Abstract
【解決手段】防振基体が外周に接合される接合部は、フランジ部と接合部とが連絡する隅を取った面取部と、面取部の軸線方向に連接される基部と、基部の軸線方向に連接される先端部と、を備えている。基部は、軸線と直交する第1方向へ投影した第1の投影面の面積と、軸線および第1方向と直交する第2方向へ投影した第2の投影面の面積と、が実質的に同じ大きさであり、先端部は、第1の投影面の面積より第2の投影面の面積が大きく設定される。

Claims (4)
- 軸線に沿って延びる軸状の第1取付具と、
前記第1取付具の外形よりも大きい開口部を少なくとも一方に有する筒状の第2取付具と、
前記第1取付具と前記第2取付具の前記開口部とに少なくとも接合されるゴム弾性体からなる防振基体と、
前記第2取付具に固定されると共に前記第1取付具の相対変位を規制する規制部材と、を備え、
前記第1取付具は、前記防振基体が外周に接合される接合部と、
前記接合部に連接されると共に前記防振基体が接合されるフランジ部と、
前記フランジ部を覆うゴム弾性体からなり前記規制部材と対面するストッパ部と、を備え、
前記接合部は、前記フランジ部と前記接合部とが連絡する隅を取った面取部と、
前記面取部の軸線方向に連接される基部と、
前記基部の前記軸線方向に連接される先端部と、を備え、
前記基部は、前記軸線と直交する第1方向へ投影した第1の投影面の面積と、前記軸線および前記第1方向と直交する第2方向へ投影した第2の投影面の面積と、が実質的に同じ大きさであり、
前記先端部は、前記第1の投影面の面積より前記第2の投影面の面積が大きく設定される防振装置。 - 前記フランジ部は、前記接合部の反対側の前記軸線方向へ突出し前記ストッパ部を形成する前記ゴム弾性体に覆われる一対の壁部を備え、
前記一対の壁部は、前記軸線を挟んで互いに前記第1方向または前記第2方向に対向する請求項1記載の防振装置。 - 前記一対の壁部は、それぞれ2つの側辺の一方に連接されると共に互いに近づく方向へ延びる延設部を備え、
前記延設部の縁部同士が隙間をあけて配置される請求項2記載の防振装置。 - 前記一対の壁部は、前記第1方向に配置される請求項2又は3に記載の防振装置。
