- the conductor plane is a so-called solid conductor, and may be, for example, a power plane that supplies power. In this case, the conductor plane is given a constant potential.
- the conductor plane may be divided into a plurality of parts.
- the A layer 210, the B layer 220, the C layer 230, the D layer 240, the E layer 250, or the F layer 260 may include a configuration other than the above-described components, for example, a transmission line that transmits an electrical signal.

- connection members 271 arranged repeatedly are connected to the ground conductor 211 and the ground conductor 261. Since the connection members 271 that are arranged at a certain interval and to which a reference potential is applied can reduce electromagnetic waves in a relatively low frequency band, the wiring board 2000 can also exert an effect of suppressing the frequency band to a relatively low frequency band. it can.
- the wiring board 2000 of the present embodiment can sufficiently suppress the propagation of electromagnetic waves in both the high frequency band and the low frequency band, similarly to the wiring board 1000 of the first embodiment.

- the ground conductor 111, the conductor element 121, or the ground conductor 141 may be a flat plate having an opening in the center, and may have a spiral conductor pattern in the opening. At this time, one end of the spiral conductor pattern may be connected to the flat plate, and the other end may be connected to the connection member 151. Further, the conductor pattern does not necessarily have to be spiral, and may be, for example, linear, curved, or meandering.
- the structure shown in FIG. 14 is an open stub type EBG structure in which a microstrip line formed including the conductor element 121 functions as an open stub.
- the connection member 151 forms an inductance.
- the conductor element 121 forms a microstrip line having the conductor portion 131 as a return path by being electrically coupled to the opposing conductor portion 131.
- One end of the microstrip line is an open end and is configured to function as an open stub.
- the conductor element 121 has a spiral pattern.
- the present invention is not limited to this. For example, a linear pattern, a curved pattern, a meandering pattern, etc. Also good.
- the open stub type EBG structure In the open stub type EBG structure, a parallel flat plate made up of the ground conductor 111 and the conductor portion 131 or a parallel flat plate made up of the ground conductor 141 and the conductor portion 131 was shunted by a series resonant circuit made up of the open stub and the inductance. It can be expressed by an equivalent circuit, and the resonance frequency of the series resonance circuit gives the center frequency of the band gap. Accordingly, the band gap band can be lowered by increasing the stub length of the open stub formed including the conductor element 121.
- the open stub type EBG structure requires a stub length to reduce the frequency of the bandgap band, but does not necessarily require an area. Therefore, the conductor element 121 can be reduced in size.
- the conductor portion 131 facing the conductor element 121 forming the microstrip line is close. This is because the shorter the distance between the conductor element and the conductor portion, the lower the characteristic impedance of the microstrip line and the wider the band gap band. However, even when the conductor element 121 is not brought close to the opposing conductor portion 131, the essential effect of the present invention is not affected at all.
- the ground conductor 211, the conductor element 221, the conductor element 241, or the ground conductor 261 is a flat plate having an opening in the center
- one end of the spiral conductor pattern may be connected to the flat plate, and the other end may be connected to the connection member 271.

- a part of the conductor element 121 may be located on the ground conductor 141 side with respect to the conductor portion 131.
- the number of repetitions of the arrangement of the conductor elements 121 is determined. More than the first embodiment. Therefore, the EBG structure can be provided with high density. Therefore, an EBG structure having higher characteristics than those of the first embodiment can be configured.
- either the B layer 220 in which the conductor element 221 is formed or the D layer 240 in which the conductor element 241 is formed may not exist. . That is, the number of layers in which the conductor element (fourth conductor) is formed may be smaller than the number of layers in which the conductor portion (third conductor) is formed.
- the conductor element 221 is formed in the intermediate layer between the ground conductor 211 and the conductor portion 231, but may be formed in the intermediate layer between the conductor portion 231 and the conductor portion 251.
- the conductor element 241 is formed in the intermediate layer between the conductor portion 231 and the conductor portion 251, but may be formed in an intermediate layer between the conductor portion 251 and the ground conductor 261.
- connection member 151 or the connection member 271 that is not necessarily connected to the conductor element is not necessarily limited thereto. Some may exist. Naturally, when the EBG structure is broken by not being connected to the conductor element, the effect of suppressing electromagnetic waves in the high frequency band in the adjacent space is reduced.

- the ground conductor 111 and the ground conductor 141 are each a square having a side of 7 mm.
