Abstract

그래핀을 전극 및/또는 스트레인 게이지(strain gauge)로서 이용하여 터치 위치 및/또는 터치 압력 세기를 특정할 수 있는 터치센서, 특히, 그래핀을 이용함으로써 저항변화에 의하여 압력 및 위치를 동시에 감지할 수 있는 터치센서가 제공된다.
