- the smart controller 102 in the smart house 10 controls the lighting 110, the air conditioner 112, and the heat storage device 114 as loads. Specifically, the smart controller 102 detects the remaining power of the storage battery 108.
- the smart controller 102 compares the detected remaining power amount with the remaining amount threshold value in the correspondence relationship between the predetermined operation mode and the remaining amount threshold value during the self-sustaining operation.
- the operation modes of the device 112 and the heat storage device 114 are determined so that the power consumption becomes smaller as the remaining power is lower.
- the smart controller 102 may directly or via the remote control sensor unit 109 to operate the illumination 110 as a load, the air conditioner 112, and the heat storage device 114 in the determined operation mode.
- the air conditioner 112 and the heat storage device 114 are controlled.
- the smart controller 102 determines the operation mode of the load so that the lower the remaining amount of power is, the smaller the power consumption is, so that the power supplied from the storage battery 108 to the load is reduced as much as possible. As a result, the operation of the load can be prolonged.
- the remote control sensor unit 109 is attached to the ceiling of a room where the illumination 110 and the air conditioner 112 as loads are installed, and operates the illumination 110 and the air conditioner 112 as loads in a determined operation mode. Infrared light corresponding to the operation instruction is emitted. I remember. Specifically, the storage unit 153 operates with respect to the remaining threshold values A1 to A5 of the illumination 110, the remaining threshold values B1 to B5 of the air conditioner 112, and the remaining threshold values C1 to C5 of the heat storage device 114, respectively. 5 is stored in association with each other. That is, the storage unit 153 stores a remaining amount threshold value and an operation mode that are different for each of the lighting 110, the air conditioner 112, and the heat storage device 114. In this modified example, it is assumed that the power consumption decreases as the numerical value of the operation mode increases.
- the storage unit 153 stores the most recent operation mode before the independent operation for each of the lighting 110, the air conditioner 112, and the heat storage device 114.
- the operation mode shown in FIG. 9 is stored by the load control unit 164.
- the load control unit 164 sets the operation mode for each of the lighting 110, the air conditioner 112, and the heat storage device 114 based on the remaining amount of the storage battery 108 and the remaining amount threshold value of the storage battery 108 during the independent operation. select.
- the load control unit 164 refers to the remaining threshold value for each of the lighting 110, the air conditioner 112, and the heat storage device 114 stored in the storage unit 153.

- step S202 the smart controller 102 selects the operation mode of the illumination 110, the air conditioner 112, and the heat storage device 114 as a load based on the comparison result. At this time, the smart controller 102 selects the 1st operation mode of the illumination 110, the air conditioner 112, and the heat storage apparatus 114 separately.
- step S203 the smart controller 102 reads the latest second operation mode before the self-sustaining operation from the storage unit 153 for each of the lighting 110, the air conditioner 112, and the heat storage device 114.
- the load control unit 164 compares the first mode with the second mode for each of the lighting 110, the air conditioner 112, and the heat storage device 114, and selects an operation mode with a larger number. That is, the operation mode with the smaller power consumption is selected, and these operation modes are determined as the operation modes to be transmitted to the lighting 110, the air conditioner 112, and the heat storage device 114.
- the operation mode is determined for each load of the lighting 110, the air conditioner 112, and the heat storage device 114, so that it is possible to execute power control according to the usage situation for each load. .
- the first operation mode selected during the autonomous operation is compared with the second operation mode immediately before the autonomous operation, and the operation with the smaller power consumption is performed. Since the mode is selected, when the most recent operation mode before the self-sustained operation is already operating in the operation mode with low power consumption, this operation mode can be maintained even during the self-sustained operation.
- the operation mode may be the most recent operation mode before the independent operation, or may be the operation mode selected based on the remaining amount threshold value. By selecting an operation mode having a smaller value, it is possible to suppress the user from feeling inconvenience as much as possible even during the independent operation.
- the human sensor 176 detects a person (user) existing in a predetermined area.
- the predetermined area indicates an area of a room in which a load such as the illumination 110 and the remote control sensor unit 109 are provided.
- the remote control sensor unit 109 including the human sensor 176 may be provided for each room.
- the human sensor 176 when the human sensor 176 detects a person, the human sensor 176 passes the communication unit 174 and the home communication line 160 to the smart controller 102. Detection information including information indicating the presence of a person and the identification ID of the human sensor 176 is transmitted.
- the storage unit 153 stores an operation mode and a remaining battery threshold value in association with each other for each of the lighting 110, the air conditioner 112, and the heat storage device 114 as a load. .
- the storage unit 153 stores each of the illumination 110 as the load, the air conditioner 112, and the heat storage device 114 and an identification ID that identifies the human sensor 176. .
- the heat storage apparatus 114 operate
- the load control unit 164 limits the power consumption of the illumination 110 and the air conditioner 112 when no person is detected by the human sensor 176 during the autonomous operation. Specifically, the load control unit 164 requests the human sensor 176 to notify the detection information during the independent operation. In response to this request, when the load control unit 164 does not receive detection information from the human sensor 176, the load control unit 164 corresponds to the identification ID of the remote control sensor unit 109 that did not respond to the request based on the identification ID shown in FIG. Select the load to be performed. Subsequently, the load control unit 164 selects the operation mode with the largest number as the operation mode of the selected load. That is, the load control unit 164 selects the operation mode with the lowest power consumption. At this time, the load control unit 164 may select the operation stop or the standby state as the operation mode.
- the load control unit 164 is based on the remaining amount of the storage battery 108 and the remaining threshold value of the storage battery 108. Select the operation mode. Specifically, as illustrated in FIG. 8, the load control unit 164 refers to the remaining amount threshold for each of the lighting 110, the air conditioner 112, and the heat storage device 114 stored in the storage unit 153. The load control unit 164 determines the lighting 110, the air conditioner 112, and the heat storage device 114 based on the comparison result of the remaining amount threshold for each of the referenced illumination 110, the air conditioner 112, and the heat storage device 114 and the detected remaining amount of the storage battery 108. Each time, an operation mode is determined.
- This operation mode may be selected by reading the operation mode.

- the smart controller 102 received the detection information from the human sensor 176 in the room where the lighting 110 is provided, and did not receive the detection information from the human sensor 176 in the room where the air conditioner 112 was provided.
- step S303 the smart controller 102 selects the illumination 110 as a load for which the operation mode should be determined.
- the load control unit 164 selects the operation mode with the lowest power consumption for the air conditioner 112.
- step S304 the smart controller 102 detects the remaining power level of the storage battery 108, and compares the remaining power level with the remaining amount threshold value in the correspondence between the preset operation mode and the remaining amount threshold value.
