Definitions
- the present invention relates to a lower-level main apparatus and a non-IP terminal accommodation method for connecting a higher-level main apparatus and a non-IP (Internet Protocol) terminal.
- IP terminals 903-1, 902-2,... 902-n are required as shown in FIG. It was necessary to install several minutes and connect each of the IP terminals 903-1, 902-2,..., 902-n to the host main apparatus via the IP network.
- Patent Document 1 describes that a terminal accommodating device is connected to a communication device connected to an IP network and a circuit switching network via a digital subscriber line, and the terminal device is connected to the terminal accommodating device.
- JP 2010-124456 A JP 2010-124456 A
- an IP terminal is more expensive than a non-IP terminal (for example, a digital terminal), and requires a switching hub for installation, which is very expensive.
- a non-IP terminal for example, a digital terminal
- a switching hub for installation, which is very expensive.
- setting is required for each IP terminal and must be managed, it has been a serious problem from the standpoint of maintainability and construction.
- the digital terminal cannot be connected to the host device via the IP network.

- the IP terminal module 209 plays a role of connecting to the upper main apparatus 101 and exchanging IP terminal instruction data and IP terminal information data with the upper main apparatus 101.
- the digital terminal information data is transmitted from the terminal accommodation package 203 to the terminal information data conversion module 207a, and the terminal information data conversion module 207a converts the digital terminal information data into IP terminal information data.
- the IP terminal information data is passed to the IP terminal module 209.
- the transmission module 209a in the IP terminal module 209 multiplexes the IP terminal information data for each digital terminal input from the terminal information data conversion module 207a and transmits the IP terminal information data to the higher-level main apparatus 101.
- the host device 101 By receiving the IP terminal information data, the host device 101 recognizes that the digital terminal 301-i has been off-hook, and transmits IP terminal instruction data to the IP terminal module 209 in order to change the contents of the LCD and LED. .
