Claims (10)
- 電線束の分岐部分が保護されている電線保護構造部であって、
熱可塑性材料が、少なくとも前記電線束の分岐部分を覆った状態で加熱及び圧縮されて成形されている保護部により、前記電線束の分岐部分が覆われている電線保護構造部。 - 請求項1に記載の電線保護構造部であって、
前記保護部は、前記熱可塑性材料の少なくとも一部が前記電線束の分岐部分の少なくとも一部に巻き付けられて、前記熱可塑性材料が前記電線束の分岐部分を覆った状態で加熱及び圧縮されて成形されている、電線保護構造部。 - 請求項1に記載の電線保護構造部であって、
前記保護部は、長尺帯状の熱可塑性材料が、前記電線束の分岐部分に巻き付けられて前記電線束の分岐部分を覆った状態で加熱及び圧縮されて成形されている、電線保護構造部。 - 請求項1に記載の電線保護構造部であって、
前記保護部は、熱可塑性材料が、前記電線束の分岐部分を挟んで覆った状態で加熱及び圧縮されて成形されている、電線保護構造部。 - 請求項1に記載の電線保護構造部であって、
前記保護部は、切込みが形成されている熱可塑性材料が、前記電線束の分岐部分に巻き付けられて前記電線束の分岐部分を覆った状態で加熱及び圧縮されて成形されている、電線保護構造部。 - 電線束の分岐部分が保護されている電線保護構造部の製造方法であって、
(a)熱可塑性材料により少なくとも前記電線束の分岐部分を覆う工程と、
(b)前記工程(a)で前記電線束の分岐部分を覆った状態の熱可塑性材料を、加熱及び圧縮して成形する工程と、
を備える電線保護構造部の製造方法。 - 請求項6に記載の電線保護構造部の製造方法であって、
前記工程(a)では、前記熱可塑性材料の少なくとも一部を前記電線束の分岐部分の少なくとも一部に巻き付けて、前記熱可塑性材料により前記電線束の分岐部分を覆う、電線保護構造部の製造方法。 - 請求項6に記載の電線保護構造部の製造方法であって、
前記工程(a)では、長尺帯状の熱可塑性材料を前記電線束の分岐部分に巻き付けて前記電線束の分岐部分を覆う、電線保護構造部の製造方法。 - 請求項6に記載の電線保護構造部の製造方法であって、
前記工程(a)では、前記熱可塑性材料で前記電線束の分岐部分を挟んで覆う、電線保護構造部の製造方法。 - 請求項6に記載の電線保護構造部の製造方法であって、
前記工程(a)では、切込みが形成されている前記熱可塑性材料を前記電線束の分岐部分に巻き付けて前記電線束の分岐部分を覆う、電線保護構造部の製造方法。
