Definitions
- This invention relates to an elevator rail holding device for holding a guide rail for guiding raising and lowering of a lifting body in a hoistway.
- a plurality of guide rails are installed in a hoistway, and a car and a counterweight are raised and lowered by being guided by these guide rails.
- Each guide rail is fixed to a plurality of brackets installed on the hoistway wall using a plurality of rail clips.
- car and the counterweight are provided with the guide apparatus engaged with a guide rail.
- the guide rail receives a horizontal load from the cage or counterweight due to the eccentric load of the cage or counterweight or the horizontal vibration caused by the earthquake, a rotational moment is generated around the rail clip that is the support point, and the entire guide rail is Deflection occurs.
- this bending becomes large, the running performance may be deteriorated, or the guide device may come off the guide rail and hinder the running.
- the rail clip that holds the guide rail is arranged closer to the vertical direction than the bracket interval, and this causes the guide rail to be generated around the rail clip. , And the bending of the entire guide rail is suppressed (for example, see Patent Document 1).
- the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and prevents excessive force from being applied to a holding tool or a bracket for holding the guide rail to the bracket while suppressing bending of the guide rail. It is an object of the present invention to provide an elevator rail holding device capable of performing
- a rail holding device for an elevator holds a bracket fixed to a hoistway wall and a guide rail for guiding the raising and lowering of the lifting body to the bracket and allows the guide rail to rotate relative to the bracket due to a horizontal load. And a moment generating member for generating a moment for returning the deflection according to the deflection of the guide rail due to the horizontal load.
- the elevator rail holding device according to the present invention includes a bracket fixed to the hoistway wall and a holding tool for holding the guide rail for guiding the lifting and lowering of the lifting body to the bracket.
- An elastically deforming portion that is elastically deformed by bending is provided, whereby the bracket generates a moment for returning the bending according to the bending of the guide rail due to the horizontal load.
- the elevator rail holding device further includes a bracket fixed to the hoistway wall and a holding tool for holding the guide rail for guiding the raising and lowering of the elevating body to the bracket.
- the bracket is attached to the hoistway wall. It has a fixed hoistway fixing part and a rail fixing part fixed to the guide rail, and the rail fixing part is rotatable relative to the hoistway fixing part according to the deflection of the guide rail.
- the guide rail is constrained to the rail fixing portion by the holding tool, thereby preventing the guide rail from rotating relative to the rail fixing portion.
- the elevator rail holding device of the present invention is allowed to rotate at the mounting portion of the guide rail to the bracket, so that it is possible to prevent an excessive force from being applied to the holding tool and the bracket and to generate a moment. Since the member generates a moment for returning the bending according to the bending of the guide rail, the bending of the guide rail can be suppressed.
- the elevator rail holding device of the present invention can reduce the reaction force generated in the holder because the elastically deforming portion is elastically deformed when the guide rail is deformed by a horizontal load, and an excessive reaction force is applied to the bracket. Can be prevented, and a moment that rotates in the direction opposite to the load is generated in the bracket, so that the deflection of the guide rail can be suppressed.
- the guide rail is restrained by the rail fixing portion.
- the rail fixing portion can rotate with respect to the hoistway fixing portion, the reaction force generated in the restraining means is reduced.
- the rail fixing portion serves as a reinforcing plate, deformation of the guide rail around the rail fixing portion is restrained, and bending of the entire guide rail is suppressed.

Abstract
Description

Uc=e×θ ・・・(7)
