método para formar um novo assoalho laminado de madeira ambiental. um método de manufaturar assoalho de laminado de madeira ambientalmente construído, compreendendo o seguinte: utilizar uma camada de folheado de madeira (2) como a camada de topo, aderir na camada de folheado de madeira (2) uma camada de desgaste (1) e pressionar sobre a superfície de base da camada de folheado de madeira (2) uma camada de papel embebido em cola (3), a fim de acentuar as linhas de madeira claras e naturais sobra a camada de folheado de madeira (2); empregar uma placa de alta densidade (4) como uma camada de placa de base e aderir sobre sua superfície de base uma camada estabilizadora (5); empilhar a camada de folheado de madeira (1), a camada de desgaste (2), o papel embebido em cola (3), a camada de placa de base (4) e a camada estabilizadora (5); prensar termicamente com uma prensa térmica em uma temperatura entre 170 e 190<198>c, em uma pressão entre 16 e 22 mpa e por 20 a 50s. correspondentes linguetas e ranhuras são providas nas quatro faces laterais do assoalho manufaturado.
