Description

轮椅前叉避震结构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种轮椅,尤指一种轮椅前叉避震结构。
背景技术
轮椅的两个前轮可以360度任意旋转,因此可以起到导向的作用,从而可以方便使轮椅进行左右转向。所以说,前轮虽小,但在轮椅中却扮演了极为重要的角色。
然而,由于前轮很小,受力较少,从上方来的压力较小,故只要轻微地震动,震动就会很明显,为了减小前轮的震动,一般都在前轮处设置有避震结构。现有的轮椅前轮避震结构通常为避震弹簧,该避震弹簧常设置在用于固定前轮的前叉上,或者前叉的转轴上。例如:于2007年7月25日授权公告的CN2925443Y专利前案,再如:于2008年11月19日授权公告的CN201150606Y专利,都公开了采用弹簧进行减震的轮椅前叉避震结构。这种以弹簧进行避震的结构,弹簧需套在前叉的转轴上,或者安装在前叉上,使前轮的整体外形体积较大,而且弹簧暴露在外容易生锈,会影响避震效果,还会影响产品的外观。如果将弹簧安装在外套或壳体之内,又需要额外增加与之相配的零部件,使产品的结构过于复杂,增加制造成本,还会增加产品的体积及重量。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构简单、重量轻的轮椅前叉避震结构。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种轮椅前叉避震结构,轮椅前轮安装在一前叉下方的叉体上,该前叉上安装有一芯轴,前叉的上方设有一个U形体,所述芯轴安装在该形体的上方片体上。
所述U形体形成的U形槽之内设置有一个具有弹性的避震块。
所述的避震块相对芯轴位置设置有一安装孔,安装时,芯轴下段的螺纹段伸入该安装孔,再以一螺帽从安装孔下方穿过并锁固在芯轴的螺纹段上。
所述的避震块相对U形体的上方片体设置有一插槽,安装时将避震块以其插槽从U形体开口一侧插在U形体的上方片体上。
所述的避震块两侧设置有挡片。
所述U形体所形成的U形槽远离开口的一端槽径大,而开口一端的槽径小。
所述U形体形成的U形槽之内设置有一个具有弹性的避震块,该避震块的形状与U形槽形状相当,且安装时从U形体的一侧插入到U形槽内。
采用上述方案后,由于本发明在轮椅前轮前叉的上方设置了一个U形体,将前轮安装在轮椅支架上的芯轴固定在U形体的上方片体上,这样通过U形体两片体之间的弹性变形,可消除部分从前轮传来的震动力,以此达到减震的效果。该结构相对于以弹簧为主要减震装置来说,结构精简,重量轻巧,外观也小巧。此外,该U形体形成的U形槽内还可再设置以塑料或橡胶制成的避震块,以进一步提高避震效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述。
本发明所揭示的是一种轮椅前叉避震结构,如图1及图2所示,为本发明的第一较佳实施例。所述的轮椅前轮9安装在一前叉1上,该前叉1上安装有一芯轴2,该芯轴2的上段通过轴承安装在轮椅的支架上(轴承与轮椅支架在图中均未画出)。由于轴承的设置,使前叉1可以做360度旋转,从而可带动前轮同步旋转。
本发明的关键在于:所述的前叉1下方设有叉体11用于安装前轮9,其上方设有一个U形体12,所述的芯轴2安装在该U形体12的上方片体上。
由于前叉1的上方设置了U形体12,通过U形体12两片体之间的弹性变形,可消除部分从前轮9传来的震动力,如图2所示,从而达到减震的效果。
为了进一步提高减震效果,本发明可以在U形体12的U形槽之内设置一个具有弹性的避震块,如图3、4、5所示的第二实施例即为此种结构。所述的避震块3可以以塑料材质制成,在U形体12的U形槽内增加了避震块3之后,通过该避震块3可以吸收部分来自前轮的震动力,从而增加避震效果。使用者可以根据不同的使用场合,以及使用者的重量来选择不同硬度的避震块,厂家也可以用不同颜色的避震块表示不同的硬度,以供使用者选用。
为了方便安装,所述避震块3相对芯轴2位置可设置一安装孔31,所述的U形体12的下方片体上设有安装槽13。安装时,将芯轴2下段的螺纹段21伸入该安装孔31,再以一螺帽4从安装孔31下方穿过以锁固在芯轴2的螺纹段21上。此外,为了使避震块3安装后不晃动,所述避震块3相对前叉1的U形体12的上方片体还设置有一插槽32,安装时将避震块3以其插槽32从U形体12开口一侧插在U形体12的上方片体上,然后将芯轴2下段的螺纹段21伸入安装孔31由螺帽4锁固,芯轴2上的凸台22则抵于避震块3的上端面将避震块3压紧固定。再者,为了使产品外观简洁美观,所述的避震块3两侧可再设置一挡片33,安装后,则两侧的挡片33将U形体12遮挡在避震块3内,U形体12被包覆于避震块3之内,也就是说从外观看仅能看到避震块3,因此外观更为简洁美观。
如图6、7所示,为本发明的第三实施例。本实施例与上述第一实施例的区别在于:所述前叉1的U形体12所形成的U形槽结构为远离开口一端槽径大,而开口一端的槽径小。这种结构的改变是为适用以塑料制成的前叉,由于塑料的强度不如金属制成强,实施例一和二所述的前叉可以以金属材质制成,U形体的壁厚较小且壁厚一致也可以满足强度要求,而对于以塑料材质制成的前叉来说,通过增加槽内部的槽径而较小槽外侧的槽径,在满足弹性变形的前提下可以保证强度要求。
上述第三实施例所述的前叉U形体12的U形槽内也可以设置一避震块以提高避震效果,如图8至图10所示。所述的避震块5的形状与所述U形体12的U形槽形状相当,安装时,将避震块5从U形体12的一侧插入到U形槽内即可完成安装。

1、一种轮椅前叉避震结构,轮椅前轮安装在一前叉下方的叉体上,该前叉上安装有一芯轴,其特征在于:所述前叉的上方设有一个U形体,所述芯轴安装在该形体的上方片体上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的轮椅前叉避震结构,其特征在于:所述U形体形成的U形槽之内设置有一个具有弹性的避震块。
3、根据权利要求1所述的轮椅前叉避震结构,其特征在于:所述的避震块相对芯轴位置设置有一安装孔,安装时,芯轴下段的螺纹段伸入该安装孔,再以一螺帽从安装孔下方穿过并锁固在芯轴的螺纹段上。
4、根据权利要求1所述的轮椅前叉避震结构,其特征在于:所述的避震块相对U形体的上方片体设置有一插槽,安装时将避震块以其插槽从U形体开口一侧插在U形体的上方片体上。
5、根据权利要求1所述的轮椅前叉避震结构,其特征在于:所述的避震块两侧设置有挡片。
6、根据权利要求1所述的轮椅前叉避震结构,其特征在于:所述U形体所形成的U形槽远离开口的一端槽径大,而开口一端的槽径小。
7、根据权利要求6所述的轮椅前叉避震结构,其特征在于:所述U形体形成的U形槽之内设置有一个具有弹性的避震块,该避震块的形状与U形槽形状相当,且安装时从U形体的一侧插入到U形槽内。
