Abstract

 本体ケーシング(1)内に配置され、排気口が設けられた加熱室(2)と、本体ケーシング(1)内に配置された冷却ファン(53)と、加熱室(2)の排気口に一端が接続され、冷却ファン(53)からの空気の一部と加熱室(2)からの排気とを混合して排気吹出口(28)から吹き出す排気通路と、本体ケーシング(1)の外周側に設けられ、排気吹出口(28)からの吹き出し風に沿って本体ケーシング(1)の外周側を流れるように、ファン(53)からの空気の他の一部が吹き出す乾燥空気吹出口(29)とを備える。これにより、本体近傍の壁面などへの結露を効果的に防止できる加熱調理器を提供する。

Description

加熱調理器
 この発明は、加熱調理器に関する。
 従来、加熱調理器としては、加熱室内から排気される蒸気を外気と希釈した後、本体上面かつ後面側に設けられた排気ダクトから希釈,攪拌された排気を前面側に向かって排気するものがある(例えば、特開2006-29695号公報(特許文献1)参照)。上記加熱調理器では、排気の温度を低下させると共に、外気との希釈により吹き出される排気の蒸気濃度を減らすことができる。
 ところで、上記加熱調理器では、蒸し調理において排出される蒸気量が多くなると、加熱調理器本体近傍の特に側壁面などに結露して、壁面が汚れたり腐って剥がれたりするという問題がある。

 そこで、この発明の課題は、本体近傍の壁面などへの結露を効果的に防止できる加熱調理器を提供することにある。
 上記課題を解決するため、この発明の加熱調理器は、
 本体ケーシングと、
 上記本体ケーシング内に配置され、排気口が設けられた加熱室と、
 上記本体ケーシング内に配置されたファンと、
 上記加熱室の排気口に一端が接続され、上記ファンからの空気の一部と上記加熱室からの排気とを混合して排気吹出口から吹き出す排気通路と、
 上記排気吹出口に対して上記本体ケーシングの外周側に設けられた乾燥空気吹出口と
を備え、
 上記乾燥空気吹出口から吹き出す上記ファンからの空気の他の一部が、上記排気吹出口からの吹き出し風に沿って上記本体ケーシングの外周側を流れることを特徴とする。
 上記構成によれば、加熱室からの排気は、加熱室の排気口に一端が接続された排気通路においてファンからの空気の一部と混合,希釈された後、排気吹出口から吹き出す。そして、その排気通路の排気吹出口に対して本体ケーシングの外周側に設けられた乾燥空気吹出口からは、排気通路の排気吹出口からの吹き出し風に沿って本体ケーシングの外周側を流れるように、ファンからの空気の他の一部が吹き出す。これにより、加熱室からの排気が十分に希釈されずに排気吹出口から吹き出しても、乾燥空気吹出口から吹き出す空気流によって、排気吹出口から吹き出す排気流が加熱調理器本体の側方に隣接する壁面に直接到達しないように遮ると共に、排気吹出口からの排気流を拡散させ、さらに、その壁面を乾燥した状態に保つことができ、本体近傍の壁面などへの結露を効果的に防止できる。
 また、一実施形態の加熱調理器では、
 上記排気通路と、上記乾燥空気吹出口から吹き出す乾燥空気が通る乾燥空気通路と、上記排気通路と上記乾燥空気通路とを仕切る仕切壁が、一体に形成された排気ダクトを備えた。
 上記実施形態によれば、排気通路と、乾燥空気吹出口から吹き出す乾燥空気が通る乾燥空気通路と、排気通路と乾燥空気通路とを仕切る仕切壁が、一体に形成された排気ダクトを用いることによって、加熱調理器本体近傍の壁面などへの結露を効果的に防止する排気構造を簡略化でき、コストを低減できる。
 また、一実施形態の加熱調理器では、
 上記排気吹出口と上記乾燥空気吹出口は、上記本体ケーシングの上面の後面側に配置され、前面側に向かって開口すると共に、
 上記排気吹出口と上記乾燥空気吹出口の夫々に、前方かつ斜め側方に向かって吹き出すように風向を制御する風向制御羽根を設けた。
 上記実施形態によれば、本体ケーシングの上面の後面側に配置され、前面側に向かって開口する排気吹出口と乾燥空気吹出口の夫々に、風向を制御する風向制御羽根を設けて、後面側から前面側に向かって吹き出す風向が前方かつ斜め側方に向くようにする。これにより、加熱調理器本体の上側において後面側から前面側に向かって吹き出される排気が、前面側に直接到達しないので、使用者が扉の開閉時などに直接排気が当たらないようにできる。また、簡単な構成で、乾燥空気吹出口からの空気の吹き出しを、排気通路の排気吹出口からの吹き出し風に沿って外側を流れるようにすることができる。
 また、一実施形態の加熱調理器では、
 上記加熱室の上側に設けられ、上記加熱室内を加熱するためのヒータが収納されたヒータ室を備え、
 上記ファンからの空気の一部は、上記ヒータ室に沿って上記加熱室の上側を流れて上記排気通路に合流する。
 上記実施形態によれば、ファンからの空気は、加熱室内を加熱するためのヒータが収納されたヒータ室に沿って加熱室の上側を流れて排気通路に合流することによって、ヒータ室の外側を効率よく冷却でき、本体ケーシングの上面側の温度上昇を抑えることができる。
 また、一実施形態の加熱調理器では、
 上記ファンからの空気の一部は、電装品が配置された電装品室を通過した後に少なくとも上記加熱室の一側面に沿って流れて上記排気通路に合流する。
 上記実施形態によれば、ファンからの空気が、電装品が配置された電装品室を通過した後に少なくとも加熱室の一側面に沿って流れて排気通路に合流することによって、電装品室内の電装品をまず先に冷却して、その後に冷却空気が少なくとも加熱室の一側面に沿って流れるので、加熱室の熱で温度が上昇する前の空気により電装品を冷却することができ、冷却効果が高くなって信頼性が向上する。
 以上より明らかなように、この発明の加熱調理器によれば、本体近傍の壁面などへの結露を効果的に防止できる加熱調理器を実現することができる。

 以下、この発明の加熱調理器を図示の実施の形態により詳細に説明する。
 図1はこの発明の実施の一形態の加熱調理器を前面側から見た正面図を示しており、図2は扉を開いた状態の加熱調理器の正面図を示している。
 この実施の形態の加熱調理器は、図1に示すように、直方体形状の本体ケーシング1と、本体ケーシング1内に設けられた加熱室2(図2に示す)と、本体ケーシング1の前面側に回動自在に取り付けられた扉3とを備えている。
 上記扉3は、下端部を中心に回動し、加熱室2の開口部2aを開閉する。この扉3の上部にはハンドル4が取り付けられている。また、扉3の略中央部には耐熱ガラス5が配置されており、ユーザは耐熱ガラス5を通して加熱室2内の状態を視認することができる。また、扉3の後面には、耐熱ガラス5を取り囲むように耐熱樹脂製のパッキン40(図2に示す)が固着されている。このパッキン40は、扉3を閉じると、加熱室2の開口部2aの周縁部に強く密着するようになっている。これにより、扉3と加熱室2の開口部2aの周縁部との間から、加熱室2内の水蒸気などが漏れ出るのを防ぐことができる。
 上記本体ケーシング1の上面かつ裏面側に、排気吹出口28と乾燥空気吹出口29とを有する排気ダクト30を配置している。この排気ダクト30の一端は、図2に示す加熱室2に設けられた排気口19に排気口カバー24(図3に示す)を介して接続されている。
 上記本体ケーシング1の前面の右側には操作パネル6を設けている。この操作パネル6は、液晶表示部7、ダイヤル8および複数のボタン9を有している。また、ダイヤル8の下側には水タンク10を収納している。この水タンク10は、本体ケーシング1に対して着脱可能となっており、本体ケーシング1の前面側から本体ケーシング1に装着したり、本体ケーシング1から取り外したりする。
 そして、この加熱調理器は、本体ケーシング1の下側かつ前面側に着脱可能に取り付けられた露受容器50(図1に示す)を備えている。この露受容器50は、扉3の内面および本体ケーシング1の前面を伝って落下する水滴を受ける。
 この加熱調理器は、図1に示すように、加熱室2の側面、底面および天面にステンレス鋼製の遮熱板18(図3に示す)が設けられている。加熱室2の周囲および扉3の内側に断熱材(図示せず)が配置されており、加熱室2内と外部とが断熱されている。
 上記加熱室2内の両側面内側に、上下2段構造の上側トレイ受部43,44と下側トレイ受45,46とを設けている。
 図3は上記加熱調理器の右側方から見た縦断面の模式図であり、図1,図2と同一の構成部には同一参照番号を付している。図3において、10は蒸気用の水を貯める水タンク、11は水タンク10内の水位を検知する水位センサ、12は水タンク10から蒸気発生装置20へ水を供給する給水ポンプ、13は給水パイプ、14は上ヒータ、15は上ヒータカバー、16は被加熱物90を載せるステンレス製のトレイ、17は下ヒータ、18は遮熱板、19は加熱室2の後面下部に設けられた排気口、20は蒸気発生装置、21は蒸気発生装置20からの蒸気を吹き出す蒸気吹出口、24は排気口カバー、25は排気サーモセンサ、27は冷気経路、28は排気吹出口、30は排気ダクト、101は冷気導入用開口部、50は露受容器である。水タンク10の下側に設けられた接続部(図示せず)に給水パイプ13の一端を接続し、給水パイプ13の他端を蒸気発生装置20に接続している。
 上記加熱室2の天井壁および上ヒータカバー15,15で、上ヒータ14,14を収納するヒータ室を形成している。
 上記給水ポンプ12は、水タンク10内の水を吸い込み、その水を給水パイプ13を介して蒸気発生装置20に供給する。この蒸気発生装置20は、給水ポンプ12からの水を加熱して水蒸気を発生させ、発生した水蒸気を蒸気吹出口21を介して加熱室2内に供給したり、その水蒸気を過熱して過熱水蒸気にして加熱室2内に供給したりすることができる。ここで、上記過熱水蒸気とは、100℃以上の過熱状態にまで加熱された水蒸気を意味する。
 被加熱物90は、蒸気発生装置20からの水蒸気や過熱水蒸気で加熱可能であり、上ヒータ14および下ヒータ17の輻射熱でも加熱可能である。また、上ヒータ14下には加熱室2の天井壁が設けられ、下ヒータ17上には加熱室2の底壁が設けられている。上ヒータ14および下ヒータ17は加熱室2内に露出していない。
 また、加熱室2の右側上部には、加熱室2内の雰囲気の温度を検出する庫内温度センサ(図示せず)を配置している。
 図4は上記加熱調理器の正面から見た縦断面図を示しており、図5は上記加熱調理器の右側面から見た縦断面図を示している。図4,図5において、図1~図3と同一の構成部には同一参照番号を付している。
 図4,図5に示すように、本体ケーシング1内に配置された加熱室2の右側に、電装品を配置した電装品室Sを形成している。この電装品室Sは、裏面側が仕切板41により仕切られている。この仕切板41に、裏面側から電装品室Sに冷却空気を送り込む冷却ファン53を配置している。また、本体ケーシング1の裏面側に、冷却ファン53を駆動する冷却ファン用モータ54を取り付けている。また、電装品室S内の冷却ファン53の風下側に、本体ケーシング1に取り付けられたマグネトロン61,インバータ部62を配置している。このインバータ部62は、取付板56を用いて本体ケーシング1に取り付けられている。
 そして、冷却ファン53は、本体ケーシング1の裏面に形成された複数の吸気口55(図5に示す)から外気を取り入れ、取り入れた外気を冷却空気として前方に向かって吹き出すようになっている。
 また、加熱室2の下部には、回転アンテナ51(図5に示す)と、その回転アンテナ51を駆動する回転アンテナ用モータ(図示せず)とが配置されている。そして、マグネトロン61で発生したマイクロ波は、導波管60(図4に示す)によって加熱室2の下部中央に導かれ、回転アンテナ用モータによって駆動される回転アンテナ51によって回転されながら加熱室2内の上方に向かって放射されて被加熱物90を加熱するようになっている。
 図6は上記加熱調理器の取付板56を外した状態の右側面から見た縦断面図を示している。図5と同一の構成部には、同一参照番号を付している。
 以下、上記構成の加熱調理器の蒸気加熱動作について、図1~図5に従って説明する。操作パネル6の電源スイッチ(図示せず)が押圧されると電源がオンし、操作パネル6の操作によって、過熱水蒸気を用いたオーブン調理の運転が開始される。そうすると、先ず、制御装置(図示せず)は、水タンク検知部(図示せず)により水タンク10が正常に装着されているか否かを検知して、水タンク10が正常に装着されていれば、給水ポンプ12の運転を開始する。そして、給水ポンプ12によって、水タンク10から蒸気発生装置20内に給水パイプ13を介して給水される。
 次に、蒸気発生装置20内の水が沸騰すると飽和水蒸気が発生し、発生した飽和水蒸気は、蒸気発生装置20内の蒸気昇温ヒータ(図示せず)により加熱されて100℃以上(調理内容により異なる)の過熱水蒸気となって蒸気吹出口21から加熱室2内に供給される。
 このようにして、加熱室2内に過熱水蒸気を吹き出すと同時に上ヒータ14,下ヒータ17に通電し、加熱室2内の温度・湿度分布を均一に維持しつつ、トレイ16上に載置された被加熱物90を加熱する。その場合、被加熱物90の表面に接触した過熱水蒸気は、被加熱物90の表面で結露する際に潜熱を放出することによっても被加熱物90を加熱する。これにより、過熱水蒸気の大量の熱を確実に且つ速やかに被加熱物90全面に均等に与えることができる。したがって、斑がなくて仕上がりのよい加熱調理を実現することができる。
 また、上記加熱調理運転時において、時間が経過すると、加熱室2内の蒸気量が増加し、量的に余剰となった分の蒸気は、排気口19から排気通路である排気口カバー24,排気ダクト30を介して排気吹出口28から外部に放出される。
 調理終了後、制御装置によって操作パネル6の液晶表示部7に調理終了のメッセージが表示され、さらに操作パネル6に設けられたブザー(図示せず)によって合図の音を鳴らす。
 これに対して、マイクロ波加熱動作の場合には、使用者によって操作パネル6が操作され、マイクロ波調理メニューが決定された後にスタートキー(図示せず)が押圧されると、マイクロ波加熱調理の運転が開始される。そうすると、制御装置は、マグネトロン61を駆動して、導波管60および回転アンテナ51を介して被加熱物90にマイクロ波を供給し、被加熱物90を加熱する。なお、その場合には、被加熱物90が載置されたマイクロ波を透過させる非金属の受皿が、例えば、加熱室2の底板上に敷設される。
 また、蒸気発生装置20のヒータへの通電と同時もしくは蒸気発生装置20のヒータの温度が上昇した後、冷却ファン用モータ54に通電する。
 図7は上記加熱調理器の斜め上方から正面側を見た斜視図を示しており、図1~図3に示す同一構成部には、同一参照番号を付している。
 図7に示すように、冷却ファン53からの冷却空気の一部は、電装品室S内の電装品を冷却しながら、加熱室2の右側面側を通って、上ヒータカバー15,15に沿って加熱室2の上面側を左側方に向かって流れる。一方、冷却ファン53からの冷却空気の一部は、電装品室Sの電装品を冷却しながら、加熱室2の右側下方に流れて、加熱室2の底面側を通って左側方に向かって流れる。
 また、本体ケーシング1内において、冷却ファン53からの冷却風の一部が側板としての取付板56(図4,図6に示す)と本体ケーシング1の側壁1aとの間に形成された空間を通った後、液晶表示部7を冷却しながら、加熱室2の右側面側を通って、上ヒータカバー15,15に沿って加熱室2の上面側を左側方に向かって流れる。
 また、図8は上記加熱調理器の斜め下方から裏面側を見た斜視図を示しており、図1~図3に示す同一構成部には、同一参照番号を付している。
 図8に示すように、加熱室2の裏面側の中央に蒸気発生装置20を配置すると共に、その蒸気発生装置20の左側(図8において右側)に排気ダクト30を配置している。本体ケーシング1内において、冷却ファン53から電装品室Sに送り込まれた冷却空気の一部は、電装品室Sの電装品を冷却しながら、加熱室2の底面側を通って加熱室2の左側(図8において右側)および裏面側に向かって流れて、加熱室2の裏面側や左側面側(図8において右側)を通って冷気導入用開口部101から排気ダクト30内に冷却空気が合流する。
 この実施の形態では、加熱調理器の冷却通路は、電装品室Sから加熱室2の上面側と左側面側を通って裏面側の冷気導入用開口部101までの経路と、電装品室Sから加熱室2の底面側と左側面側を通って裏面側の冷気導入用開口部101までの経路と、電装品室Sから加熱室2の底面側と裏面側を通って冷気導入用開口部101までの経路である。ここで、冷却ファン53から電装品室Sに送り込まれた冷却空気は、全てが冷気導入用開口部101を介して排気ダクト30により排気されるものではなく、冷却空気の一部は、本体ケーシング1の他の開口部分からも外部に排出される。
 なお、図8では、加熱室2の底面側に、加熱室2からの熱を遮ると共に、加熱室2の表面に付着した結露水を受けて露受容器50に案内する遮熱板18を配置している。そのため、本体ケーシング1内において、冷却ファン53から電装品室Sに送り込まれた冷却空気の一部が、加熱室2の底面側を通るとき、遮熱板18の下側を通る経路と、加熱室2の底面と遮熱板18との間を通る経路がある。
 上記加熱調理器では、上記冷却通路の空気流れ、すなわち、排気ダクト30内に冷却空気が合流する風経路が確保されるように、本体ケーシング1内の構造を設計する。
 次に、図9は上記加熱調理器の上面図を示しており、図1~図3に示す同一構成部には、同一参照番号を付している。
 図9に示すように、本体ケーシング1の上側かつ裏面左側に配置された排気ダクト30に、前面側に向かって開口する排気吹出口28と乾燥空気吹出口29を左右方向に右側から左側に向かって順に設けられている。また、この排気ダクト30に、排気吹出口28,乾燥空気吹出口29から前方に向かって斜め側方に吹き出すように風向を制御する風向制御羽根32(図12,図15,図16に示す)を設けている。
 図10は上記加熱調理器の裏面図を示しており、図11は排気ダクト30を外した状態の加熱調理器の裏面図を示している。
 図10,図11に示すように、本体ケーシング1の裏面かつ後方から見て右上コーナー部に、排気ダクト30を取り付けている。また、図11に示すように、加熱室2の排気口19(図2,図3に示す)を後面側から覆う排気口カバー24の上側に、開口部24aを設けている。そして、その排気口カバー24の開口部24aに対向する位置に、開口部24aと連結された排気用開口部102を本体ケーシング1の裏面に設けている。
 また、上記本体ケーシング1の裏面かつ排気用開口部102の上側に、排気用開口部102よりも大きい冷気導入用開口部101を設けている。そして、本体ケーシング1の裏面かつ冷気導入用開口部101の上側に、後方から見て左側から右方向に順に第1上側冷気導入用開口部103と第2,第3上側冷気導入用開口部104,105を設けている。第1上側冷気導入用開口部103と第2,第3上側冷気導入用開口部104,105は、冷気導入用開口部101,排気用開口部102よりも小さい。
 図12は上記加熱調理器の排気ダクト30の正面図を示している。図12に示すように、排気ダクト30は、排気ダクト本体31と風向制御羽根32とを有している。排気ダクト本体31は、略長方形状の基部31aと、その基部31aの上部から右側方に延伸する延伸部31bと、基部31aの上部から左側方に突出した固定部31cとを有している。この基部31aおよび延伸部31bの外周縁に沿って前方(紙面に対して垂直方向の上方)に延びる壁部33を設けている。
 また、排気ダクト本体31の上部に風向制御羽根32を固定している。この排気ダクト本体31の基部31aに、左側の壁部33の上下方向の略中間から内側に延びる第1の壁34aと、その第1の壁34aの先端から上方に延びる第2の壁34bとを形成している。この第1の壁34aと第2の壁34bで、排気ダクト30内の排気通路P1と乾燥空気通路P2とを仕切る仕切壁34を構成している。排気ダクト30内の排気通路P1の上端に対向する風向制御羽根32の右側領域が排気吹出口28となり、排気ダクト30内の乾燥空気通路P2の上端に対向する風向制御羽根32の左側領域が乾燥空気吹出口29となる。
 上記排気ダクト本体31の基部31aの下側に、右側から左側に向かって傾斜した傾斜壁35を形成している。さらに、排気ダクト本体31の基部31aの左下側に、排水口36を設けている。排気ダクト本体31内の結露水は、下方に流れて傾斜壁35により排水口36に案内された後、下方に排出される。
 また、図13は排気ダクト30の裏面図を示しており、図1~図3に示す同一構成部には、同一参照番号を付している。
 図13に示すように、加熱室2の裏面に設けられた排気口19(図2,図3に示す)に対応する位置に設けられた排気口カバー24は、裏面側外方に向かって突出する凸形状をしている。なお、この排気口カバー24の内側空間が排気口19を介して加熱室2内と連通する排気通路の一部である。また、排気口カバー24の上側の開口部24aが、排気ダクト30内の下側空間に向かって開口すると共に、排気口カバー24の開口部24aよりも上側に、冷気導入用開口部101が排気ダクト30内の上側空間に向かって開口している。
 本体ケーシング1の裏面かつ上側の第1上側冷気導入用開口部103が、排気ダクト30の延伸部31bの内部空間に向かって開口している。また、第2,第3上側冷気導入用開口部104,105が、排気ダクト30の基部31aの内部空間に向かって開口している。
 蒸気調理時に加熱室2内から排気口19を介して排出される水蒸気は、一旦排気口カバー24の内側空間に入った後、排気口カバー24の開口部24aから排気ダクト30内に入って、排気ダクト30を通って排気吹出口28(図12に示す)から排気される。このとき、排気ダクト30内に冷気導入用開口部101,第1上側冷気導入用開口部103および第2,第3上側冷気導入用開口部104,105からの冷却空気が合流する。
 ここで、冷気導入用開口部101の開口領域のうちの仕切壁34で仕切られた排気通路P1(図12に示す)側の領域から、冷却空気の一部が排気ダクト30内の排気通路P1に流入する。また、第3上側冷気導入用開口部105の開口領域のうちの仕切壁34で仕切られた排気通路P1側の領域から、冷却空気の一部が排気ダクト30内の排気通路P1に流入する。
 また、冷気導入用開口部101の開口領域のうちの仕切壁34で仕切られた乾燥空気通路P2(図12に示す)側の領域から、冷却空気の一部が排気ダクト30内の乾燥空気通路P2に流入する。また、第3上側冷気導入用開口部105の開口領域のうちの仕切壁34で仕切られた乾燥空気通路P2側の領域から、冷却空気の一部が排気ダクト30内の乾燥空気通路P2に流入する。そうして、乾燥空気通路P2に流入した冷却空気(乾燥空気)は、乾燥空気吹出口29から吹き出す。
 また、図14は上記排気ダクト30の側面図を示しており、冷却ファン53(図4~図9に示す)からの冷却空気の一部が、電装品室S内の電装品を冷却しながら、加熱室2の右側面側を通って加熱室2の上面側を左側方に向かって流れた後、第2,第3上側冷気導入用開口部104,105(図14では105のみを示す)から排気ダクト30内に流入する。
 一方、本体ケーシング1の上部の第1上側冷気導入用開口部103に対向する位置に、加熱室2の背面側を下方から上方に流れた冷却空気を、第1上側冷気導入用開口部103(図13に示す)を介して排気ダクト30の延伸部31b内に案内するガイド部106を設けている。
 図15は排気ダクト30の上面図を示しており、図16は排気ダクト30の風向制御羽根32の上面図を示している。
 図15に示すように、排気ダクト本体31内の上側に風向制御羽根32を挿入して固定している。この風向制御羽根32は、図16に示すように、略長方形状の底板部32aと、その底板部32aに立設され、底板部32上から後面側(図16において上側)に向かって一部が延びた複数の羽根部32bと、各羽根部32bの上流側(図16の上側)を連結する連結部32cと、底板部32aの両端に設けられた係合部32d,32eとを有する。風向制御羽根32の複数の羽根部32bは、前後方向(図16において上下方向)に対して鋭角をなすように、左前方(図16において左下方向)に向かって傾けて配置している。
 この風向制御羽根32の係合部32d,32eを排気ダクト本体31に設けられた係合部(図示せず)に係合させて、風向制御羽根32を排気ダクト本体31内に固定する。
 上記構成の加熱調理器によれば、加熱室2からの排気は、加熱室2の排気口19に接続された排気ダクト30の排気通路P1において冷却ファン53からの冷却空気の一部と混合,希釈された後、排気吹出口28から吹き出す。そして、その排気ダクト30の排気通路P1の排気吹出口28に対して本体ケーシング1の外周側に設けられた乾燥空気吹出口29からは、排気通路P1の排気吹出口28からの吹き出し風に沿って本体ケーシング1の外周側を流れるように、冷却ファン53からの冷却空気の他の一部が乾燥空気として吹き出す。これにより、加熱室2からの排気が十分に希釈されずに排気吹出口28から吹き出しても、乾燥空気吹出口29から吹き出す空気流によって、排気吹出口28から吹き出す排気流が加熱調理器本体の側方に隣接する壁面に直接到達しないように遮ると共に、排気吹出口28からの排気流を拡散させ、さらに、その壁面を乾燥した状態に保つことができる。したがって、加熱調理器本体近傍の壁面などへの結露を効果的に防止できる。
 また、排気ダクト30は、排気通路P1と、乾燥空気通路P2と、排気通路P1と乾燥空気通路P2とを仕切る仕切壁34が一体に形成されているので、加熱調理器本体近傍の壁面などへの結露を効果的に防止する排気構造を簡略化でき、コストを低減できる。
 また、前面側に向かって開口する排気吹出口28と乾燥空気吹出口29の夫々に、風向を制御する風向制御羽根32を設けて、後面側から前面側に向かって吹き出す風向が前方かつ斜め側方に向くようにする。これにより、加熱調理器本体の上側において後面側から前面側に向かって吹き出す排気が、前面側に直接到達しないので、使用者が扉の開閉時などに直接排気が当たらないようにできる。また、簡単な構成で、排気ダクト30の乾燥空気通路P2の乾燥空気吹出口29からの空気の吹き出しを、排気通路P1の排気吹出口28からの吹き出し風に沿って外側を流れるようにすることができる。
 また、冷却ファン53からの冷却空気は、加熱室2内を加熱するための上ヒータ14,14が収納されたヒータ室に沿って加熱室2の上側を流れて、排気ダクト30の排気通路P1に合流することによって、ヒータ室の外側を効率よく冷却でき、本体ケーシング1の上面側の温度上昇を抑えることができる。
 また、冷却ファン53からの冷却空気が、電装品が配置された電装品室Sを通過した後に少なくとも加熱室2の一側面に沿って流れて排気通路P1に合流することによって、電装品室S内の電装品をまず先に冷却して、その後に冷却空気が少なくとも加熱室2の一側面に沿って流れるので、加熱室2の熱で温度が上昇する前の空気により電装品を冷却することができ、冷却効果が高くなって信頼性が向上する。
 上記実施の形態では、排気吹出口や乾燥空気吹出口に風の一部を送るファンとして冷却ファン53を用いた加熱調理器について説明したが、ファンはこれに限らず、例えば排気吹出口や乾燥空気吹出口に風を送る排気ファンを用いた加熱調理器にこの発明を適用してもよい。
 また、上記実施の形態では、排気ダクト30を備えた加熱調理器について説明したが、これに限らず、加熱室の排気口に一端が接続され、ファンからの空気の一部と加熱室からの排気とを混合して排気吹出口から吹き出す排気通路と、排気通路に対して本体ケーシングの外周側に設けられ、ファンからの空気の他の一部が、排気吹出口からの吹き出し風に沿って本体ケーシングの外周側を流れるように乾燥空気吹出口から吹き出す乾燥空気通路とを備えた加熱調理器でもよい。
 この発明の加熱調理器としては、例えば、過熱水蒸気を使用するオーブンレンジのみならず、過熱水蒸気を使用するオーブン、過熱水蒸気を使用しないオーブンレンジ、過熱水蒸気を使用しないオーブンなどがある。
 この発明の加熱調理器では、オーブンレンジなどにおいて、過熱水蒸気または飽和水蒸気を用いることによって、ヘルシーな調理を行うことができる。例えば、本発明の加熱調理器では、温度が100℃以上の過熱水蒸気または飽和水蒸気を食品表面に供給し、食品表面に付着した過熱水蒸気または飽和水蒸気が凝縮して大量の凝縮潜熱を食品に与えるので、食品に熱を効率よく伝えることができる。また、凝縮水が食品表面に付着して塩分や油分が凝縮水と共に滴下することにより、食品中の塩分や油分を低減できる。さらに、加熱庫内は過熱水蒸気または飽和水蒸気が充満して低酸素状態となることにより、食品の酸化を抑制した調理が可能となる。ここで、低酸素状態とは、加熱室内において酸素の体積%が10%以下(例えば0.5~3%)である状態を指す。
 この発明の具体的な実施の形態について説明したが、この発明は上記実施の形態に限定されるものではなく、この発明の範囲内で種々変更して実施することができる。

Claims (5)

  1.  本体ケーシング(1)と、
     上記本体ケーシング(1)内に配置され、排気口が設けられた加熱室(2)と、
     上記本体ケーシング(1)内に配置されたファン(53)と、
     上記加熱室(2)の排気口に一端が接続され、上記ファン(53)からの空気の一部と上記加熱室(2)からの排気とを混合して排気吹出口(28)から吹き出す排気通路と、
     上記排気吹出口(28)に対して上記本体ケーシング(1)の外周側に設けられた乾燥空気吹出口(29)と
    を備え、
     上記乾燥空気吹出口(29)から吹き出す上記ファン(53)からの空気の他の一部が、上記排気吹出口(28)からの吹き出し風に沿って上記本体ケーシング(1)の外周側を流れることを特徴とする加熱調理器。
  2.  請求項1に記載の加熱調理器において、
     上記排気通路と、上記乾燥空気吹出口(29)から吹き出す乾燥空気が通る乾燥空気通路と、上記排気通路と上記乾燥空気通路とを仕切る仕切壁(34)が、一体に形成された排気ダクト(30)を備えたことを特徴とする加熱調理器。
  3.  請求項1または2に記載の加熱調理器において、
     上記排気吹出口(28)と上記乾燥空気吹出口(29)は、上記本体ケーシング(1)の上面の後面側に配置され、前面側に向かって開口すると共に、
     上記排気吹出口(28)と上記乾燥空気吹出口(29)の夫々に、前方かつ斜め側方に向かって吹き出すように風向を制御する風向制御羽根(32)を設けたことを特徴とする加熱調理器。
  4.  請求項1から3までのいずれか1つに記載の加熱調理器において、
     上記加熱室(2)の上側に設けられ、上記加熱室(2)内を加熱するためのヒータ(14,14)が収納されたヒータ室を備え、
     上記ファン(53)からの空気の一部は、上記ヒータ室に沿って上記加熱室(2)の上側を流れて上記排気通路に合流することを特徴とする加熱調理器。
  5.  請求項1から4までのいずれか1つに記載の加熱調理器において、
     上記ファン(53)からの空気の一部は、電装品が配置された電装品室を通過した後に少なくとも上記加熱室(2)の一側面に沿って流れて上記排気通路に合流することを特徴とする加熱調理器。
