Abstract
Description
かかる刃物においては、刀身本体に設けた溝部に替刃を挿入することにより、替刃が刀身本体に装着される。そして、所定の使用回数や使用期間ごとに替刃を交換することができる。
上記替刃は、厚み方向に可撓性を有し、
上記刀身本体は、本体ブロックと該本体ブロックに対して上記刃物の長手方向に進退可能に保持されたスライドブロックとからなり、
上記本体ブロックは、上記替刃の裏面を支承する本体支承部と、表面側から上記替刃に係合する本体係合部とを有し、
上記スライドブロックは、上記本体支承部よりも後方において上記替刃の上記裏面を支承する後方支承部と、上記替刃を後方へ引き込めるよう該替刃に係合するスライド係合部と、上記厚み方向の裏側に突出した裏側突起部とを有し、
上記替刃を上記刀身本体に装着した装着状態において、上記替刃は、上記厚み方向に反るように弾性変形しており、上記スライドブロックは、上記替刃の弾性力によって上記厚み方向の裏側に押圧され、上記裏側突起部が、上記本体ブロックに設けた被係止部に係止されるよう構成してあることを特徴とする刃物にある。
また、上記と反対に、上記装着状態から、上記スライドブロックを強制的に前進させて、上記刃替状態とすることによって、容易に替刃のみの交換が可能となる。
そのため、部品点数を低減することができると共に、その構成を簡単にすることができる。
この場合には、上記本体係合部に係合されると共に上記本体支承部と上記後方支承部とによって一方の主面から支承された上記替刃が、上記本体支承部及び上記後方支承部に向って凸となるように反りやすい。これにより、確実に、上記替刃の弾性力によって上記スライドブロックを本体ブロックに向って付勢して、上記裏面突起部を上記被係止部に係止することができる。
また、上記刃物の使用時においては、上記ストッパー兼用カバーを上記後方位置に配置することによって、上記スライドブロックの進退を規制することができる。これにより、刃物の使用を円滑に行うことができる。
また、上記ストッパー兼用カバーを中間位置にロックして、上記スライドブロックを前進させることによって、容易に上記替刃の交換を行うことができる。
この場合には、上記ストッパー兼用カバーを、上記前方位置と上記中間位置と上記後方位置との間で、容易に移動させると共にロックすることができる。
この場合には、上記装着状態における上記スライドブロックの移動をより確実に防ぐことができる。また、上記厚み方向板バネを寝かせるように押し込めば、上記被当接部との当接を容易に解いて、上記スライドブロックを前進させることができる。

この場合には、上記替刃の装着向きを間違えることを防止することができる。
本発明の実施例にかかる刃物につき、図1~図22を用いて説明する。
本例の刃物1は、図1~図6に示すごとく、刀身本体2に替刃3を着脱可能に装着してなる医療用メスである。
替刃3は、厚み方向Xに可撓性を有すると共に、図7に示すごとく、上記厚み方向Xに貫通した開口部31を有する。開口部31は、先端側に形成されると共に刃物1の長手方向Y及び厚み方向Xに直交する高さ方向Zの上下幅w1が比較的小さい先端側開口部32と、該先端側開口部32の後端側に連続形成されると共に該先端側開口部32よりも上下幅w2が大きい後端側開口部33とからなる。
図12、図13に示すごとく、本体ブロック4は、替刃3の一方の主面(裏面)を支承する本体支承部41と、該本体支承部41から厚み方向Xへ突出し、替刃3における先端側開口部32に挿嵌されると共に開口部31の先端に当接する本体係合部42とを有する。
図11に示すごとく、替刃3を刀身本体2に装着した装着状態Sにおいて、替刃3は、厚み方向Xに反るように弾性変形している。これにより、スライドブロック5は、替刃3の弾性力によって厚み方向Xの本体ブロック4側に押圧され、裏側突起部53が、本体ブロック4に設けた被係止部43に係止される。
図10、図11に示すごとく、スライドブロック5は、替刃3の後端34に対して、長手方向Yに対向する後方対向面54を有する。そして、図21、図22に示すごとく、スライドブロック5を本体ブロック4に対して前進させたとき、後方対向面54が替刃3の後端34に当接して替刃3を前方へ押し出す。
替刃3の後端34及び後方対向面54は、厚み方向Xから見たとき、長手方向Yに対して斜めに形成されている。
また、本体支承部41は、後端側開口部33よりも高さ方向Zの上下幅が広い。
替刃3の後端34は、斜め上方を向くように傾斜している。
また、先端側開口部32における先端側には、高さ方向Zの上下幅をより小さくした小幅部分321が形成されている。この小幅部分321に本体ブロック4の本体係合部42の先端部が嵌入することにより、安定した係合状態を得ることができる。
上記被係止部43は、図8に示すごとく、断面略長方形状を有するが、表側の角部431、432には、曲面状の面取り部が形成されている。
装着状態Sを解除する際には、厚み方向板バネ57を、中央バネ部573の付勢力に抗してスライドブロック5の裏面に沿わせることによって、厚み方向板バネ57を裏面支承部451との当接状態を解くことができる。
まず、図19、図20に示すごとく、スライドブロック5を前進させて、刀身本体2を刃替状態Tとする。この状態において、本体ブロック4の本体係合部42とスライドブロック5のスライド係合部52とが接合する。この連結された本体係合部42とスライド係合部52とを、替刃3の後端側開口部33に通すようにして、図21、図22に示すごとく、替刃3を刀身本体2の先端部に配置する。
また、替刃3の後端34は、スライドブロック5の後方対向面54に対向配置されると共に、両者の間には若干の隙間が形成される。
これにより、刀身本体2に替刃3が装着された装着状態Sが実現する。
また、このとき、上述した厚み方向板バネ57が裏面支承部451に係止され、装着状態Sのロックが容易に外れないようにしている。
なお、替刃3、本体ブロック4、及びスライドブロック5は、いずれもステンレス鋼等の金属製である。
上記刃物1においては、上述のごとく、本体ブロック4に対して、スライドブロック5を進退させて、上記刃替状態Tと上記装着状態Sとを形成することによって、容易に替刃3のみの交換が可能となる。
また、本体支承部41は、後端側開口部33よりも高さ方向Zの上下幅が広い。そのため、替刃3を容易かつ安定して刀身本体2に装着することができる。
本例は、図23~図33に示すごとく、本体ブロック4に対して長手方向Yにスライド可能に取り付けられたストッパー兼用カバー6を備えた刃物1の例である。
ストッパー兼用カバー6は、図30、図31に示すごとく、長手方向Yの双方に開口した筒状を有する。なお、ストッパー兼用カバー6は、ステンレス鋼等の金属製である。
ストッパー兼用カバー6は、後方位置CRにロックされたとき、スライドブロック5の本体ブロック4に対する進退を規制する。
また、替刃3の交換をする際には、図27、図28に示すごとく、ストッパー兼用カバー6を中間位置CCにおいてロックする。これにより、操作部55の前進が許容されるため、操作部55を前進させて、替刃3を取り外し、他の替刃3を装着することができる。
その他は、実施例1と同様である。
また、刃物1の使用時においては、ストッパー兼用カバー6を後方位置CRに配置することによって、スライドブロック5の進退を規制することができる。これにより、刃物1の使用を円滑に行うことができる。
また、ストッパー兼用カバー6を中間位置CCにロックして、スライドブロック5を前進させることによって、容易に替刃3の交換を行うことができる。
その他、実施例1と同様の作用効果を有する。
本例は、図34、図35に示すごとく、スライドブロック5に、高さ方向Zの上方に向って付勢された高さ方向弾性部材58を設けた例である。
高さ方向弾性部材58は、スライドブロック5に、上面から下方へ切り込まれると共に斜め後方へ向かって延びる切込部580を設けることによって形成されている。そして、刃物1の使用時、すなわち装着状態Sにおいて、図34に示すごとく、高さ方向弾性部材58は、上方へ向かって付勢された状態で、本体ブロック4に設けた後方係止凸部471に係止される。
なお、本例においては、実施例1において示した厚み方向板バネ57を設けていない。

本例は、図36~図39に示すごとく、刀身本体2の形状を、実施例1とは異ならせた刃物1の例である。
本例の刃物1においては、図38、図39に示すごとく、スライドブロック5が、後端部分に設けた操作部55の裏面552を、操作部55よりも前方部分の裏面502と同一面上に配した形状を有する。
その他は、実施例1と同様である。
本例の場合にも、実施例1と同様の作用効果を奏する。
本例は、図40~図47に示すごとく、実施例4に係る刃物1(図36、図37)における本体ブロック4に対して、ストッパー兼用カバー6を長手方向Yにスライド可能に取り付けた例である。
ストッパー兼用カバー6の機能及び構成は、実施例2の刃物1におけるストッパー兼用カバー6(図23~図28)と略同様である。
このように、高さ方向板バネ611とこれに固定されたロック部材610とによって、背面ロック部61が構成されている。
その他は、実施例2と同様である。
本例の場合にも、実施例2と同様の作用効果を奏する。
本例は、図48~図64に示すごとく、刀身本体2の形状を、実施例1、3と異ならせた刃物1の例である。
本例の刃物1においては、図48、図49、図52に示すごとく、スライドブロック5に、厚み方向Xに弾性変形可能な板バネストッパー59が固定されている。板バネストッパー59は、高さ方向Zに突出するストッパー突出片591を有する。そして、図52に示すごとく、装着状態Sにおいて、ストッパー突出片591が本体ブロック4に設けたストッパー係合部453に係合することによって、スライドブロック5が本体ブロック4に対して前進することを防ぐよう構成してある。
中央片503は、後方支承部51及びスライド係合部52を備えている。つまり、分岐部分から厚み方向Xの裏面側へ後退した位置において前方へ延びるように後方支承部51が形成され、該後方支承部51の前端部に厚み方向Xの表面側へ突出するようにスライド係合部52が形成されている。
一対の分岐片504は、中央片503に対して高さ方向Zの双方に配され、前方へ延びている。そして、この一対の分岐片504の前端に、替刃3の後端34に対して対向する後方対向面54が形成されている。
スライドブロック5を本体ブロック4に対して前進させたとき、一対の後方対向面54が替刃3の後端34を押すことにより、替刃3を前方へ押し出すよう構成されている。
スライドブロック5は、一対の後方翼部564及び前方翼部565において、収容部45の底面部と後方表面係止部456及び前方表面係止部457とによって表裏から保持されている。
その他は、実施例1と同様である。

本例は、図65~図78に示すごとく、実施例6に係る刃物1(図48~図51)における本体ブロック4に対して、バネ一体カバー60を長手方向Yにスライド可能に取り付けた例である。
バネ一体カバー60は、長手方向Yの双方に開口した筒状のカバー本体65と、長手方向Yに延びるとともに厚み方向Xに弾性変形可能な板バネ部661と、板バネ部661の可動端に設けられたロック爪662とを有する。これらは、一枚の金属板によって一体的に形成されている。
図74、図77に示すごとく、板バネ部661は、バネ一体カバー60におけるカバー本体65の裏側部分において、前方から後方へ向かって長手方向Yに延びるように形成されている。そして、板バネ部661の後端部において、ロック爪662が表側(本体ブロック4側)に向かって突出している。図73~図75に示すごとく、板バネ部661には、バネ一体カバー60の上端から表側へ立設するとともにカバー本体65の表面よりも表側へ突出した爪押下部663が設けてある。

- 請求項1又は2に記載の刃物において、上記本体ブロックに対して上記長手方向にスライド可能に取り付けられると共に上記長手方向の双方に開口した筒状のストッパー兼用カバーを有し、該ストッパー兼用カバーは、上記替刃を覆う前方位置と、上記替刃を大きく露出させる後方位置と、上記前方位置と上記後方位置との中間の中間位置との3箇所においてロックできるよう構成されており、上記ストッパー兼用カバーは、上記後方位置にロックされたとき、上記スライドブロックの上記本体ブロックに対する進退を規制するよう構成してあることを特徴とする刃物。
- 請求項3に記載の刃物において、上記ストッパー兼用カバーは、上記長手方向及び上記厚み方向に直交する高さ方向の一端に、上記本体ブロックと反対側に向って付勢された高さ方向板バネと、該高さ方向板バネにおける自由端に上記厚み方向の内側に向って形成された爪部とを有し、上記本体ブロックは、上記長手方向に形成されたスライド溝部と、長手方向の3箇所において該スライド溝部から上記高さ方向の外側へ向かって形成された前方係合溝、中間係合溝、及び後方係合溝とを有し、上記スライド溝部には、上記爪部がスライド可能に配置されると共に、上記前方係合溝、上記中間係合溝、又は上記後方係合溝に上記爪部を係合させることによって、それぞれ上記前方位置、上記中間位置、または上記後方位置において、上記ストッパー兼用カバーがロックされるよう構成してあることを特徴とする刃物。
- 請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の刃物において、上記スライドブロックには、後端側から先端側へ行くほど上記厚み方向外側に向って立ち上がると共に上記厚み方向に付勢された厚み方向板バネが固定されており、上記装着状態において、上記厚み方向板バネの先端部が上記本体ブロックに設けた被当接部に当接することによって、上記スライドブロックが上記本体ブロックに対して前進することを防ぐよう構成してあることを特徴とする刃物。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の刃物において、上記スライドブロックには、上記厚み方向に弾性変形可能な板バネストッパーが固定されており、該板バネストッパーは、上記長手方向及び上記厚み方向に直交する高さ方向に突出するストッパー突出片を有し、上記装着状態において、上記ストッパー突出片が上記本体ブロックに設けたストッパー係合部に係合することによって、上記スライドブロックが上記本体ブロックに対して前進することを防ぐよう構成してあることを特徴とする刃物。
- 請求項6に記載の刃物において、上記板バネストッパーは、上記高さ方向に変形可能に構成された裏側係合片を備え、該裏側係合片は、上記本体ブロックに設けた厚み方向係合部に裏面側から係合できるよう構成されていることを特徴とする刃物。
- 請求項6又は7に記載の刃物において、上記本体ブロックに対して上記長手方向にスライド可能に取り付けられると共に上記長手方向の双方に開口した筒状のカバー本体と、上記長手方向に延びるとともに上記厚み方向に弾性変形可能な板バネ部と、該板バネ部の可動端に設けられたロック爪とを、一枚の金属板によって一体的に形成してなるバネ一体カバーを有し、上記本体ブロックは、上記長手方向の3箇所において上記厚み方向に窪んだ前方係合凹部、後方係合凹部、及び中間係合凹部を有し、上記前方係合凹部、上記後方係合凹部、又は上記中間係合凹部に上記ロック爪が係合することにより、それぞれ上記替刃を覆う前方位置、上記替刃を大きく露出させる後方位置、又は上記前方位置と上記後方位置との中間の中間位置において、上記バネ一体カバーをロックできるよう構成されていることを特徴とする刃物。
- 請求項8に記載の刃物において、上記バネ一体カバーは、上記本体ブロックに対して上記中間位置においてロックされた状態において、上記板バネストッパーを上記厚み方向に弾性変形させて上記ストッパー突出片が上記ストッパー係合部から外れるよう押圧するストッパー解除片を備えていることを特徴とする刃物。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の刃物において、上記替刃は、上記厚み方向に貫通した開口部を有し、上記本体係合部は、上記本体支承部から上記厚み方向の表側へ突出し、上記装着状態において上記開口部に挿嵌されると共に該開口部の先端に当接し、上記スライド係合部は、上記後方支承部から上記厚み方向の表側に突出し、上記装着状態において上記開口部に挿嵌されると共に該開口部の後端に当接するよう構成してあることを特徴とする刃物。
- 請求項10に記載の刃物において、上記スライドブロック及び上記本体ブロックのいずれか一方は、上記長手方向及び上記厚み方向に直交する高さ方向の相手側に向って付勢された高さ方向弾性部材を有し、上記刃物の使用時において、上記高さ方向弾性部材の付勢力によって上記スライドブロックが上記本体ブロックに対して下方へ押圧され、上記スライド係合部が上記開口部の後端部を下方へ押圧することにより、上記替刃が、上記開口部において、上記スライド係合部の下面と、上記本体係合部の後端部の上面と、該本体係合部の前端部の下面との3点によって支持されるよう構成してあり、上記下方とは、上記高さ方向のうち上記替刃の刃が形成された側であり、上記上方とは、その反対側であることを特徴とする刃物。
- 請求項10に記載の刃物において、上記本体ブロック及び上記スライドブロックのうち、上記高さ方向弾性部材を形成していない方は、上記スライドブロックを上記本体ブロックに対して前進させた刃替状態において、上記高さ方向弾性部材に上記高さ方向から圧接可能な前方圧接部を有し、上記高さ方向弾性部材が上記前方圧接部に対して圧接することにより、上記本体ブロックに対する上記スライドブロックの進退を規制するよう構成されていることを特徴とする刃物。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の刃物において、上記スライドブロックは、上記替刃の後端に対して、上記長手方向に対向する後方対向面を有し、上記スライドブロックを上記本体ブロックに対して前進させたとき、上記後方対向面が上記替刃の後端に当接して上記替刃を前方へ押し出すよう構成してあることを特徴とする刃物。
- 請求項13に記載の刃物において、上記スライドブロックは、上記裏側突起部よりも前方において、上記後方支承部及び上記スライド係合部を備えた中央片と、該中央片に対して上記長手方向及び上記厚み方向に直交する高さ方向の双方に配される一対の分岐片とに分岐しており、該一対の分岐片の前端に上記後方対向面が形成されていることを特徴とする刃物。
