- Interference means that interferes with the inner lid while the outer lid is pivoted from the open position to the closed position and pivots the inner lid from the open position toward the closed position, and then is separated from the inner lid.
- the inner peripheral surface of the skirt wall of the outer lid and / or the inner surface of the top wall has a pressing means that contacts the inner lid and forces the inner lid to the closed position when the outer lid is swung from the open position to the closed position.
- the inner lid is a plate-like piece that extends beyond both side surfaces of the discharge cylinder, and a seal ring that engages with the discharge port is formed at the center of the inner surface. Engagement protrusions are formed on both inner side surfaces of the inner lid, and receiving protrusions are formed on the discharge tube that extend upward from both side surfaces.
- the inner lid pivots from the closed position to the open position. When being swung and when being swung from the open position to the closed position, the locking projection elastically climbs over the receiving projection.
- the container lid disclosed in Patent Document 1 has the following problems to be solved. That is, when the outer lid is brought into the closed position, the inner peripheral surface of the skirt wall of the outer lid is brought into contact with the outlets formed on both sides of the raised portion, thereby sealing both outlets. However, if the inner peripheral surface of the skirt wall of the outer lid is cylindrical or frustoconical and is bent in the circumferential direction, etc., the sealing of the outlet becomes insufficient and the container falls over There is a risk of the contents leaking out.
- the container lids disclosed in Patent Documents 2 and 3 have the following problems in terms of ease of use.
- the container lid When the container lid is attached to the mouth and neck of a container made of a suitable synthetic resin or glass, when the contents of the container are consumed, the consumer holds the container with the right hand, for example, Then, the outer lid of the container lid is swung from the closed position to the open position. As a result, the discharge tube is exposed with the discharge port opened, but the discharge port of the discharge tube is opened toward the consumer. Therefore, prior to discharging the contents from the discharge port, it is necessary to release the gripping of the container once and change the gripping direction to re-hold the container with the right hand or the left hand. Become a thing.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned facts, and the first technical problem thereof is that the container lid disclosed in Patent Document 1 is improved, and in addition to the swivel opening / closing movement of the outer lid. If the outer lid is swung to the open position without requiring a special operation, the discharge ports formed on both sides of the raised portion are opened, and if the outer lid is swung to the closed position, it is formed on both sides of the raised portion. It is necessary to make sure that the exhaust outlet is sufficiently sealed.
- the second technical problem of the present invention is to improve the container lid disclosed in Patent Documents 2 and 3 above, and once the contents are discharged, the container is once released and the container is re-gripped. For example, after holding the container with the right hand and turning the outer lid of the container lid from the closed position to the open position with the left hand, the contents can be passed through the discharge port by rotating the right hand in an appropriate direction. Is allowed to be discharged.
- the inventors have made it possible to swing between a closed position covering the discharge port and an open position opening the discharge port in association with each of the discharge ports formed on both sides of the raised portion. And connecting the inner lid to the raised portion via the second hinge means and associating with each of the inner lids while interfering with the inner lid while the outer lid is swung from the open position to the closed position. Is swung from the open position toward the closed position, then over the inner lid and separated from the inner lid, and while the outer lid is swung from the closed position to the open position, it interferes with the inner lid and closes the inner lid.
- the first technical problem can be achieved by disposing the interference means on the inner peripheral surface of the skirt wall of the outer lid that is swung from the position toward the open position and then separated from the inner lid. I found.
