図1は、本発明に係る電子機器ユニットの実施の形態1を示す斜視図であり、図2は、実施の形態1の電子機器ユニットの端子台上面を示す斜視図であり、図3は、実施の形態1の電子機器ユニットの端子台上面を示す上面図であり、図4は、図3のA-A線に沿う断面図である。
図5は、本発明に係る電子機器ユニットの実施の形態2を示す斜視図である。実施の形態2の電子機器ユニット92は、実施の形態1の電子機器ユニット91の端子台2と同等の端子台2を備えている。実施の形態2の電子機器ユニット92は、端子台2の底面に配線基板11に実装しきれない電子部品(図示せず)を実装し、ケース21に複数の通気孔10を設けている。
図6は、本発明に係る電子機器ユニットの実施の形態3の端子台を示す断面図である。図6に示すように、実施の形態3の端子台32の上面2aは、突起物等が無く、平らに形成されている。端子台32の上面2aには、端子台32に接続する配線グループ毎の帯状の溝(凹部)36が形成されている。帯状の溝36は、幅方向中央に向かって下り勾配となるV字形溝となっている。
図7は、本発明に係る電子機器ユニットの実施の形態4の端子台を示す断面図である。図7に示すように、実施の形態4の端子台42の上面2aは、突起物等が無く、平らに形成されている。端子台42の上面2aには、端子台42に接続する配線グループ毎の帯状の溝(凹部)46が形成されている。帯状の溝46は、断面が台形であり、配線接続穴5が設けられる底面46aと、底面46aの両側の傾斜面46bと、を有している。
図8は、本発明に係る電子機器ユニットの実施の形態5の端子台を示す斜視図である。図8に示すように、実施の形態5の端子台52は、3つの配線グループ用に、第1、第2、第3の領域81、82、83を有している。
図9は、本発明に係る電子機器ユニットの実施の形態6の端子台を示す斜視図である。図9に示すように、実施の形態6の端子台62は、3つの配線グループ用に、第1、第2、第3の領域71、72、73を有している。

- 平らに形成された上面と、

前記凹部に設けられた複数の配線接続穴と、
を有することを特徴とする端子台。 - 前記上面には、前記配線接続穴に対応する配線表示部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の端子台。
- 前記凹部は、配線グループ毎に複数設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の端子台。
- 前記配線接続穴に隣接させてボタン穴を設け、該ボタン穴内に、前記配線接続穴の底部に配置した配線接続金具を開閉する開閉ボタンを収容したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の端子台。
- 前記凹部は、帯状の溝であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の端子台。
- 前記溝の底面は、該溝の幅方向に傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の端子台。
- 前記溝は、V字形溝であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の端子台。
- 前記溝は、台形溝であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の端子台。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか1つに記載の端子台及び電子部品を実装した配線基板と、
前記配線基板を覆うケースと、
を備えることを特徴とする電子機器ユニット。 - 前記端子台の底面に、前記配線基板に実装しきれない電子部品を実装したことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電子機器ユニット。
