Claims (7)
- 需要家が備える電力供給設備から電気事業者の電力系統に電力を供給するか否かの取引を、取引装置との間で取引条件に従って行う電力調整装置であって、
前記電力供給設備は、発電設備と、蓄電池を備えた蓄電設備とを含んでおり、
前記発電設備が対象期間に発電する第1の電力を予測する第1の予測部と、
前記需要家において電気負荷が前記対象期間に消費する第2の電力を予測する第2の予測部と、
前記第1の予測部が予測した前記第1の電力が、前記第2の予測部が予測した前記第2の電力に対して不足する場合に、前記需要家が前記電力系統から不足分である第3の電力を受電することに対して支払う費用を算定する買電費用算定部と、
前記蓄電設備に蓄えた電力を前記蓄電設備から前記電力系統に供給する第1の状態と前記蓄電設備に蓄えた電力を前記蓄電設備から前記電気負荷に給電する第2の状態とを選択する制御部と、
前記第1の状態が選択された場合に前記取引条件に応じて前記需要家が受取可能である第1の金額と、前記買電費用算定部が算定した費用である第2の金額とを比較する判断部とを備え、
前記制御部は、前記判断部の比較結果において、前記第1の金額が前記第2の金額以下であるときに、前記第2の状態を選択する
電力調整装置。 - 前記判断部の比較結果において、前記第1の金額が前記第2の金額を超えるときに、前記取引装置に入札を行い、約定が成立したか否かの判断結果を前記取引装置から受け取る取引参加部をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記約定が成立すると前記第1の状態を選択する
請求項1記載の電力調整装置。 - 前記蓄電設備は、前記第1の電力が前記第2の電力に対して不足することが予測される前記対象期間が開始されるまでに、残容量が前記第3の電力を超えているように充電される
請求項1又は2記載の電力調整装置。 - 前記第1の予測部は、
前記発電設備が発電している電力を第1の計量装置から受け取り、前記第1の計量装置が計量している電力の時間経過に伴う推移に基づいて前記対象期間において前記発電設備が発電する電力を予測し、
前記第2の予測部は、
前記需要家において前記電気負荷が消費している電力を第2の計量装置から受け取り、前記第2の計量装置が計量している電力の時間経過に伴う推移に基づいて前記対象期間において前記電気負荷が消費する電力を予測する
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電力調整装置。 - 前記発電設備は太陽光発電設備であって、
前記第1の予測部は、
天候を予測する情報を取得する天候取得部と、
前記天候取得部が取得した前記情報と前記太陽光発電設備が発電する電力の時間経過に伴う推移とを対応付けて記憶する第1の履歴記憶部と、
前記第1の履歴記憶部に記憶された電力の推移に基づいて電力の変化パターンを分類する第1の分類部とを備え、
前記第1の計量装置から受け取った電力の時間経過に伴う推移と前記第1の分類部が分類した変化パターンとを照合することにより、前記対象期間において前記太陽光発電設備が発電する電力を予測し、
前記第2の予測部は、
前記電気負荷が消費する電力の時間経過に伴う推移を記憶する第2の履歴記憶部と、
前記第2の履歴記憶部に記憶された電力の推移に基づいて電力の変化パターンを分類する第2の分類部とを備え、
前記第2の計量装置から受け取った電力の時間経過に伴う推移と前記第2の分類部が分類した変化パターンとを照合することにより、前記対象期間において前記電気負荷が消費する電力を予測する
請求項4記載の電力調整装置。 - 需要家が備える電力供給設備から電気事業者の電力系統に電力を供給するか否かの取引を、取引装置との間で取引条件に従って行う電力調整方法であって、
前記電力供給設備は、発電設備と、蓄電池を備えた蓄電設備とを含んでおり、
前記発電設備が対象期間に発電する第1の電力を第1の予測部が予測し、
前記需要家において電気負荷が前記対象期間に消費する第2の電力を第2の予測部が予測し、
前記第1の予測部が予測した前記第1の電力が、前記第2の予測部が予測した前記第2の電力に対して不足する場合に、前記需要家が前記電力系統から不足分である第3の電力を受電することに対して支払う費用を買電費用算定部が算定し、
前記蓄電設備に蓄えた電力を前記蓄電設備から前記電力系統に供給する第1の状態が選択された場合に前記取引条件に応じて前記需要家が受取可能である第1の金額と、前記買電費用算定部が算定した費用である第2の金額とを判断部が比較し、
前記判断部の比較結果において、前記第1の金額が前記第2の金額以下であるときに、前記蓄電設備に蓄えた電力を前記蓄電設備から前記電気負荷に給電する第2の状態を制御部が選択する
