本实用新型涉及建筑装饰材料,特别是一种铝-铝复合板。
背景技术
铝单板在建材行业中的应用非常广泛。由于装饰行业对铝单板的强度要求较高,因此通常采用的铝单板厚度均在1.00mm以上,隔热性较差,其表面涂层装饰只能采用喷涂形式,与采用辊涂烘烤的彩铝板比较,涂层质量存在明显差距。如何克服上述差距,有必要对其研究开发。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种铝-铝复合板,采用合适厚度材质的铝板,用高强度粘接膜复合而成,使产品强度超过等同厚度的铝单板,又可采用辊涂烘烤工艺对其表面进行涂装的加工。
为达上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:铝-铝复合板,由上下二层铝板,中间以高强度粘接膜复合压制而成。
本实用新型的优点是:与铝单板比较,铝-铝复合板在提高铝板强度的情况下,不仅装饰面质量大大提高,而且在隔热、折边及铆接加工方面体现出诸多的优越性。

以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
请参阅图1所示,本实用新型由上下二表层铝板(即铝板1、3),中间用高强度粘接膜2复合压制而成。使用铝卷可实现连续生产,再根据需要切割成各种不同规格,从而降低生产成本。
