by removing the sheet-like laminate after the thermocompression molding from the frame. Mechanically cutting around the cup and the bottom portion of the base. [Effect of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a feminine garment having a cup portion and a method for producing the feminine garment which can simplify the manufacturing step and improve the durability. [Embodiment] [Best Embodiment of the Invention] Hereinafter, a female clothing having a cup portion according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the first (a) and the first (b), the female clothing 1 having the cup portion of -15-201249358 of the present invention is exemplified. The feminine garment 1 is composed of a conformal layer 2 containing an elastic resin material, and a sheet-like laminated body 4 in which the film layer 3 is laminated to face each other with the conformal layer 2 interposed therebetween, and is configured as a left and right cup portion. 6, 7 and the base portion 8 - body heat compression molding into a three-dimensional shape along the female chest. As shown in Fig. 2(a), the sheet-like laminate 4 is formed by laminating the two sheets 4a and 4b on which the film layer 3 is laminated on one side of the conformal layer 2 so that the conformal layers 2 face each other. The conformal layer 2 is composed of a non-woven fabric which is a mixture of polyester-based short fibers which are a base material, and has a lower melting point than the melting point of the base material, and has a melting point of 4 (TC). The short fiber of the thermoplastic polymer having a low melting point is preferably a non-woven fabric which is integrally bonded by welding the thermoplastic polymer. As shown in Fig. 2(b), the non-woven fabric is. The cotton blended with the polyester staple fiber and the low-melting short fiber is expanded into a plurality of layers by adding the fibers to the cotton web after the fiber is opened in the thickness direction D. It is obtained by a temperature higher than the melting point of the low-melting fiber and by heat treatment at a temperature lower than the melting point of the polyester-based short fiber. By heat treatment, the warp and weft intersection points of the low-melting-point fibers and the polyester-based short fibers or the low-melting-point fibers are thermally welded to each other to form a fiber cushioning material which is lightweight and has high resilience and high gas permeability. Further, it is also possible to use a non-woven fabric in which the cotton web is laminated into a plurality of layers and then heat-treated in a state in which the fibers are arranged in the plane direction. The above non-woven fabric is elk-16- using Teijin Fiber Co., Ltd. 2012-49358 (registered trademark of the company) V-Lap (The company's registration is good. When using the above-mentioned non-woven fabric, the breathability, shape retention and cushioning properties of the final product can be ensured. Back to Figure 2 (a) In the film layer 3, a knitted fabric such as polyester fiber, a cloth such as cotton or silk, or the like may be used. However, in the present embodiment, it is preferable to use a double-edged fabric of polyester fiber. Forming an adhesive layer b which is adhered in a urethane type, and is adhered to the adhesive layer b at a plurality of points 3° as shown in the third (a) to the third (c), and the surrounding portion A sheet-like laminated body 4 held from the front and back of the watch [refer to the third (a is provided in the upper mold Mu and the lower cast chamber adjusted to the designated temperature [see Fig. 3 (b)]), by moving the upper mold Mu to Ml The sheet-like laminated body 4 is lowered and clamped, and the sheet-like laminated body 4 is compression-molded (see Fig. 3(c)). The support body 5 is formed of a resin or a pair of wooden frames to form a vertical frame and a left and right frame. Thereby, it is formed as a planar rectangular body which is formed by bending at a predetermined angle toward the convex direction of the cup portion. The sheet-like laminated body 4 is sandwiched between the pair of frames described above. The molds Mu and M1 which are pressed during molding cause a large portion in which the cup portions 6 and 7 are formed in the sheet-like laminated body 4, but Since the tension is received by the support body 5, the unnatural label of the peripheral portion of the cup portions 6, 7 of the sheet-like laminated body 4 can be dispersed and coated with a rib knitted fabric having good gas permeability. The body 5) is a mold-integrated heat of the lower part of the mold M1, respectively. The left and right frames are bent to form a circumference of the tension application portion to avoid thinning. Base -17- 201249358 Here, wrinkles and the like are not generated, and it can be molded into a single body and formed into a good three-dimensional shape. In the upper mold Mu, a pair of convex portions M3 and M4 are formed to correspond to the skin side of the cup portions 6, 7. In the lower mold M1, a pair of concave portions M1 and M2 are formed to face the front side of the cup portions 6, 7 in each convex shape. Around the portions M3 and M4 and the concave portions M1 and M2, a base portion 8 having a concave-convex shape corresponding to a front and rear body portion is formed. Therefore, by the hot press molding of the molds Mu and M1, the sheet-like laminated body 4 can be integrally molded into a three-dimensional shape along the female chest. The time and temperature required for the thermocompression molding can be set to an appropriate crucible according to the material and thickness of the sheet-like laminate 4, and although it is not particularly limited, the time is preferably from 60 seconds to 120 seconds, and the temperature is 18 (TC). It is preferably at a temperature of 210 ° C, wherein the time is preferably from 80 seconds to 100 seconds, and the temperature is preferably from 190 ° C to 200 ° C. In particular, when the conformal layer The non-woven fabric for constituting is a short fiber of a thermoplastic polymer which has a lower melting point than the melting point of the base material in the aggregate of the polyester-based short fibers which are the base material, and the thermoplastic polymer is polymerized by the above-mentioned thermoplastic polymerization. When the material is welded and integrated into a non-woven fabric, the time and temperature required for the thermocompression molding are optimal in the latter case. After the molding, the sheet-like laminate 4 is taken out from the molding machine to be held in the support. In the state of the body 5, natural cooling is performed so that the shape after molding is not inclined. Alternatively, it is possible to use a cooling air that does not cause a skewed shape of the shape of the sheet-like laminated body 4 after molding to perform forced cooling. 18 - 201249358 Then, the support body 5 is removed, and the outer peripheral portions of the cup portions 6, 7 and the base portion 8 are mechanically cut by scissors. The reason for cutting with scissors is to cut with a laser cutter or ultrasonic wave. When the knives or the like are melt-cut, the resin melts and solidifies at the cutting position, and the touch is deteriorated. Returning to Fig. 1(a) and Fig. 1(b), the cup portions 6 and 7 and the base portion are described. The outer peripheral portion of the sheet 8 is formed with sheet portions 6a, 7a, and 8a having a predetermined thickness thinner than the inner side. The sheet portions 6a, 7a, and 8a are formed with resin on both front and back surfaces, but the resin is melted to be impermeable. When the non-woven fabric to be the conformal layer 2 is to be heat-compressed into a predetermined shape, the molded state is melted and maintained in a non-woven layout. However, when a certain region is melted, the hardening after cooling causes a poor touch. When the outer peripheral portions of the cup portions 6, 7 and the base portion 8 are hardened, the performance of the product is greatly impaired. Therefore, the time and temperature required for the thermocompression molding are adjusted to be appropriate. As a result, the sheet portions 6a, 7a, 8a are obtained. Is that the resin is melted on both sides of the back of the watch. The resin is melted to a degree of impermeability, and is locally melted in the inside thereof, whereby the compressed state is firmly maintained. Then, even if the wearing and washing are repeated, the blooming is hardly caused, and a good appearance can be ensured for a long period of time. In addition, since the resin is melted by melting the resin on both sides of the front and back sides of the sheet portion but the resin is melted to be impervious, the touch is not generated when the resin penetrates the film layer after melting. For the above reasons, it is not necessary to have a piping process for the edge portion for the purpose of improving the feeling of touch, and therefore the contour of the cup portion and the base portion does not affect the look of the outer garment. -19- 201249358 The thickness of the sheet portions 6a, 7a, 8a is formed to be 0. 3~0. 7mm is preferred, the width of the sheet portions 6a, 7a, 8a is formed to be 0. 5~6. 0mm is preferred. When the sheet portions 6a, 7a, 8a are heat-compressed to a thickness of 0. 3~0. When it is within the range of 7 mm, even if it is repeatedly worn and washed, there is almost no blooming. Further, the width of the sheet portion 8a of the back body seam portion 8b before the base portion is formed to be 4. 0~6. 0mm is better. As a result, even if the front and rear body seaming portions 8b do not have the skeleton, the same effect as that of the side skeleton used when the chest circumference is moved to the underarm can be obtained. The width of the sheet portions 6a, 7a, 8a outside the front and rear body seam portions 8b is formed to be 4. When it is 0 mm or less, it does not cause a strange feeling when worn, and sufficient washing durability can be ensured. When the scissors are cut, it is ensured that the width of the sheet portions 6a, 7a, 8a is at least 〇. 5mm can be. At the lower end of the base portion 8, a corrugated edge portion 8c of a complex wave is formed in each of the front and rear body-seam portions in which the center is symmetric. When the base portion 8 is stretched or twisted from the left and right end portions during wearing or washing, and the tensile force acts on the lower end edge of the base portion 8, the crimping state of the sheet portion 8a at the lower end edge region may become weak. Open up. However, since the wave edge portion 8c of the complex wave is formed at the lower end edge, the tensile force or the like does not directly act on the lower end edge, so that blooming can be effectively prevented. In addition, the elegant decorative effect of the female can be obtained by simultaneously forming the waveform of the complex wave at the lower end edge. In the first drawing, two waveforms are formed on the right and left sides. However, the number and size of the waveforms are not particularly limited. Therefore, the lower end edges are not formed into a straight line -20-201249358. In the fourth (a) and fourth (b) drawings, the sheet-like laminated body 4 after compression molding is shown. The second sheet portion 9 having a width of several mm is formed on the outer peripheral portion of the sheet portions 6a, 7a, 8a of the sheet-like laminated body 4 after compression molding. The thicknesses of the sheet portions 6a, 7a, 8a and the second sheet portion 9 are all formed to be 0. 3~0. The equal thickness in the range of 7 mm is provided at an angle of several degrees to ten degrees between the surface on which the sheet portions 6a, 7a, 8a are formed and the surface formed by the second sheet portion 9. The second sheet portion 9 is compression-molded on a surface substantially parallel to the sheet-like laminate 4 before compression molding, and the sheet portions 6a, 7a, and 8a are compression-molded surfaces that are slightly inclined toward the cup portions 6, 7 side. Therefore, at the boundary between the sheet portions 6a, 7a, 8a and the second sheet portion 9, a line L is formed, and when the line L is guided as a cutting line, the sheet portion 6a, 7a can be made to be cut by scissors. , 8a avoids defects when cutting. The upper cup portion 8 and the cup portions 6 and 7 are formed to have a certain thickness of several mm on the outer side of the sheet portions 6a, 7a' 8a, and the lower cup portion is formed to be thinner from the breast peak line toward the top of the bust. Slightly thicker. Further, as shown in Fig. 1(b), the skin side ' of the cup portions 6 and 7 is an oblong slab portion 6b, 7b for breast support formed along the breast peak line from the lower side toward the upper bust. The thick-shaped thick portion pushes the bust toward the center while pushing up, so that a good shape correction effect can be obtained, plus 'the upper part of the skin on the cup portions 6, 7 is formed to have a depth equivalent to the shoulder strap thickness. The recesses 6c, 7c are formed so that the shoulder straps can be attached to the recesses 6c, -21 - 201249358 7c. When the end portions of the shoulder strap are adhered or sewn to the concave portions 6c, 7c, since the depth of the concave portions 6c, 7c is equivalent to the thickness of the shoulder strap, the skin does not transfer the trace of the shoulder strap, or does not There is a strange feeling, in addition, the mounting portion of the shoulder strap does not affect the look of the outerwear. As described above, the method for producing a female garment having a cup portion according to the present invention includes a laminate holding step, a pretreatment step, a molding step, a heat dissipation step, and a cutting step. The description of each step is performed below. The laminate holding step is a sheet-like laminate in which a conformal layer containing an elastic resin material and a film layer are laminated so as to face each other across the conformal layer, and the frame body is held around the front and back sides of the frame. Figure 3 (a)]. The pre-treatment step is to arrange a sheet-like laminated body held by a frame between the side mold shell (molding mold) and the upper side mold shell (molding mold) which are relatively movable. In the molding step, the lower mold case and the upper mold case are pressure-bonded, and the left and right cup portions and the base portion are integrally thermally compression-molded into a three-dimensional shape along the female chest (see Fig. 3(c)). At this time, the outer peripheral portion of the cup portion and the base portion is formed with a predetermined width sheet portion which is thinner than the inner side and which is melted with resin on both sides of the front and back, but the resin is melted and impervious. In the heat dissipation step, the sheet-like laminated body after the thermocompression molding is naturally dissipated or forcedly cooled while being held in the frame. In the cutting step, the sheet-like laminated body after the thermocompression molding is detached from the frame, and the blade is mechanically cut around the cup portion and the base portion. In addition, a female garment having a cup portion cut by the cutting step is subjected to secondary processing to produce a wide variety of women's clothing. 8 -22-201249358 In the fifth (a), the bra of one example of the above-mentioned feminine clothing is formed by the left and right body portions 8 formed by the left and right cup portions 6 and 7 and the base portion 8 . A back cloth 11 is sewn to the left and right front and rear body seam portions, respectively. The end piece of the back cloth 11 is provided with a locking device, and a normal bra having a shoulder strap without a heat compression molding is connected between the upper edge of the cup portions 6 and 7 and the back cloth 11, and the average manufacturing work, cutting work The number is about 10', and the number of sewing machines is about 62. In total, 72 workers are required. In contrast, the bra manufactured by the present invention using hot compression molding has a number of cuts of about 1, and the number of sewing machines is about 21, which requires 22 workers in total. The number can greatly reduce the number of manufacturing workers. The women's clothing 1 having the cup portion described above may be assembled into a cover underwear or a dress with a cup. Fig. 5(b) is a view showing a feminine garment 1 having a cover portion for use in the underwear for the cup or the dress with the cup. The basic configuration is the same as that described in the first (a) and first (b) drawings. However, in the upper part of the skin side of the cup portions 6 and 7, the concave portion having a depth corresponding to the thickness of the shoulder strap is not formed, but The upper portions of the cup portions 6 and 7 are formed to have a shape in which the front end is elongated (see a region selected by a dotted circle in the drawing). This is done in order to ensure that there is a seam for the seam to be sewn in the underwear or dress 1 2 . The following describes another embodiment. In the above-described embodiment, the sheet-like laminate 4 in which the film layer 3 is laminated on one surface of the shape-retaining layer 2 and the sheet-like laminates 4 in which the conformal layers 2 are opposed to each other is described (refer to the third (a). )), but it can also be broken as shown in Figure 8 (a) with the number of 8b covers. The cup is said to be in the middle of the 4b Ming -23-201249358, in the middle of the two sheets 4a, 4b. Another conformal layer 2 is laminated. The thickness and number of sheets of the other conformal layer 2 are not particularly limited. By adopting the above-described multilayer structure, in addition to being able to effectively prevent wrinkles during the hot press forming process, the cushioning property can be improved, or the correction effect of the chest portion can be improved. Further, as shown in Fig. 6(b), the sheet-like layer #4 may be formed by laminating the film layer 3 on both surfaces of one of the conformal layers 2. The material, the thickness, and the like of the conformal layer 2 and the film layer 3 for forming the same sheet-like laminated body 4 are not necessarily the same, and the material, the thickness, and the like may be appropriately changed depending on the purpose. The conformal layer 2 may be made of a non-woven fabric made of a polyamide fiber or an acrylic fiber or a vinylon fiber, or a polyurethane or soft-polyvinyl chloride or ethylene, in addition to the non-woven fabric composed of the above-mentioned polyester fiber. A thermoformable synthetic resin foam such as a vinyl acetate copolymer. The conformal layer 2 may be any resin material having elasticity. The film layer 3 is a knitted fabric which can be made of polyester fiber or polyamide fiber or nylon fiber or acrylic fiber. For example, in addition to the above-mentioned double rib knitted fabric, raschel warp and weft knitted fabric and flat needle can be used. For knitted fabrics, warp knitted fabrics, corrugated board knitted fabrics, mesh fabrics and the like can be used. Further, a cloth made of cotton or silk or the like may be used, and any material having a gas permeability such as a multi-porous resin sheet may be used. Although the texture of the film layer 3 is as thin as possible, it is more difficult to cause blooming due to washing or the like. However, since the degree of expansion and contraction of the film layer 2 differs from that of the shape retaining layer 2, wrinkles may occur on the surface due to washing or the like. In this form, it is preferable to laminate a plurality of film layers 3 on one side of the conformal layer 2 from 8 to 24 to 201249358. At this time, the conformal layer 2 and the film layer 3 and the film layer 3 may be adhered to each other at a plurality of points by applying a dot-like adhesive. In the sixth embodiment, Fig. 6(c) shows an embodiment in which two thin film layers 3 are laminated on the sheet-like laminated body 4 including the two sheets 4a and 4b described in the second (a). The repeated coating of the film causes wrinkles or ridges to be adhered to the film layer of the conformal layer, but the other film layer 3 laminated on the film layer 3 is covered with crepe or ridges, so that the wrinkles or ridges are not obvious, so Can maintain beautiful appearance for a long time. Further, when the film layer is made of a thin cloth, there is almost no ingot opening due to washing. In the inner surface of the lower mold M1 which becomes the lower mold case shown in Fig. 3(b), if a design pattern such as a flower or a fruit or a cartoon character is formed, it can be simultaneously formed in the cup during the hot compression molding. The surface of the portions 6, 7 is formed with a pattern of irregularities. In the above embodiment, the adhesive layer b in which the adhesive agent is dispersed and applied in a dot shape is formed on one surface of the conformal layer 2, and the adhesive layer b is adhered to the adhesive layer b. The example of the film layer 3 has been described. However, the method of bonding the conformal layer 2 and the film layer 3 or the method of bonding the film layers 3 to each other is not limited to the method in which the above-mentioned adhesive is dispersed and applied in a dot shape. The method is to bond through a sheet-like adhesive sheet. The method of dispersing and applying the adhesive into a dot shape is difficult to store the adhesive after opening, so it is necessary to bond the long-size conformal layer 2 or the film layer 3 in advance, which is of course most suitable for a large number of Production, but there will be problems that are not suitable for small batch production. -25- 201249358 In contrast, when the adhesive sheet is used, it is possible to use a long-size adhesive sheet in combination with the size of the conformal layer 2 or the film layer 3 that has been cut to a desired size, so that it can be used. It is easy to manufacture a laminate of a desired size, and it can be produced in various batches without waste. The embodiment of the feminine garment having the cup portion described above is merely an example of the present invention, and the material, the thickness, the size, and the like of each portion for constituting the sheet-like laminate may be in a range in which the effects of the present invention can be attained. If appropriate, parameters such as temperature or time during hot compression molding may be appropriately set depending on the selected material or the like. [Industrial Applicability] The women's clothing with a cup portion of the present invention is preferably applied to, for example, a bra, a slip-on slip, a shirt vest, and the like, a swimsuit, a tights, a dress with a cup, and the like. .
