Definitions
- the present invention relates to a track structure of a skateboard, and more particularly to an improvement of a track structure that can be returned to a neutral position by using an elastic block during a steering angle operation for automatically returning a wheel by weight movement.
- a skateboard track mounting bracket as disclosed in JP-A-2001-62023 has been disclosed.
- the pivot structure since the pivot structure is used, the range of followability due to weight movement is small, so that it is difficult to sufficiently swing or perform automatic return. Therefore, for example, a skateboard track structure disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 4268393 is known as a structure in which a track portion is pivotally attached to a support and is largely swung left and right using a spring that can be returned to a neutral position.
- the support tool is swung with the cap-shaped pedestal portion so as to cover the top surface and the side peripheral surface of the cylindrical base portion, so an external force is applied in a direction other than the turn.
- the link piece is merely pivotally attached to the projecting shaft projecting on the upper surface of the base portion and the adjustment bolt, the structure is simple and the reliability is excellent.
- the coil spring is fitted in the storage part of the support plate, and the rotation range is restricted by the link piece pivotally supported by the projecting shaft. Therefore, a large coil spring is required, and the coil spring and the link piece are externally attached. Therefore, there is a risk of damage or breakage when a large impact or load is applied.
- JP 2001-62023 A Japanese Patent No. 4268393

- the force applied to the track portion due to weight movement moves the swinging portion and displaces the operating portion.
- the elastic block can be compressed by the displacement of the operating portion to increase the repulsive force in the return direction, and the steering angle can be automatically returned. Since the elastic block can be built in the gap of the bearing storage chamber, the structure does not become bulky and the influence of external impact and weather can be avoided. Moreover, since it is only housed and latched in the bearing storage chamber, the replacement can be easily performed and the convenience is high.

Abstract
