一种环保实木复合强化地板生产工艺,包括以下步骤:采用木皮层(2)作为上表层,木皮层(2)上粘接耐磨层(1),在木皮层(2)下表面压制有一层浸胶纸(3),以衬托木皮层(2)上清晰的天然木质紋路;采用密度板(4)作为基板层,在基板层下表面粘接平衡层(5);耐磨层(1)、木皮层(2)、浸胶纸(3)、基板层(4)和平衡层(5)叠放,用热压机在170°C〜190°C温度,16Mpa〜22Mpa的压力条件下进行热压,并保压20s〜50s;在制作的地板四侧面上部设有对应榫和槽。

一种新型环保实木复合强化地板生产工艺 本申请要求于 2010 年 7 月 1 日提交中国国家知识产权局、 申请号为 201010215063.0、 发明名称为"一种新型环保实木复合强化地板生产工艺 "的中 国专利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域
本发明涉及建筑地板生产方法,具体为一种新型的环保复合强化地板生产 工艺。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的不断提高, 人们越来越追求贴近于大自然的生活环 境, 在建筑装饰等方面追求一种自然的真实美, 正因为这个原因, 在地面装饰 上主要趋向于选择优质的实木地板, 这无疑导致了地球上森林资源的急剧减 少, 严重影响了生态平衡, 并进一步影响了人类自己的生存环境, 而且纯实木 地板存在易变形、 耐磨性差、 需要龙骨夹板、 安装复杂等缺点; 目前市场上也 出现了不少类型的强化木地板,但是这种强化木地板缺乏实木真实自然质感的 特点。 发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种新型环保实木复合强化地板生产 工艺, 以解决上述背景技术中的缺点。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种新型环保实木复合强化地板生产工艺, 包括以下步骤:
( 1 )、 采用木皮层作为上表层, 木皮层上粘接有耐磨层, 在木皮层下表面 压制有一层浸胶纸, 浸胶纸可以浸染成不同的颜色, 以衬托木皮层上清晰的天 然木质纹路, 形成多种自然美观的条纹, 将所述的木皮层、 耐磨层、 浸胶纸从 上而下依次层叠。
( 2 )、 采用高密度板作为基板层, 高密度板的厚度为 6mm~20mm, 在基 板层下表面粘接平衡层。 ( 3 )、 将步骤(1 )制作的叠层和步骤(2 )制作的叠层上下叠放, 用热压 机热压在 170°C~190°C温度, 16Mpa~22Mpa 的压力条件下进行, 并保压 20s ~50s, 地板初步成型。
( 4 )、 将步骤(3 )制作的地板四侧面上部设有对应榫和槽, 所述的榫和 槽可以将其拼接起来。
在本发明中,所述木皮层为实木质,厚度为 0.05mm~0.3mm,呈半透明状。 在本发明中, 所述的浸胶纸为一种胶制纸, 具有不同深浅颜色。
在本发明中, 所述高密度板为纤维板。
在本发明中, 用热压机热压的最佳条件为: 175°C温度, 20Mpa的压力, 并保压 30s。
有益效果:
本发明制造工艺筒单, 制作的地板, 既有实木地板的美观和质感, 又有强 化地板的结实耐用, 节约了大量的实木资源, 有助于环境保护。

实施例 1
参见图 1 , 一种新型环保实木复合强化地板生产工艺, 包括以下步骤: 采用木皮层 2作为上表层, 木皮层 2上粘接有耐磨层 1 , 木皮层 2厚度为 0.1mm, 呈半透明状, 在木皮层 2下表面压制有一层浸胶纸 3 , 浸胶纸 3浸染 所需要的黄色, 与木皮层上天然木质纹路结合, 形成自然美观的清晰条纹; 采 用纤维板 4作为基板层, 纤维板的厚度为 12mm, 在基板层下表面粘接平衡层 5进行叠合;将上述制作的上表层和基板层叠合在一起,用热压机热压在 175°C 温度, 20Mpa的压力条件下进行, 并保压 30s。 将制作的地板四侧面上部设有 对应榫和槽, 所述的榫和槽可以将其拼接起来。
实施例 2
参见图 1 , 一种新型环保实木复合强化地板生产工艺, 包括以下步骤: 采用木皮层 2作为上表层, 木皮层 2上粘接有耐磨层 1 , 木皮层 2厚度为 0.2mm, 呈半透明状, 在木皮层 2下表面压制有一层浸胶纸 3 , 浸胶纸 3浸染 所需要的淡绿色, 与木皮层上天然木质纹路结合, 形成自然美观的条纹; 采用 纤维板 4作为基板层, 纤维板的厚度为 15mm, 在基板层下表面粘接平衡层 5 进行叠合; 将上述制作的上表层和基板层叠合在一起, 用热压机热压在 190°C 温度, 22Mpa的压力条件下进行, 并保压 50s。 将制作的地板四侧面上部设有 对应榫和槽, 所述的榫和槽可以将其拼接起来。
实施例 3
参见图 1 , 一种新型环保实木复合强化地板生产工艺, 包括以下步骤: 采用木皮层 2作为上表层, 木皮层 2上粘接有耐磨层 1 , 木皮层 2厚度为 0.3mm, 呈半透明状, 在木皮层 2下表面压制有一层浸胶纸 3 , 浸胶纸 3浸染 所需要的淡绿色, 与木皮层上天然木质纹路结合, 形成自然美观的条纹; 采用 纤维板 4作为基板层, 纤维板的厚度为 15mm, 在基板层下表面粘接平衡层 5 进行叠合; 将上述制作的上表层和基板层叠合在一起, 用热压机热压在 170°C 温度, 16Mpa的压力条件下进行, 并保压 20s。 将制作的地板四侧面上部设有 对应榫和槽, 所述的榫和槽可以将其拼接起来。

( 1 )、 采用木皮层作为上表层, 木皮层上粘接有耐磨层, 在木皮层下表面 压制有一层浸胶纸, 以衬托木皮层上清晰的天然木质纹路, 将所述的木皮层、 耐磨层、 浸胶纸从上而下依次层叠;
( 2 )、 采用高密度板作为基板层, 高密度板的厚度为 6mm~20mm, 在基 板层下表面粘接平衡层;
( 3 )、 将步骤(1 )制作的叠层和步骤(2 )制作的叠层上下叠放, 用热压 机热压在 170°C~190°C温度, 16Mpa~22Mpa 的压力条件下进行, 并保压 20s ~50s, 地板初步成型;
( 4 )、 将步骤(3 )制作的地板四侧面上部设有对应榫和槽, 所述的榫和 槽可以将其拼接起来。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种新型环保实木复合强化地板生产工艺, 其 特征在于, 所述步骤(3 ) 中用热压机热压的最佳条件为: 175°C温度, 20Mpa 的压力, 并保压 30s。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种新型环保实木复合强化地板生产工艺, 其 特征在于, 所述浸胶纸为胶制纸, 具有不同深浅颜色。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种新型环保实木复合强化地板生产工艺, 其 特征在于, 所述木皮层厚度为 0.05mm~0.3mm, 呈半透明状。
