Abstract
Изобретение относится к получению углеводородов бензинового ряда с низким содержанием ароматических соединений из диметилового эфира в присутствии катализатора. Катализатор содержит (% масс): цеолит типа пентасила с SiО2/Al2O3 = 25-100, содержащий не более 0,1 % масс, оксида натрия, - 65.0; оксид цинка - 0.5-2.0; оксид циркония - 0.2-1.0; и/или оксид лантана - 0.2-1.0; палладий - 0.1-1.0; связующее - остальное. Способ получения этого катализатора включает модифицирование цеолита в аммонийной форме цинком, палладием, цирконием и/или лантаном, смешение со связующим, в количествах, предусмотренных составом катализатора, формование экструдатов, их сушку и прокаливание. Синтез смеси углеводородов в присутствии указанного катализатора ведут в циркуляционном режиме при кратности циркуляции 10-35, в качестве смеси газов используют смесь газов с содержанием водорода в используемом синтез-газе не менее 71% об. При этом достигается снижение содержания ароматических соединений до не более 8.0% масс., в том числе дурола - не более 0.7% масс, и повышение производительности процесса до 120 г/м3 синтез-газа.
