  • the LCD Module is a combination of a liquid crystal panel (panel) and a backlight assembly.
  • the liquid crystal panel and the backlight assembly are assembled to form a whole. But at work, they are independent of each other (that is, the circuits are not related).

  • connection between the front frame and the back panel of the existing liquid crystal module includes the following two types.
  • the first is the snap connection. Since the clearance between the metal snaps is extremely small, care must be taken when installing. On the other hand, because the buckle does not have Pre-tightening action, therefore, in order to reduce the adverse effect of the impact on the LCD panel, a relatively thick cushioning material is generally stuck at the front frame, and a large gap is reserved at the periphery to eliminate the influence of the manufacturing error of the buckle. Therefore, this type of snap connection is not only time-consuming in the installation process, but also inferior to shock and vibration. Since the thickness of the buffer material is increased, the thickness of the liquid crystal module is also increased.
  • the second is the screw connection. Since the screw connection method is used, since the number of screws is large, and the screw rotation fixing process takes a certain time, the connection process in this manner is time consuming. On the other hand, since the screw connection is a rigid connection, the buffering performance to the LCD panel is poor. Therefore, in order to eliminate the adverse effect of excessive local deformation on the LCD panel when the screw is tightened, it is necessary to apply a thicker buffer material to the front frame, which significantly increases the thickness of the entire liquid crystal module.
  • the existing liquid crystal module connection methods have the disadvantages of complicated installation process, poor impact resistance, and large thickness of the liquid crystal module. Description
