一种供电管理设备以及控制方法,用于在电池因极化现象而导致输出电压降低时,对设备的供电做有效管理。供电管理设备(10)包括:电压检测模块(101),用于检测电池的输出电压,当所述电池的输出电压低于第一预设电压时,向所述电压控制模块(102)发送第一指令;电压控制模块(102),用于根据所述第一指令将负载电路从正常功耗模式切换为限制功耗模式,以降低所述负载电路的负载电流。
