- the bottom beam 4 is a rectangular plate provided on the upper surface 3a of the base 3, and supports the bottom side of the glass plate G to be mounted. As shown in FIG. 1 (b), the bottom beam 4 is disposed at an angle with respect to the upper surface 3 a of the base 3 by providing the front lower portion thereof on the base 3 via the bottom piece 7. Yes. Moreover, the bottom rail 4 is provided in two places in the width direction of the base 3 in this embodiment, and each upper surface (inclined surface), ie, the mounting surface of the glass plate G, comprises the same plane. Is arranged.
- top surfaces of these bottom rails 4 are substantially flat with no grooves or the like for inserting the glass plate G, and can be placed in a wavy shape as long as a plurality of glass plates G can be placed with the interleaving paper P interposed therebetween. It may be rough.
- the bottom rail 4 may be composed of a single plate having the same length as the width of the back plate 5 described later.
- the bottom bar 4 is preferably inclined by 5 ° to 25 °, more preferably 10 ° to 20 °, and particularly preferably about 18 ° with respect to the upper surface 3a of the base 3. Thereby, the operator can perform the positioning operation
- Each glass plate G is brought into contact with the glass plate G on the back plate 5 side by its own weight, so that no useless gap is generated between the glass plates G.
- stabilization of the glass plate G to mount can be aimed at, the shift
- the back plate 5 is supported and fixed on one surface side to a support frame 8 provided on the upper surface 3 a of the base 3, and a lower end portion is supported and fixed on the bottom rail 4.
- the support frame 8 includes a support column 9 disposed so as to rise upward with respect to the upper surface 3a of the base 3, an inclined frame 10 disposed to be inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the upper surface 3a of the base 3, A reinforcing frame 11 provided between the support column 9 and the inclined frame 10 is provided.
- a plurality of the inclined frames 10 are provided on the upper surface 3a of the base 3 so as to be 90 ° to 100 °, particularly preferably about 95 ° with respect to the upper surface of the bottom beam 4.
- a plurality of support columns 9 are also provided corresponding to the inclined frame 10.
- a plurality of reinforcing frames 11 are provided on the upper surface 3a of the base 3 and at the center in the height direction of each of the columns 9 and the inclined frame 10.
- the back plate 5 is attached to the outside of the inclined frame 10 of the support frame 8 having such a configuration, and is therefore inclined at the same angle as the inclined frame 10.
- the back plate 5 is a rectangular plate that receives and supports one side of the glass plate G placed vertically on the bottom beam 4, and is formed slightly larger than the glass plate G to be mounted.

- the spacer 12 is formed to have a thickness that is substantially the same as the length of the extension portion of the interleaf paper P described later.
- the spacer of the present invention is not limited to such a size and thickness, and various sizes and thicknesses can be used.
- the size if the height of the surface on the side of the glass plate G to be mounted is substantially the same as or lower than the height of the glass plate G, the width may be different from that of the glass plate G.
- the upper end surface of the spacer is parallel to the thickness direction of the spacer as shown in FIG. 1B in this embodiment. However, as shown in other embodiments to be described later, it is inclined. It may be a surface.
- the height of the surface of the spacer 12 on the side of the glass plate G to be mounted is substantially the same as or lower than the height of the glass plate G. If the height of the spacer 12 is higher than the height of the glass plate G, it will be described later. This is because when the extending portion of the interleaf paper P is inclined toward the spacer 12, the spacer 12 interferes with the extending portion of the interleaf paper P arranged on the spacer 12 side, and the extending portion cannot be inclined. .
- the phrase “substantially the same as the height of the glass plate G” means within ⁇ 10% of the height of the glass plate G, preferably within ⁇ 5%.
- the spacer 12 is 10% higher than the height of the glass plate G, the extending portion of the interleaf paper P is tilted upward without being laid down beside it, as will be described later. This is because it does not interfere with the extending portion of the paper P.
- the thickness of the spacer 12 may not be substantially the same as long as it is close to the length of the extending portion of the interleaf paper P.
- glass plates G are stacked in the front-rear direction of the bottom rail 4, that is, in a direction orthogonal to the outer surface of the back plate 5 and stacked vertically.
- a rectangular interleaf paper P is sandwiched between the glass plates G.
- the interleaving paper P is for preventing the glass plates G from coming into direct contact with each other, and is for preventing the glass plates G from interfering with each other and being damaged during conveyance.
- the smoothness of the paper (JIS P 8119, 1976) is used to prevent the resin content in interleaving paper P from being transferred to the surface of the glass plate G and causing paper textures, burns and dirt.
- a roughened surface of 20 seconds or shorter, preferably 18 seconds or shorter is used. Thereby, the contact area with respect to the surface of the glass plate G reduces, and the transfer of a resin part is suppressed.
- the resin content is adjusted to 0.1% by mass or less, preferably 0.05% by mass or less (JIS P 8205, 1976), thereby maintaining the quality of the glass plate G by the combined action with the rough surface.
- a possible slip sheet P is preferred.
- the interleaf paper P is larger than the glass plate G as shown in FIG. 1B. Therefore, when the glass plate G is placed, at least the upper end portion extends upward from the upper side of the glass plate G, and the extension portion PE Is formed. Further, in the present embodiment, the interleaf paper P protrudes (extends) on both the left and right sides of the glass plate G (not shown).
- the extension part PE extending above the glass plate G has a length of about 50 to 80 mm, for example. Moreover, the length of the part which protruded on both right and left sides is also substantially the same length as the extension part PE, respectively.
- the lower end PL of the interleaving paper P is arranged so as to be lifted by about 5 mm from the upper surface (mounting surface) of the bottom rail 4 as shown in FIG.
- the lower end portion of the interleaf paper P spreads on the bottom rail 4 and the glass on the widened interleaf paper P.
- the board G can be prevented from being placed.
- the extending portion PE of the interleaving paper P is uniformly inclined toward the spacer 12 as shown in FIG.
- Uniform means that all the extending portions PE are inclined at substantially the same angle in the same direction (spacer 12 side).
- the substantially same angle means that, for example, a variation within about ⁇ 20%, preferably about 10% with respect to a predetermined angle is allowed.
- the packaging body 1 of this embodiment is conventionally well-known after the glass plate G and the interleaving paper P are alternately arrange
- the glass plate G is fixed by various fixing tools (not shown), and a resin sheet is attached or stored in a packing box as necessary, so that the final sheet is provided for transportation or the like. Formed into a form.
- a glass plate pressing member 13 as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 1B is used to fix the glass plate G to the packaging container 2.
- the glass plate pressing member 13 is formed with a front frame 14 and a side frame 15.
- the side frame 15 is attached to both sides of the support frame 8, and the front frame 14 is attached to the front end of the side frame 15. Yes.
- the glass plate pressing member 13 is attached to the side frame 15 by detachably attaching the front frame 14 or by attaching the side frame 15 to the support frame 8 detachably.
- the glass plate G can be accommodated.
- the glass plate pressing member 13 may be provided with an airbag 16 inside the front frame 14. By pressing the glass plate G with the airbag 16, the glass plate G can be fixed reliably.
- Such an airbag 16 is preferably configured to press and fix the glass plate G by adjusting the amount of air and appropriately inflating it. Any number of airbags 16 may be provided as necessary.
- a side pressing member (not shown) for fixing the side portion of the glass plate G.
- the spacer 12 is arrange
- the glass plates G and the interleaving papers P are alternately arranged on the bottom rail 4, whereby a plurality of glass G plates are placed on the bottom rail 4 and the interleaving paper P is sandwiched between the glass plates G.
- the glass plate G is placed on the bottom rail 4 in the same manner as before by using a dedicated robot arm (not shown).
- the interleaving paper P is placed on the glass plate G in the same manner as before by using a dedicated robot arm (not shown).
- the interleaving paper P is arranged so that the lower end PL of the interleaving paper P is lifted from the bottom rail 4 by about 5 mm, for example.
- the upper end portion is extended from the upper side of the glass plate G by about 50 to 80 mm to form an extension portion PE.
- the glass plate G is fixed on the packing container 2 by the member 13 or the like.
- the extending portion PE of the interleaf paper P sandwiched between the glass plates G is tilted uniformly toward the spacer 12 side.
- a process for inclining the extending portion PE for example, as shown in FIG. 3, the extending portion PE is tilted toward the spacer 12, and a plate-like pressurizing body (weight) 17 is placed thereon. Then, this state is maintained for a predetermined time, for example, overnight, and then the pressurizing body 17 is removed from the extending portion PE. Then, although the extension part PE rises slightly, the extended state is maintained in the pressurized direction, and thus is uniformly inclined as shown in FIG. 2 (b).
- the tilting angle is not particularly limited, and may be tilted by, for example, about 30 ° to 80 ° with respect to the front and back surfaces of the glass plate G. That is, when attracting and holding the extension part PE by a robot arm, which will be described later, the inclination angle of the extension part PE can be accommodated by adjustment on the robot arm side. Therefore, if the inclination angle is constant, This is because the extension part PE can be positioned satisfactorily by the robot arm.
- the extension portion PE is placed on the spacer 12 side as shown in FIG.
- the interleaf paper P arranged on the spacer 12 side is also placed on the upper end surface of the spacer 12 without the extension portion PE being interfered with the back plate 5. Therefore, the extension part PE of the interleaf paper P arranged on the spacer 12 side can be reliably pressed by the pressurizing body 17 similarly to the other extension parts PE.
- the thickness of the spacer 12 is excessive, the inconvenience that the number of the glass plates G to be stacked is limited is also avoided.
- the extending portion PE is uniformly inclined in this manner, a resin sheet is attached to the glass plate G as necessary, and the final form is provided for conveyance or the like in the same manner as in the past. .
- the resin sheet and other fixing tools are removed from the packaging container 2 in the same manner as in the past.
- the glass plate G is loaded and unloaded from the bottom rail 4 and the interleaf paper P is removed from the glass plate G.
- the loading and unloading of the glass plate G from the bottom beam 4 is performed in the same manner as before by a dedicated robot arm (not shown).
- the outer surface (surface opposite to the spacer 12) of the glass plate G is sucked and held by a vacuum suction hole or a robot arm having a suction cup and transferred onto a transfer device such as a conveyor.
- the removal of the interleaving paper P from the glass plate G is performed in the same manner as before by a dedicated robot arm.
- a dedicated robot arm For example, after the outermost glass plate G is loaded and unloaded, the interleaving paper P exposed on the outermost surface is sucked and held by a circular robot arm 18 having a predetermined length as shown in FIG. Transfer onto the device.
- the robot arm 18 is a known arm that forms a plurality of suction holes 19 on one side (circumferential surface) of the robot arm 18 and vacuum-sucks and holds the interleaving paper P through the suction holes 19.
- the robot arm 18 In order to suck and hold the slip sheet P with this robot arm 18, first, the robot arm 18 is advanced as shown by an arrow A in FIG. At that time, the suction hole 19 is directed forward. When the robot arm 18 reaches the extension part PE of the interleaving paper P to be held, as shown by the arrow B, the robot arm 18 is rotated around its axis, and the suction hole 19 is moved in a predetermined direction, for example, Turn downward. Next, as indicated by an arrow C, the robot arm 18 is lowered and brought into contact with the extending portion PE of the interleaf paper P. Thereby, the extension part PE can be adsorbed and held by the adsorption hole 19.
- the extension part PE of the interleaf paper P is uniformly tilted, and therefore, the operation of the robot arm 18 only needs to be repeated every time. That is, the inclination of the extension part PE is uniform except that the position of the extension part PE is gradually shifted toward the spacer 12, so that the direction of the suction hole 19 can be made constant. Therefore, the positioning of the extending portion PE by the robot arm 18 can be easily and satisfactorily performed.
- the robot arm 18 When the extending portion PE is sucked and held by the robot arm 18 in this way, the robot arm 18 is lifted in the direction opposite to the arrow C, and the direction of a belt conveyor (not shown) on which the interleaf paper P is further accumulated. Then, the robot arm 18 is moved, and then the suction by the suction holes 19 is stopped and the interleaf paper P is dropped onto a belt conveyor or the like.
- the slip sheet P can be removed from the glass plate G by this series of operations.
- the spacer 12 is provided on the bottom beam 4 and on the surface side of the back plate 5 that receives the glass plate G, and the extending portion PE of the interleaf paper P sandwiched between the glass plates G is provided. Since it tilts uniformly toward the spacer 12 side, it becomes possible to satisfactorily position the extending portion PE by the robot arm 18 when unloading, so that the interleaving paper P is stably adsorbed and held, and the glass plate G Can be reliably removed from. Further, by making the thickness of the spacer 12 substantially the same as the length of the extension part PE, for example, the extension part PE of the interleaf paper P arranged on the back plate 5 side is prevented from interfering with the back plate 5. Therefore, positioning of the extension part PE by the robot arm 18 can be performed satisfactorily.
- extension part PE when the extension part PE is pressurized with the pressurizing body 17 as shown in FIG. 3 by using the spacer 12 having a height substantially the same as the height of the glass plate G to be mounted,
- the lower side of the extended portion PE on the spacer 12 side can be supported by the spacer 12.
- the extension part PE can be pressurized and tilted to the spacer 12 side under substantially the same conditions as the other extension parts PE.
- the slip sheet P when the slip sheet P is sandwiched between the glass plates G, the slip sheet P is arranged so that the lower end PL thereof is lifted from the bottom rail 4 as shown in FIG. Therefore, when the glass plates G and the interleaving paper P are alternately arranged on the bottom rail 4 sequentially from the spacer 12 side, the lower end portion of the interleaving paper P spreads on the bottom rail 4 and the glass is spread on the widened interleaving paper P.
- the board G can be prevented from being placed.
- the spacer 12 is provided on the surface side which receives the glass plate G of the back plate 5 on the bottom rail 4, and the interleaf paper P sandwiched between the glass plates G is provided. Since the extending portion PE is uniformly inclined toward the spacer 12, the positioning of the extending portion PE by the robot arm 18 can be performed satisfactorily when unloading, and therefore the slip sheet P is stably adsorbed. It can be held and removed reliably from the glass plate G. Further, since the thickness of the spacer 12 is formed, for example, approximately the same as the length of the extending portion PE, the extending portion PE of the interleaf paper P arranged on the back plate 5 side is interfered with the back plate 5. Therefore, the positioning of the extension part PE by the robot arm 18 can be performed satisfactorily.
- FIG. 5 is principal part side sectional drawing of a package.
- This embodiment is different from the first embodiment shown in FIG. 2B etc. in the shape of the spacer. That is, as shown in FIG. 5, the spacer 30 of the present embodiment has a surface on the side of the glass plate G on which it is mounted, the height of the surface of the glass plate G being substantially the same as the height of the glass plate G. It is not parallel to the thickness direction of 30 but is an inclined surface.
- the inclined surface (upper end surface 30a) is formed to be inclined so as to gradually increase from the surface on the glass plate G side toward the surface on the back plate 5 side. And the inclination
- the upper end surface 30a of the spacer 30 is an inclined surface. Therefore, it is possible to more stably adsorb and hold the extending portion PE of the interleaf paper P, and thus it is possible to obtain an excellent effect that the interleaf paper P can be reliably removed from the glass plate G.
- FIG. 6 is principal part sectional drawing of a package.
- This embodiment is different from the second embodiment shown in FIG. 5 in the height of the spacer. That is, the spacer 12 shown in FIG. 1B or the like and the spacer 30 shown in FIG. 5 have the same height on the glass plate G side as the height of the glass plate G.
- the spacer 40 of this embodiment shown in FIG. 6 the height of the surface 41 on the side of the mounted glass plate G is lower than the height of the glass plate G.
- the height of the surface 41 of the spacer 40 relative to the height of the glass plate G is preferably about 1 mm to 5 mm lower than the glass plate G.
- the surface 41 of the spacer 40 is slightly lower than the glass plate G. Therefore, the robot arm 18 can reliably hold the extension portion PE of the interleaf paper P more reliably, and therefore, the excellent effect of being able to more reliably remove the interleaf paper P from the glass plate G can be obtained.
- the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.
- the spacer 40 a spacer whose upper end surface 40a is an inclined surface is used.
- the upper end surface is the thickness of the spacer 12.
- a material that is parallel to the vertical direction and slightly lower than the glass plate G (for example, about 1 mm to 5 mm) may be used.
- the structure of the base 3 in the packing container 2, and the structure of the support frame 8 it is not limited to the structure shown in FIG. 1, A conventionally well-known various structure is employable.
- packing method and packing body of the present invention it is possible to reliably remove the slip sheet from the glass plate by the robot arm at the time of unloading, thereby improving the workability of loading and unloading the glass plate.
