Description
同構成によれば、ねじ止め等にて固定する場合に比べて、部品点数を低減することができるとともに、その組み付けが容易となる。特に、このような爪構造は、互いに係合するようにその形状が複雑となるが、ステップ部材が樹脂材にて成形されるため、ステップ部材に爪構造の一部(例えば爪係合部)を容易に成形することができる。
同構成によれば、開閉される車両スライドドアに対して配線の追従性を良好とすることができる。特に、このように保持部が円筒保持部を有する構成では、第1保持部の形状も複雑となるが、ステップ部材が樹脂材にて成形されるため、第1保持部(ステップ部材)にその円筒保持部の一部を容易に成形することができる。
同構成によれば、複数の配線の取り扱いが容易となる。
車両には、図示しない車両スライドドアと隣接して、図1に示すステップユニット1が設けられている。図1中、上側の矢印は車両幅方向における車両室の外側であり、下側の矢印は車両幅方向における車両室の内側である。
(1)車両スライドドアと隣接して設けられるステップ部材3に一体成形された第1保持部3cと、第1保持部3cに対向して固定され該第1保持部3cとの間に配線11(コルゲートチューブ14)を保持する第2保持部材12とが保持部13を構成する。よって、上側保持部材と下側保持部材を組み合わせた保持部材をステップ部材に固定するもの(従来技術)に比べて、部品点数を少なくすることができる。即ち、上記実施の形態では、ステップ部材3と保持部13の一部である第1保持部3cとが共用の一つの部材となるため、部品点数を少なくすることができる。又、ステップ部材3は、一般的な金属材ではなく、上記構成では樹脂材にて成形するため、製造されるものの形状の自由度が増し、ステップ部材3と第1保持部3cとを容易に一体成形することができる。しかも、ステップ部材3と第1保持部3cとが一体成形されるため、別体としてそれらを固定したとき(従来技術)のように嵩んで大型化してしまうことを回避することができ、全体として小型化を図ることができる。その結果、例えば車両室内の低床化を図ることができる。
上記実施の形態は、以下のように変更してもよい。
・配線11は、回転不能に保持部13に保持されるものとしてもよい。即ち、配線保持構造は、前記円筒保持部13aが形成されず、回転保持部材15を備えなくてもよい。
・ステップユニット1は、駆動装置2を備えていないタイプのものとしてもよい。即ち、ステップ部材3は、駆動装置搭載部3bを有していなくてもよい。

- 車両本体と車両スライドドアとを電気的に接続するための配線を、前記車両本体の側で保持する配線保持構造であって、
前記車両スライドドアと隣接して設けられると共に、樹脂材で成形されたステップ部材と、
配線を保持する保持部とを備え、保持部が、
該ステップ部材に一体成形された第1保持部と、
第1保持部に対向して固定され、該第1保持部との間に前記配線を保持する第2保持部材と、を備えることを特徴とする配線保持構造。 - 請求項1に記載の配線保持構造において、
前記第1保持部と前記第2保持部材とは、爪構造にて係着されることを特徴とする配線保持構造。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の配線保持構造において、
前記保持部は、円筒保持部を有し、
前記配線は、前記円筒保持部に回転可能に保持される回転保持部材に保持されることを特徴とする配線保持構造。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の配線保持構造において、
前記保持部は、その一端部に前記配線の大きな曲がりを規制すべく一端に向かうほど徐々に大きく開口する規制開口部を有し、前記第1保持部には前記規制開口部の一部を構成する湾曲部が形成されたことを特徴とする配線保持構造。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の配線保持構造において、
複数の前記配線を収容するコルゲートチューブをさらに備え、前記保持部は前記コルゲートチューブを保持することを特徴とする配線保持構造。
