第1計画期間に消費される総電力量を予測し、当該予測した総電力量に基づいて、前記第1期間に電気機器を制御するための第1計画を決定する第1計画手段と、
前記第1計画手段により決定された前記第1計画に基づいて、前記第1期間を分割した第2期間における電気機器を制御するための第2計画を決定する第2計画手段とを備え、
前記第2計画手段により決定された前記第2計画と蓄電池の実際の残容量である実績値とに基づいて、前記第1計画を修正するとともに、前記電気機器を制御することを特徴とする。
本発明の実施の形態1に係る電気機器管理装置100は、図1に示すように、宅内のネットワーク101を介して、住宅に設置される家電機器102、パワーコンディショナ103、太陽光発電システム104などの電気機器を管理する。宅内のネットワーク101は、有線、無線又はこれらを組み合わせて構成されてよい。
実施の形態1では、抑制優先度データ114と修正優先度とに基づいて、抑制の対象とされる家電機器102については、例外なく、動作能力が抑制されることとした。本実施の形態では、抑制優先度データ114と修正優先度とに基づいて、抑制の対象とされる家電機器102であっても、その家電機器102の消費電力に照らして、EV110の蓄電池の残容量に余裕がある場合、その家電機器102の動作能力の抑制が解除される例について説明する。

前記第1計画手段により決定された前記第1計画に基づいて、前記第1期間を分割した第2期間における電気機器を制御するための第2計画を決定する第2計画手段とを備え、
前記第2計画手段により決定された前記第2計画と蓄電池の実際の残容量である実績値とに基づいて、前記第1計画を修正するとともに、前記電気機器を制御することを特徴とする。
Claims (5)
- 第1計画期間に消費される総電力量を予測し、当該予測した総電力量に基づいて、前記第1期間に電気機器を制御するための第1計画を決定する第1計画手段と、
前記第1計画手段により決定された前記第1計画に基づいて、前記第1期間を分割した第2期間における電気機器を制御するための第2計画を決定する第2計画手段とを備え、
前記第2計画手段により決定された前記第2計画と蓄電池の実際の残容量である実績値とに基づいて、前記第1計画を修正するとともに、前記電気機器を制御する
ことを特徴とする電気機器管理装置。 - 前記電気機器の各々が過去に消費した電力量を示す消費履歴データが格納される消費履歴記憶手段を、さらに備え、
前記第1計画手段及び前記第2計画手段の少なくとも一方が、前記消費履歴データを参照することによって前記総電力量を予測する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気機器管理装置。 - 前記実績値に基づいて前記第2計画を修正することによって、前記第2期間を分割した第3期間における電気機器を制御するための第3計画を決定する第3計画手段と、
前記第3計画手段によって計画された前記第3計画に従って、前記第3期間に前記電気機器を制御する電気機器制御手段とを、さらに備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電気機器管理装置。 - 前記電気機器の各々について動作能力を抑制する優先度を示す抑制優先度データが格納される抑制優先度記憶手段と、
前記実績値に基づいて、前記第2計画に含まれる前記優先度によれば動作能力が抑制される電気機器のうち、抑制を解除しても前記第2計画に含まれる蓄電池の残容量の計画値を満たすと予想される電気機器を抑制解除の対象として特定する抑制解除手段とをさらに備え、
前記電気機器制御手段は、前記第3計画手段によって計画された前記第3計画に従って、前記抑制解除手段により特定された電気機器を除く電気機器の動作を抑制する
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電気機器管理装置。 - コンピュータに、
第1計画期間に消費される総電力量を予測し、当該予測した総電力量に基づいて、前記第1期間に電気機器を制御するための第1計画を決定する第1計画手段と、
前記第1計画手段により決定された前記第1計画に基づいて、前記第1期間を分割した第2期間における電気機器を制御するための第2計画を決定する第2計画手段とを実現させ、
前記第2計画手段により決定された前記第2計画と前記蓄電池の実際の残容量である実績値とに基づいて、前記第1計画を修正するとともに、前記電気機器を制御するためのプログラム。
