- バッテリと電力網との間で需給され得る電力の量を算出する電力算出装置であって、
所定時点において前記バッテリと前記電力網との間で需給され得る電力の量を予測する電力予測部と、
現在時点から前記所定時点までの時間の長さに基づいて、前記電力予測部により予測される電力の量の算出に適用される算出ロジックを切り替えるロジック切替部と、
前記電力網に供給可能であった電力の量の過去の統計データを取得する統計データ取得部と、を備え、
前記電力予測部は、前記バッテリの接続状態、前記バッテリの内部状態、前記バッテリの内部状態に影響を与える外部環境状態のうち少なくともいずれかを用いた状態情報データと前記統計データとに基づいて、前記所定時点において前記電力網に供給可能な電力の量を予測し、

前記算出ロジックには、前記状態情報データが用いられる第1算出ロジックと、前記統計データが用いられる第2算出ロジックとが含まれ、
前記ロジック切替部は、前記所定時点が現在時点から第1時点までの第1期間に含まれるとき、前記電力予測部による予測値の算出に前記第1算出ロジックを適用し、前記所定時点が前記第1時点から前記第1時点より将来の時点である第2時点までの第2期間に含まれるとき、前記電力予測部による予測値の算出に前記第2算出ロジックを適用し、
前記第1算出ロジックにおいて、現在時点における前記バッテリの残容量、時間帯、曜日、及び現在時点において予測される前記所定時点の天候のいずれかの前記状態情報データが用いられることを特徴とする電力算出装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電力算出装置において、
前記算出ロジックには、前記状態情報データが用いられる第1算出ロジックと、前記統計データが用いられる第2算出ロジックとが含まれ、
前記ロジック切替部は、前記所定時点が現在時点から第1時点までの第1期間に含まれるとき、前記電力予測部による予測値の算出に前記第1算出ロジックを適用し、前記所定時点が前記第1時点から前記第1時点より将来の時点である第2時点までの第2期間に含まれるとき、前記電力予測部による予測値の算出に前記第2算出ロジックを適用し、
前記第2算出ロジックにおいて、前記電力網に供給可能であった電力の量の過去の所定期間にわたる前記統計データ、または、前記所定時点と年、月、曜日、または時刻が同一である過去の時点において前記電力網に供給可能であった電力の量の前記統計データが用いられることを特徴とする電力算出装置。 - 請求項2または3に記載の電力算出装置において、
前記バッテリから前記電力網に供給される電力の量を検出する電力量検出部と、
前記ロジック切替部は、前記電力予測部により予測された前記所定時点において前記電力網に供給可能な電力の量の値と前記所定時点において前記電力量検出部により検出された電力の量の検出値との差異の大きさに応じて、前記第1期間の長さまたは前記状態情報データの内容を変更することを特徴とする電力算出装置。
