Definitions
- the present invention relates to a capacity control valve.
- a suction chamber, a crank chamber, and a discharge chamber are formed in a housing, and a control valve chamber is provided.
- a capacity control valve is accommodated in the control valve chamber via an O-ring, and the capacity control valve is fixed by a circlip.
- a valve seat and a valve body are provided in a passage in the capacity control valve that connects the discharge chamber and the crank chamber.
- This capacity control valve can change the pressure of the crank chamber by changing the opening of the passage between the valve seat and the valve body by, for example, PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) control.
- the opening of the passage is increased by PWM control when the vehicle is accelerated, the high-pressure refrigerant gas in the discharge chamber can be easily supplied to the crank chamber. Capacity is reduced. Conversely, if the opening degree of the passage is reduced by PWM control at a constant speed of the vehicle, the high-pressure refrigerant gas in the discharge chamber becomes difficult to be supplied to the crank chamber, and the discharge capacity increases. Thus, in this variable capacity compressor, the discharge capacity can be appropriately changed according to the vehicle speed and the like.
- the valve seat of the capacity control valve and the valve body repeatedly collide with each other by a PWM control input signal.
- the vibration generated by this collision is transmitted to the case of the capacity control valve and is not transmitted to the housing of the variable capacity compressor through the O-ring, but is transmitted to the housing of the variable capacity compressor through the circlip. introduce.
- noise is generated in the variable capacity compressor or parts of the refrigeration circuit connected thereto. This tendency is particularly remarkable when the input signal (frequency) is small.
- a circlip made of a vibration-absorbing alloy may be employed as in the variable displacement compressor disclosed in Patent Document 1.
- the vibration is suppressed by the circlip and is not easily transmitted to the housing, and it is considered that silence can be realized.
- the circlip is made of a special vibration-absorbing alloy, so that the cost increases.
- FIGS. 15 and 16 it is also conceivable that a rubber sheet 92 is sandwiched between a capacity control valve 90 and a general circlip 91.
- reference numeral 93 denotes a housing of a variable displacement compressor
- reference numeral 90 a denotes a lid that is present at the rear end of the capacity control valve 90. Illustration of a terminal and the like formed on the lid 90a for energizing the coil is omitted. In this case, the vibration is absorbed by the seat 92 and is difficult to be transmitted to the circlip 91 and the housing 93, and silence can be realized.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a variable displacement compressor that can realize quietness and can realize low cost and excellent durability due to the fact that an additional member is unnecessary.

- the coil is protected by a lid, and the vibration generated by the collision between the valve seat and the valve body is transmitted from the valve seat to the housing via the valve case and circlip.

- the engagement groove 40 is formed in an annular shape with the same depth from the inner peripheral surface of the control valve chamber 5c.
- the first engagement surface 40a located on the back side and the second engagement surface 40b located on the near side define the engagement groove 40.
- the first engagement surface 40a is tapered, the second engagement surface 40b is orthogonal to the axis of the control valve chamber 5c, and the first engagement surface 40a and the second engagement surface 40b are equal in the circumferential direction. Separated by a distance.
- the capacity control valve 2 is accommodated in the control valve chamber 5c of the compressor via five O-rings 2a to 2e.
- the O-rings 2a to 2d seal between the passages communicating with the capacity control valve 2.
- the O-ring 2e seals to prevent entry of refrigerant from the outside and absorbs vibration transmitted in the radial direction of the capacity control valve 2.
- the circlip 50 is engaged with the engagement groove 40.
- the circlip 50 is made of a generally distributed material such as carbon steel (SC material), spring steel (SK material), or stainless steel (SUS material).
- SC material carbon steel
- SK material spring steel
- SUS material stainless steel
- the circlip 50 is engaged with a C-shaped engaging portion 50a that engages with the engaging groove 40, and wide portions 50b and 50c formed at both ends of the engaging portion 50a.
- the wide portion 50b is formed at the center of the portion 50a, and has wide portions 50b and 50c and a wide portion 50d protruding radially inward on the opposite side.
- the wide portions 50b and 50c are provided with fitting holes 50e and 50f through which pliers are fitted to reduce the diameter.
- the circlip 50 shown in FIG. 4 has a narrow width of the engaging portion 50a except for the wide portions 50b to 50d.
- the engaging portion 50a defines a notch 50g that avoids contact with the lid 30 of the capacity control valve 2 inside the C-shaped main body.
- a gap C formed by the notch 50g is a vibration transmission suppressing unit and a contact area reducing unit.
- the notch 50g reduces the contact area between the lid 30 and the circlip 91 and reduces the rigidity of the lid 30 or circlip 91, thereby reducing the spring constant and shifting the resonance frequency to a lower frequency. By reducing the peak frequency, vibration transmission is suppressed.
- the circlip 50 has a first surface 50h facing the first engagement surface 40a and the lid 30, and a second surface 50i facing the second engagement surface 40b.
- the first surface 50h and the second surface 50i engage with the first engagement surface 40a and the second engagement surface 40b, respectively.
- the first surface 50h and the second surface 50i are parallel.
- the first surface 50h which is a facing surface facing the lid 30, can contact the lid 30 at the positions of the wide portions 50b to 50d, but cannot contact the lid 30 at the position of the engaging portion 50a. For this reason, the wide portions 50 b to 50 d of the first surface 50 h are contact surfaces that contact the lid 30.
- the surface 30a of the lid 30 is in contact with the first surface 50h or the second surface 50i at the positions of the wide portions 50b to 50d.
- the compressor configured as described above is a vehicle air conditioner, in which the discharge chamber 5b shown in FIG. 1 is connected to a condenser, the condenser is connected to an evaporator via an expansion valve, and the evaporator is a suction chamber. Connected to 5a.
- the drive shaft 11 is rotationally driven by an engine or the like, the refrigerant in the suction chamber 5a is compressed in the compression chamber 31 with a discharge capacity corresponding to the inclination angle of the swash plate 17, and discharged to the discharge chamber 5b.
- the opening between the valve seat VS and the valve body VB shown in FIG. 2 is increased by PWM control during vehicle acceleration, the high-pressure refrigerant gas in the discharge chamber 5b is discharged into the discharge port 4f and the shaft hole 4e. Then, it is easy to be supplied to the crank chamber 9 through the valve chamber 4b and the crank port 4d, and the discharge capacity is reduced. Conversely, if the opening between the valve seat VS and the valve body VB is reduced by PWM control at a constant vehicle speed, the high-pressure refrigerant gas in the discharge chamber 5b becomes difficult to be supplied to the crank chamber 9, and the discharge capacity Becomes larger. Thus, in this compressor, the discharge capacity can be appropriately changed according to the vehicle speed or the like.
- This compressor is an additional member and does not employ a sheet that increases the number of assembling steps and the unit cost, and the circlip 50 is made of general SUS. For this reason, this compressor can realize cost reduction.
- this compressor it is only necessary to provide a general engagement groove 40 in the rear housing 5 so that only the shape of the circlip 50 is special, and the cost is hardly increased. Since this compressor does not employ a rubber sheet that may deteriorate during long-term use, it is possible to achieve quietness and sealing performance over a long period of time.
- adopts the circlip 51 shown in FIG.5 and FIG.6.
- the circlip 51 has a small-diameter portion 51b and a large-diameter portion 51c in which the engaging portion 51a is continuously bent. Fitting holes 51f and 51g for reducing the diameter are provided through the wide portions 51d and 51e. A portion of the small diameter portion 51b bent with respect to the large diameter portion 51c forms a notch 51h that avoids contact with the lid 30 of the capacity control valve 2.
- a gap C formed by the notch 51h is a vibration transmission suppressing unit and a contact area reducing unit. That is, the notch 50h reduces the contact between the lid 30 and the circlip 51, thereby suppressing vibration transmission.
- Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.

Abstract
