Definitions
- the present invention relates to exhaust heat of information equipment terminals.
- Patent Document 1 discloses that an information apparatus terminal is provided at 90 degrees by providing a plurality of exhaust ports and a corresponding fan on each side surface of an information apparatus terminal such as a plasma display panel. A technique is disclosed that can discharge sufficient heat even when the apparatus is installed by being rotated or installed upside down.
- Patent Document 1 since the technique disclosed in Patent Document 1 requires a plurality of fans, there arises a problem that it is not suitable in terms of weight and structure for a portable information device terminal or the like. Moreover, since it is necessary to control several fans, the subject that control becomes complicated also arises.
- an object of the present invention is to provide an information equipment terminal that solves the above-described problems and performs efficient exhaust heat.
- the information equipment terminal of the present invention is an information equipment terminal having a heat exhaust mechanism in a casing, and performs heat exhaust control for exhausting heat from a positionally high part of the information equipment terminal caused by the inclination of the information equipment terminal. It is characterized by performing.

- FIG. 1 is an external view of an embodiment according to the present invention.
- the information equipment terminal 1 includes a display screen 2 and a display screen 4.
- the Y direction is the upper part of the information equipment terminal 1 and the images on the display screens 2 and 4 are seen.
- the information equipment terminal 1 is placed in the X direction. It is also assumed that the image is rotated 90 degrees.
- an information device terminal in which the casing having the display screen 2 and the display screen 4 has a mechanism that opens and closes like a book spread is taken as an embodiment, but there is only one display screen.
- the present invention is also applied to a rectangular parallelepiped information equipment terminal.
- FIG. 2 is a configuration diagram of an embodiment according to the present invention.
- a rotary fan unit 10 (not shown), a rotating body 20, an exhaust plate 30, and an exhaust guide 40 are provided in a casing provided with a display screen 4 (not shown). It has been.
- exhaust ports 6a, 6b, 6c, and 6d are provided on the side surface of the casing on which the display screen 4 (not shown) is provided. The exhaust port 6a located on the side surface closest to the person may be blocked. Which side exhaust port is blocked is appropriately determined.
- FIG. 3 is a view showing a cross section AA in FIG.
- the rotating fan unit 10, the rotating body 20, the exhaust plate 30, and the exhaust guide 40 are provided in the case where the display screen 4 is provided.
- emission is shown by the arrow line, this raise
- FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the configuration of the rotary fan unit 10.
- the rotary fan unit 10 includes a wind suction plate 13 having a wind suction hole 12, a fin 14, and a motor (not shown) that rotates the fin.
- FIG. 5 is a diagram showing the configuration of the rotating body 20.
- the rotating body 20 has a disk shape, and a weight 22 is provided on a part of the circumference.
- the heat exhaust hole 24 is at a position that is substantially symmetric with the weight 22 about the rotation axis of the rotating body 20.
- FIG. 6 is a view showing the configuration of the exhaust plate 30.
- the exhaust plate 30 is mainly composed of two parts. They are an exhaust plate (outside) 32 and an exhaust plate (inside) 36. These two parts constitute a heat blowing hole 34.
- the exhaust plate (outside) 32 and the exhaust plate (inside) 36 are fixed to a housing or other parts with screws or the like.
- FIG. 7 is a view showing the configuration of the exhaust guide 40.
- a plurality of exhaust guide cells 42 are coupled to the exhaust guide 40. More specifically, the exhaust guide cell 42 has a connection shaft 44a and a connection shaft 44b, and is connected to the exhaust guide cell 42 positioned in the front-rear direction by these connection shafts. Since the connection shaft has a degree of freedom, the exhaust guide 40 as a whole can be linear or arcuate.
- a weight 46 is provided in a part of the exhaust guide cell 42 constituting the exhaust guide 40. Further, the entire exhaust guide 40 is covered with a flexible sheet such as a rubber or a film, so that there is an effect of eliminating a gap caused by coupling of the exhaust guide cells 42. The seat does not lose the flexibility of the exhaust guide 40.
- FIG. 8 is a view showing the linkage between the exhaust plate 30 and the exhaust guide 40.
- the exhaust guide 40 can have a linear shape or an arc shape, and is thus configured to move along the exhaust plate (outside) 32.
- the exhaust plate (outer) 32 and the exhaust guide 40 have grooves formed on the outer edge of the exhaust plate (outer) 32, and a part of the exhaust guide 40 is fitted into the grooves. It comes to match.
- the fitting mentioned here indicates that the exhaust guide 40 is fitted in a state that does not hinder the movement of the exhaust guide 40 along the exhaust plate (outside) 32.
- FIG. 9 how the heat is exhausted when the information equipment terminal 1 is installed on a plane such as a desk will be described.
- FIG. 9 shows that when the information device terminal 1 is installed on a plane such as a desk, the housing 90 on which the display screen 4 of the information device terminal 1 is provided is inclined by the protrusion 90 provided on the information device terminal 1.
- FIG. 9 the position of the person who operates the information equipment terminal 1 (hereinafter abbreviated as the operator) is shown.
- the casing on which the display screen 4 of the information device terminal 1 is provided has a lower operator side and a higher protrusion 90.
- FIG. 10 is a diagram showing heat discharge (1) in the installed state of the information equipment terminal 1 shown in FIG. 9, and the internal structure of the information equipment terminal 1 is also shown.
- the weight 22 of the rotating body 20 inside the casing is moved by its own weight due to the inclination of the casing on which the display screen 4 of the information device terminal 1 is provided, and moves to the operator side. Then, the heat exhaust hole 24 of the rotating body 20 is located on the opposite side to the weight 22.
- the rotating fan unit 10 shown in FIG. 4 causes an air flow, and heat inside the casing is transferred from the heat exhaust hole 24 of the rotating body 20 through the heat blowing hole 34 shown in FIG.
- the exhaust ports 6b, 6c, 6d are discharged.
- the exhaust guide 40 is moved by the weight of the weight 46 due to the inclination of the casing on which the display screen 4 of the information device terminal 1 is provided, and moves on the outer edge of the exhaust plate 30. Located on the side. As a result, the exhaust port 6a is provided on the side surface of the casing on the operator side. However, the exhaust guide 40 prevents the heat from being exhausted to the exhaust port 6a, so that the heat to the operator side is not exhausted.
- FIG. 11 is a diagram showing a state of heat discharge (2) according to the embodiment of the present invention.
- the exhaust port 6d side is low and the exhaust port 6c side is high in the case where the display screen 4 of the information device terminal 1 is provided, for example, by the hand of the operator.
- emission it is the same principle as the above-mentioned, and, as a result, heat
