特許文献1のように、アニオン性界面活性剤と特定のアミノ変性シリコーンを組み合わせることで、湿潤時から乾燥後まで毛髪に軽いすべり性を与えているが、記載されたような従来の水性毛髪洗浄剤では、洗髪乾燥後の毛髪は絡んでいることが多く、洗髪、乾燥後の毛髪を櫛やブラシで梳かし、毛髪の絡まりを解く必要があり、なお改善の余地があった。
また、特許文献2には、毛髪の滑らかさの評価方法が記載されているものの、櫛やブラシで毛髪を梳かすことを前提としており、櫛やブラシで毛髪を梳かさないことに関して言及するものではなかった。

窒素含有量は、両末端長鎖アルキル・側鎖アミノ変性オルガノポリシロキサンに含まれる窒素原子としての含有量であり、中和滴定により測定する。
両末端長鎖アルキル・側鎖アミノ変性オルガノポリシロキサン化合物の粘度は、市販されている回転粘度計を使用して測定できる。市販の粘度計として、例えば、ブルックフィールド粘度計(米国ブルックフィールド社)、ビスメトロン粘度計(芝浦システム株式会社製)が挙げられる。ここでは、ビスメトロン粘度計(芝浦システム株式会社製)を使用して、25℃における両末端長鎖アルキル・側鎖アミノ変性オルガノポリシロキサン化合物の粘度を測定した。
成分(C)は、マンノースを構成単位とする主鎖に、ガラクトースを構成単位とした側鎖が結合した高分子多糖類に、第4級窒素含有基を導入した水溶性カチオン化ポリマーである。ガラクトマンナンは、たとえばマメ科植物の種子の胚乳から得られる。マンノースとガラクトースの組成比により異なる物性を示し、ガラクトースとマンノースの比が1:1のものがフェヌグリークガム、1:2のものがグアーガム、1:3のものがタラガム、1:4のものがローカストビーンガム、1:5のものがカッシアガムである。市販品として、カチオン化フェヌグリークガムとしてはカチナールCF-100(東邦化学工業社)が、カチオン化グアーガムとしてはジャガーC-13S、ジャガーC-17(ローディア社)が、カチオン化タラガムとしてはカチナールCT-100(東邦化学工業社)が、カチオン化ローカストビーンガムとしてはカチナールCLB-100(東邦化学工業社)が、カチオン化カッシアガムとしてはカッシア(Cassia)EX-906(ノベオン社)などがある。この中でも、特に、すすぎ時、乾燥後に毛髪が縺れ、毛髪が絡むことを抑制する、指通り性に優れる観点から、カチオン化グアーガムが好ましい。
成分(D)は、ジメチルポリシロキサンであり、一般式(4)で表されるものを含んでもよい。

非イオン界面活性剤としては、ポリオキシアルキレンソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシアルキレンソルビット脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシアルキレングリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシアルキレン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル、ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルフェニルエーテル、ポリオキシアルキレン(硬化)ヒマシ油、ショ糖脂肪酸エステル、ポリグリセリンアルキルエーテル、ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステル、脂肪酸アルカノールアミド、アルキルグリコシド、モノアルキル又はモノアルケニルグリセリルエーテル等が挙げられる。
両性界面活性剤としては、ベタイン系界面活性剤等が挙げられる。このうち、アルキルジメチルアミノ酢酸ベタイン、脂肪酸アミドプロピルベタイン、アルキルヒドロキシスルホベタイン等のベタイン系界面活性剤がより好ましく、アルキルヒドロキシスルホベタインが特に好ましい。アルキルヒドロキシスルホベタインは、炭素数8~18、特に炭素数10~16のアシル基を有するものが好ましく、特にラウリルヒドロキシスルホベタイン等が好ましい。
次に、カチオン化ポリマーとしては、カチオン化セルロース、カチオン化澱粉、カチオン化キサンタンガム、ジアリル四級アンモニウム塩/アクリルアミド共重合物、ビニルイミダゾリウムトリクロライド/ビニルピロリドン共重合体、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース/ジメチルジアリルアンモニウムクロライド共重合体、ビニルピロリドン/四級化ジメチルアミノエチルメタクリレート共重合体、ポリビニルピロリドン/アルキルアミノアクリレート共重合体、ポリビニルピロリドン/アルキルアミノアクリレート/ビニルカプロラクタム共重合体、ビニルピロリドン/メタクリルアミドプロピル塩化トリメチルアンモニウム共重合体、アルキルアクリルアミド/アクリレート/アルキルアミノアルキルアクリルアミド/ポリエチレングリコールメタクリレート共重合体、アジピン酸/ジメチルアミノヒドロキシプロピルエチレントリアミン共重合体(米国サンドス社,カルタレチン)、特開昭53-139734号公報、特開昭60-36407号公報に記載されているカチオン性ポリマー等が挙げられ、特にカチオン化セルロース、ジアリル四級アンモニウム塩/アクリルアミド共重合体が好ましい。
本発明の水性毛髪洗浄剤は、更にエチレングリコールモノ脂肪酸エステル、エチレングリコールジ脂肪酸エステル、エチレングリコールモノアルキルエーテル又はエチレングリコールジアルキルエーテルを含むパール化剤を含有していてもよい。
まず、下記一般式(6)で表されるアルキル変性ポリオルガノシロキサンを合成した。
(式(6)中、RAは炭素数16~18の直鎖アルキル基である。)
一般式(8)で表されるアルキル変性ポリオルガノシロキサンを46部、オクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサンを631部、N-(2-アミノエチル)-3-アミノプロピルメチルジメトキシシランを74部に変更した以外は、(b1)の製造法と同様にして、窒素含有量0.91質量%、粘度1,300mPa・s(No.3ローター、60rpm、25℃で測定)の両末端長鎖アルキル・側鎖アミノ変性オルガノポリシロキサン(b2)を得た。
(式(8)中、RCは下記構造式(9)で示されるアルキル基である。)
一般式(6)で表されるアルキル変性ポリオルガノシロキサンを32部、オクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサンを707部、N-(2-アミノエチル)-3-アミノプロピルメチルジメトキシシランを11部に変更した以外は、(b1)の製造法と同様にして、窒素含有量0.22質量%、粘度19,000mPa・s(No.4ローター、6rpmで測定)の両末端長鎖アルキル・側鎖アミノ変性オルガノポリシロキサン(b3)を得た。
表2に示す水性毛髪洗浄剤を調製し、以下の評価方法により評価した。その結果を表2に示す。なお、pHは水で20質量倍希釈した際の25℃での値である。
(1)泡立ちのよさ
長さ25cm、幅5.5cm、重さ10gの人毛束を40℃の温水で軽く濯いだ後、余分な水分を取り去り、0.5gの水性毛髪洗浄剤を用いて約30秒間十分に泡立てた。その際、泡立ちのよさを以下の5段階基準で官能評価した。評価は5人で行い、その積算値を求めた。
5:泡立ちがよい
4:やや泡立ちがよい
3:普通と感じる
2:あまり泡立ちがよくない
1:泡立ちがよくない
長さ25cm、幅5.5cm、重さ10gの人毛束を40℃の温水で軽く濯いだ後、余分な水分を取り去り、0.5gの水性毛髪洗浄剤を用いて約30秒間十分に泡立てた。その際、すべり感を以下の5段階基準で官能評価した。評価は5人で行い、その積算値を求めた。

2:あまり滑らない
1:滑らない

3:普通と感じる
2:やや髪が絡む
1:髪が絡む
上記(3)と同条件で処理をした後、乾燥した後の指通りのよさを以下の5段階基準で官能評価した。評価は5人で行い、その積算値を求めた。

4:やや指通りがよい
3:普通と感じる
2:あまり指通りがよくない
1:指通りがよくない

Claims (17)
- 次の成分(A)~(C):
(A)アニオン性界面活性剤
(B)下記一般式(1)で表される両末端長鎖アルキル・側鎖アミノ変性オルガノポリシロキサン
(R2R3 2)SiO-(R3 2SiO)x-(R3R4SiO)y-Si(R2R3 2) (1)
(式(1)中、R2は炭素数12~30の直鎖または分岐のアルキル基、R3は置換または非置換の炭素数1~6の1価の炭化水素基、R4は3-アミノプロピル基、またはN-(2-アミノエチル)-3-アミノプロピル基をそれぞれ表し、xは1~2000の整数、yは1~100の整数で、窒素含有量が0.31~2質量%である。)
(C)カチオン化ガラクトマンナン
及び水を含有する水性毛髪洗浄剤。 - 成分(B)の含有量が0.01~0.3質量%である請求項1記載の水性毛髪洗浄剤。
- 成分(C)の含有量が0.01~0.3質量%である請求項1または2記載の水性毛髪洗浄剤。
- 成分(C)と成分(B)との質量割合が(C)/(B)=1~50である請求項1乃至3いずれか一項に記載の水性毛髪洗浄剤。
- 成分(A)がポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル硫酸塩、ポリオキシアルキレンアルケニルエーテル硫酸塩、アルキル硫酸塩、アルケニル硫酸塩である請求項1乃至4いずれか一項に記載の水性毛髪洗浄剤。
- 成分(A)の含有量が1~30質量%である請求項1乃至5いずれか一項に記載の水性毛髪洗浄剤。
- 成分(B)の前記一般式(1)中のxが200~400の整数、yが3~7の整数である請求項1乃至6いずれか一項に記載の水性毛髪洗浄剤。
- 成分(B)の前記一般式(1)中のxとyとの比率がy/x=0.003~0.1である請求項1乃至7いずれか一項に記載の水性毛髪洗浄剤。
- 成分(B)の前記一般式(1)中のR2が炭素数16~18の直鎖のアルキル基である請求項1乃至8いずれか一項に記載の水性毛髪洗浄剤。
- 成分(C)がカチオン化グアーガムである請求項1乃至9いずれか一項に記載の水性毛髪洗浄剤。
- (D)ジメチルポリシロキサンをさらに含有する請求項1乃至10いずれか一項に記載の水性毛髪洗浄剤。
- 成分(D)の含有量が0.01~5質量%である請求項11に記載の水性毛髪洗浄剤。
- 成分(D)と成分(B)との質量割合が(D)/(B)=1~150である請求項11または12に記載の水性毛髪洗浄剤。
- 水で20質量倍希釈したときの25℃におけるpHが2~6である請求項1乃至13いずれか一項に記載の水性毛髪洗浄剤。
- 毛髪洗浄に適用するための、請求項1乃至14いずれか一項に記載の水性毛髪洗浄剤の使用。
- 毛髪洗浄に適用する製品の製造のための、請求項1乃至14いずれか一項に記載の水性毛髪洗浄剤の使用。
- 請求項1乃至14いずれか1項に記載の水性毛髪洗浄剤を用いて毛髪を洗浄する方法。
