随着人们生活水平的提高, 城市交通已经变得日益拥堵。 为了解决城市交通拥堵的现 状, 随着铁路交通事业的发展, 轻轨已经逐渐在各大城市中建设, 车钩作为连接车辆的必 要部件, 在铁路运输过程中起着重要的分解、 连挂作用, 现有的带有、 不带有缓冲器的半 永久车钩大多直接通过安装座固装于车体上, 装车以及维修或者其他情况需要分解时, 必 须通过拆解安装座或钩尾销, 拆解不便。 同时, 需要设计一种与轻轨结合性好的缓冲器。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺点, 提供一种将车钩整体上分为带缓冲器端和无 缓冲器端两部分的方便装车、 分解方便的半永久车钩。
本发明的技术方案为: 一种用于轻轨的半永久车钩, 包括带缓冲器端和无缓冲器端, 所述的带缓冲器端包括缓冲器、 与缓冲器相接的关节轴承以及安装座, 关节轴承与安装座 之间通过钩尾销相连; 所述的无缓冲器端包括左拉环、 与左拉环相接的关节轴承以及安装 座, 关节轴承与安装座之间通过钩尾销相连; 所述的缓冲器为双作用缓冲器, 包括壳体、 左端盖、 右拉环、 弹性体、 中心轴以及中隔板, 其中, 中心轴穿过左端盖、 右拉环的中心, 并与二者滑动接触, 中心轴的一端伸出左端盖, 中隔板固装于中心轴上, 并将壳体内部分 隔为两个弹性体容置腔, 弹性体位于两个弹性体容置腔内; 左拉环的另一端设置有凸台, 中心轴伸出左端盖的一端也设置有凸台, 二者通过连接环连接。
优选的是: 所述的弹性体与左端盖、 右拉环之间设置有凸垫板和平垫板, 且凸垫板和 平垫板与左端盖或右拉环之间采用圆锥面配合方式。
优选的是: 所述的用于轻轨的半永久车钩设置有拉伸过载保护装置, 为中心轴上设置的轴 肩以及位于凸垫板上的凸台。
优选的是: 所述的用于轻轨的半永久车钩设置有压缩过载保护装置, 为设置于左端盖 上的凸台以及位于中心轴伸出左端盖一端的中心轴螺母。
优选的是: 所述的钩尾销垂向锁紧方式为压板式, 压板通过螺栓固装于安装座上, 压 板的一端压住钩尾销。
优选的是:所述的安装座的侧面设置有弹性保持板,保持板的另一端与拉环滑动接触, 且保持板上与拉环之间设置有减磨垫。
优选的是: 所述的钩尾销的垂向锁紧方式为压板式, 即在安装座上固装有压板, 压板 的一端压住钩尾销。
本发明的有益效果为: 本发明的半永久车钩包括带缓冲器端和无缓冲器端, 两者通过 连接环连接为一个整体, 方便装车和必要时的分解, 缓冲器采用双作用式缓冲器, 由拉伸 侧和压缩侧两部分组成, 缓冲元件为弹性体, 通过一定的预压力将两组弹性体装配在壳体 组成中, 两组缓冲器靠中隔板分隔开, 中隔板与中心轴固定连接在一起, 形成了通过中心 轴的前后运动带动中隔板压缩拉伸侧或压缩侧缓冲器的结构, 缓冲效果好, 凸垫板和平垫 板与端盖或拉环采用了圆锥面配合方式, 不仅安装方便, 而且通过锥面间的良好定位, 保 证其内孔不与中心轴接触, 从而避免了磨损; 设置有过载保护装置, 拉伸过载时, 中心轴 特设的轴肩会与凸垫板的凸台接触, 将力直接传递给壳体, 压缩过载时, 中心轴螺母会与 端盖接触, 将力直接传递给壳体, 过载保护效果好。 在每侧安装座的侧面设立了弹性保持 板, 正常情况下, 保持板从拉环侧面施加较小的侧压力, 使拉环保持正位, 当拉环受外力 需偏转时 (含水平、 垂向、 轴向), 保持板施加的侧压力可以忽略, 不会妨碍拉环的各向 运动。 这样, 拉环就不会因频繁摇摆或因共振产生振动及噪音。 附图说明

一种用于轻轨的半永久车钩, 包括带缓冲器端和无缓冲器端, 所述的带缓冲器端包括 缓冲器 1、 与缓冲器 1相接的关节轴承 2以及安装座 3, 关节轴承 2与安装座 3之间通过 钩尾销 4相连; 所述的无缓冲器端包括左拉环 5、 与左拉环 5相接的关节轴承 2以及安装 座 3, 关节轴承 2与安装座 3之间通过钩尾销 4相连; 所述的缓冲器 1为双作用缓冲器, 包括壳体 6、 左端盖 7、 右拉环 8、 弹性体 9、 中心轴 10以及中隔板 11, 其中, 中心轴 10 穿过左端盖 7、 右拉环 8的中心, 并与二者滑动接触, 中心轴 10的一端伸出左端盖 7, 中 隔板 11固装于中心轴 10上, 并将壳体 6内部分隔为两个弹性体容置腔, 弹性体 9位于两 个弹性体容置腔内; 左拉环 5的另一端设置有凸台 12, 中心轴 10伸出左端盖 7的一端也 设置有凸台 12, 二者通过连接环连接 13。 所述的弹性体 9与左端盖 7、 右拉环 8之间设置 有凸垫板 14和平垫板 15, 且凸垫板 14和平垫板 15与左端盖或右拉环之间采用圆锥面配 合方式。 所述的用于轻轨的半永久车钩设置有拉伸过载保护装置, 为中心轴 10 上设置的 轴肩 16以及位于凸垫板 14上的凸台 12。所述的用于轻轨的半永久车钩设置有压缩过载保 护装置, 为设置于左端盖 7上的凸台 12以及位于中心轴 10伸出左端盖 7—端的中心轴螺 母 17。 所述的钩尾销 4垂向锁紧方式为压板式, 压板 18通过螺栓固装于安装座 3上, 压 板 18的一端压住钩尾销 4。 所述的安装座 3的侧面设置有弹性保持板 19, 保持板 19的另 一端与拉环滑动接触, 且保持板 19上与拉环之间设置有减磨垫 20。 所述的钩尾销 4的垂 向锁紧方式为压板式, 即在安装座 3上固装有压板 18, 压板 18的一端压住钩尾销 4。 为方便向车上安装, 车钩整体上分为两部分: 带缓冲器端和无缓冲器端, 分别安装至车上 后, 使用连接环 13将两部分车钩组成为一体。
工作时, 车钩经常处于以下两种工况:
( 1 ) 牵引工况
该工况下, 牵引力传递路径: 车体→安装座 (左)→钩尾销→关节轴承→左拉环→连接环→ 中心轴→中隔板→弹性体 (拉伸侧)→凸垫板→壳体→右拉杆→关节轴承 (右)→钩尾销 (右) →安装座 (右)→车体。 拉伸时, 由前部拉伸侧的 3片弹性体承担缓冲能力。
(2) 压缩工况
该工况下, 压缩力传递路径: 车体→安装座 (左)→钩尾销→关节轴承→左拉环→连接环→ 中心拉杆→中隔板→弹性体 (压缩侧)→平垫板→右拉杆→关节轴承 (右)→钩尾销 (右)→安 装座 (右)→车体。 压缩时, 由后部压缩侧的 4片弹性体承担缓冲能力。
