Claims (9)
- 通信機能を有して表示部に視認可能に情報を表示する書換可能な第1の情報表示器を装着した複数の搬器と、
前記複数の搬器を搬送する搬器搬送機構と、
前記搬器搬送機構の搬送路に臨んで設けられた調剤機と、
通信機能を有して表示部に視認可能に情報を表示する書換可能な第2の情報表示器が装着され且つ前記複数の搬器を搬送する医薬品運搬用車両と、
前記複数の搬器を前記医薬品運搬用車両に積み込む搬器積込装置と、
調剤指示データに基づいて、前記第1の情報表示器の前記表示部に表示するための表示情報を前記第1の情報表示器に送信し且つ指示された1種以上の薬剤を前記調剤機から前記搬器に払い出すために前記搬器搬送機構と前記調剤機との連携動作を制御する指令を前記搬器搬送機構及び前記調剤機に出力し、さらに薬剤運搬先を示す情報に基づいて、前記搬器積込装置に積み込み先を指令する積み込み指令を与え且つ前記第2の情報表示器の前記表示部に少なくとも前記薬剤運搬先と後続の医薬品運搬用車両の有無を表示するための表示情報を前記第2の情報表示器に送信する調剤制御装置とを具備し、
前記調剤機は、指示された薬剤の欠品が発生時には欠品情報の通知を前記調剤制御装置に送信するように構成されており、
前記調剤制御装置は、前記調剤機から前記欠品情報を受信すると前記表示部に前記欠品情報を目視読取可能な態様で表示させる書込指令を前記第1の情報表示器に送信するように構成され、
前記調剤制御装置はさらに、
複数種類の薬剤とこれらの薬剤を収容可能な小器に関する薬品小器対応データを記憶保持する対応データ記憶手段と、
前記薬品小器対応データを参照して、前記調剤指示データにより指示された前記1種以上の薬剤を収容する1以上の前記小器を前記搬器の内部空間内に配置して前記内部空間を分割するために必要な前記小器の平面配置を試行演算する演算手段と、
前記演算手段が演算した前記平面配置に関する分割情報を前記第1の情報表示器に送信して前記表示部に前記平面配置を表示させる表示指示手段とを備えていることを特徴とする調剤システム。 - 通信機能を有して表示部に視認可能に情報を表示する書換可能な情報表示器を装着した搬器と、
前記搬器を搬送する搬器搬送機構と、
前記搬器搬送機構の搬送路に臨んで設けられた調剤機と、
調剤指示データに基づいて、前記表示部に表示する表示情報を前記情報表示器に送信し且つ指示された1種以上の薬剤を前記調剤機から前記搬器に払い出すために前記搬器搬送機構と前記調剤機との連携動作を制御する指令を前記搬器搬送機構及び前記調剤機に出力する調剤制御装置とを具備し、
前記調剤機は、指示された薬剤の欠品が発生時には欠品情報の通知を前記調剤制御装置に送信するように構成されており、
前記調剤制御装置は、前記調剤機から前記欠品情報を受信すると前記表示部に前記欠品情報を目視読取可能な態様で表示させる書込指令を前記情報表示器に送信するように構成され、
前記調剤制御装置はさらに、
複数種類の薬剤とこれらの薬剤を収容可能な小器に関する薬品小器対応データを記憶保持する対応データ記憶手段と、
前記薬品小器対応データを参照して、前記調剤指示データにより指示された前記1種以上の薬剤を収容する1以上の前記小器を前記搬器の内部空間内に配置して前記内部空間を分割するために必要な前記小器の平面配置を試行演算する演算手段と、
前記演算手段が演算した前記平面配置に関する分割情報を前記情報表示器に送信して前記表示部に前記平面配置を表示させる表示指示手段とを備えていることを特徴とする調剤システム。 - 前記表示指示手段は、前記表示部の前記欠品情報を表示する欄に前記欠品情報に代えて前記平面配置を上書き表示させることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の調剤システム。
- 通信機能を有して表示部に視認可能に情報を表示する書換可能な情報表示器を装着した搬器と、
前記搬器を搬送する搬器搬送機構と、
前記搬器搬送機構の搬送路に臨んで設けられた調剤機と、
調剤指示データに基づいて、前記表示部に表示する表示情報を前記情報表示器に送信し且つ指示された1種以上の薬剤を前記調剤機から前記搬器に払い出すために前記搬器搬送機構と前記調剤機との連携動作を制御する指令を前記搬器搬送機構及び前記調剤機に出力する調剤制御装置とを具備し、
前記調剤機は、指示された薬剤の欠品が発生時には欠品情報の通知を前記調剤制御装置に送信するように構成されており、
前記調剤制御装置は、前記調剤機から前記欠品情報を受信すると前記表示部に前記欠品情報を目視読取可能な態様で表示させる書込指令を前記情報表示器に送信するように構成されていることを特徴とする調剤システム。 - 前記欠品情報が、欠品であることを表示する文字情報である請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の調剤システム。
- 前記欠品情報が、欠品の薬品名と数量である請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の調剤システム。
- 収容している薬剤を複数の搬器に投入して送り出す調剤機と、
通信機能を有して表示部に視認可能に情報を表示する書換可能な情報表示器が装着され且つ前記複数の搬器を搬送する医薬品運搬用車両と、
前記複数の搬器を前記医薬品運搬用車両に積み込む搬器積込装置と、
薬剤運搬先を示す情報に基づいて、前記搬器積み込み装置に積み込み指令を与え且つ前記情報表示器の前記表示部に少なくとも前記薬剤運搬先と、積み込みの順番と、後続の医薬品運搬用車両の有無を表示するための表示情報を前記情報表示器に送信する調剤制御装置とを具備することを特徴とする調剤システム。 - 前記調剤制御装置は、前記薬剤運搬先の分かる情報に基づき薬剤運搬先の同じ搬器は薬剤運搬先の異なるものとの混載を避けながら、前記医薬品運搬用車両が一台で足りれば一台に纏めて積み込み、前記医薬品運搬用車両が一台で足りなければ複数台に分けて積み込むように、前記積み込み指令を発生する請求項7に記載の調剤システム。
- 前記調剤制御装置は、前記医薬品運搬用車両に前記搬器を積み込む際に、前記薬剤運搬先が同じ複数の前記搬器を複数台の前記医薬品運搬用車両に分けて積み込むときには、処方情報その他の施用対象患者の分かる情報に基づいて同一患者に施用される薬剤を収容した複数の前記搬器が複数の前記医薬品運搬用車両に分割積込みされるか否かを判別するとともに、分割積込み時には積み込み先の前記医薬品運搬用車両に付設されている前記情報表示器に分割積込み対象の患者と分割積込み対象の搬器の分割状況とを示す分割情報を表示させることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の調剤システム。
