Claims (22)
- 원심분리기에 설치되어 전혈을 아래에서부터 순차적으로 적혈구층으로 이루어진 혈구성분과, 혈소판 농축혈장(PRP)층 및 혈소판 소량혈장(PPP)층으로 이루어진 혈장성분으로 분리하도록 이루어진 원심분리 키트로서,하부가 밀폐되고 상부에 개방부가 형성되어 개방된 상부를 개폐하는 마개가 형성되며, 내부에는 집적관이 형성된 집적부가 설치되고, 내부에 세포분리겔이 일정량 충진되는 원심분리 튜브를 포함하고,상기 집적부는 원심분리된 전혈의 적혈구와 세포분리겔의 합산 체적에 상응하는 공간이 그 하부에 형성되도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리 키트.
- 원심분리기에 설치되어 전혈을 아래에서부터 순차적으로 적혈구층으로 이루어진 혈구성분과, 혈소판 농축혈장(PRP)층 및 혈소판 소량혈장(PPP)층으로 이루어진 혈장성분으로 분리하도록 이루어진 원심분리 키트로서,내부에는 집적관이 형성된 집적부가 설치되고, 하부에는 내부와 연통하는 튜브인입부가 형성된 결합부, 상부가 개방된 원심분리 튜브; 및상기 원심분리 튜브의 결합부에 설치되고, 상기 튜브인입부를 밀봉시키도록 체결부가 상부로 돌출되게 형성되며, 내부에 세포분리겔이 일정량 충진되는 하부캡;을 포함하고,상기 집적부는 원심분리된 전혈의 적혈구와 세포분리겔의 합산 체적에 상응하는 공간이 그 하부에 형성되도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리 키트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상부에 개구부가 형성되어 개구된 상부로 고무패킹이 설치된 피스톤이 이동 가능하게 삽입되며, 하부에는 주사바늘이 설치되는 인입부가 형성되고, 내부에 전혈을 채혈하도록 이루어진 주사기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리 키트.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 고무패킹이 주사기에 존재하도록 피스톤 및 주사바늘이 제거된 주사기가 상부가 개방된 원심분리 튜브의 내부로 삽입되어 원심분리기에 적재되도록 집적부의 상부에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리 키트.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 원심분리 튜브의 내부 직경은 주사기의 외부 직경보다 크게 형성되되,상기 주사기의 외주면이 원심분리 튜브의 내주면에 밀착되도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리 키트.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 집적부의 상부는 상기 주사기의 접촉면과 상응하는 형상으로 이루어져, 상기 주사기의 인입부가 집적관으로 삽입되어 밀착되게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리 키트.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 집적부의 길이는 주사기 인입부의 길이 보다 길게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리 키트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 전혈이 원심분리기에 의해 분리된 혈장성분이 집적부를 기준으로 채집되도록, 상기 혈구성분이 생성되는 집적부 하부에 위치한 공간의 체적 용량(A)과, 주사기로부터 채혈된 전혈(Wb)과, 적혈구의 용적(Vb)과, 상기 원심분리된 적혈구의 용적 비율(α) 및, 세포분리겔의 용적(Vf) 사이에는 다음 관계가 성립하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리 키트,A = (α × Wb) + Vf = Vb + Vf 및0 ≤ Vf ≤ Wb
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 집적부에는 원심분리 튜브로 전혈이 유입될 경우 원심분리 튜브의 내부의 공기가 빠져나가도록 통기공이 형성되고,상기 통기공은 주사기가 집적부에 밀착되어 설치됨에 따라 막히게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리 키트.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 원심분리 튜브의 내측면에는 원심분리 튜브의 길이방향을 따라 일정간격으로 경사진 걸림턱이 형성되고, 상기 집적부가 주사기로부터 가해진 가압력에 의하여 상기 걸림턱의 간격만큼 하측으로 이동되며 상측으로 이동되지 못하도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리 키트.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 원심분리 튜브는 투명한 재질로 제조되고, 그 외주면에는 각 걸림턱이 형성된 간격에 위치된 공간의 체적량을 나타내도록 눈금이 표시되어 채혈된 전혈의 적혈구의 용적 및 충진되는 세포분리겔의 용적의 합산 체적에 따라 집적부의 위치가 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리 키트.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 하부캡은 원심분리 튜브의 하부에 밀착되어 결합되는 정도에 따라 혈장성분이 생성되는 위치의 높이가 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리 키트.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 하부캡은 주사기의 인입부를 밀봉하며 주사기에 설치되도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리 키트.
- 제1항에 기재된 원심분리 키트를 이용한 원심분리 방법에 있어서,(a1) 원심분리 튜브와 주사기를 준비하는 단계;(b1) 상기 주사기로 전혈을 채취하는 단계;(c1) 전혈을 채혈한 주사기를 원심분리 튜브에 설치하는 단계;(d1) 주사기가 설치된 원심분리 튜브를 원심분리기에 적재하는 단계; 및(e1) 원심분리기를 작동시켜 혈장성분을 주사기에 채집하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리 키트를 이용한 원심분리 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 (c1)단계에서, 전혈을 채혈한 주사기의 고무패킹이 주사기에 존재하도록 피스톤 및 주사바늘을 제거한 뒤, 마개가 제거된 원심분리 튜브에 상기 주사기를 삽입하여 집적부에 안착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리 키트를 이용한 원심분리 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 원심분리 튜브의 내측면에는 원심분리 튜브의 길이방향을 따라 일정간격으로 경사진 걸림턱이 형성되고, 상기 집적부가 주사기로부터 가해진 가압력에 의하여 상기 걸림턱의 간격만큼 하측으로 이동되며 상측으로 이동되지 못하도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리 키트를 이용한 원심분리 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 원심분리 튜브의 외주면에 각 걸림턱이 형성된 간격에 위치된 공간의 체적량을 나타내는 눈금이 표시되며,상기 (a1)단계 이전 또는 (b1)단계 이전에,채혈된 전혈의 적혈구의 용적 및 충진되는 세포분리겔의 용적의 합산 체적에 따라 주사기에 혈장성분이 채집되도록 집적부의 위치를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리 키트를 이용한 원심분리 방법.
- 제2항에 기재된 원심분리 키트를 이용한 원심분리 방법에 있어서,(a2) 원심분리 튜브와 주사기를 준비하는 단계;(b2) 상기 주사기로 전혈을 채취하는 단계;(c2) 원심분리 튜브의 하측에 하부캡을 설치하는 단계;(d2) 전혈을 채혈한 주사기를 원심분리 튜브에 설치하는 단계;(e2) 주사기가 설치된 원심분리 튜브를 원심분리기에 적재하는 단계; 및(f2) 원심분리기를 작동시켜 혈장성분을 주사기에 채집하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리 키트를 이용한 원심분리 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 (d2)단계에서, 전혈을 채혈한 주사기의 고무패킹이 주사기에 존재하도록 피스톤 및 주사바늘을 제거한 뒤, 마개가 제거된 원심분리 튜브에 상기 주사기를 삽입하여 집적부에 안착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리 키트를 이용한 원심분리 방법.
- 제14항 또는 제18항에 있어서,상기 집적부의 상부는 상기 주사기의 접촉면과 상응하는 형상으로 이루어져, 상기 주사기의 인입부가 집적관으로 삽입되어 밀착되게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리 키트를 이용한 원심분리 방법.
- 제14항 또는 제18항에 있어서,상기 원심분리 튜브의 내부 직경은 주사기의 외부 직경보다 크게 형성되되,상기 주사기의 외주면이 원심분리 튜브의 내주면에 밀착되도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리 키트를 이용한 원심분리 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서,상기 집적부의 길이는 주사기 인입부의 길이 보다 길게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리 키트를 이용한 원심분리 방법.
