- -Since the plate (B) is accommodated in a vertical position, and it is not necessary to consider the bending of the plate (B) in the vertical position, the adjacent plate (B), The pitch between (B) can be minimized.
- the number of plates (B) per occupied area that can be stored in one cassette can be increased, and the storage efficiency can be improved.
- the mechanism of loading and unloading the plate (B) with respect to the cassette is fundamentally different from the above-mentioned conventional method, the loading and unloading operation is much easier and smoother than before. Is also possible).
- the plate (B) hits the inlet of the cassette.
- the cassette footprint (occupied area) in the factory must be smaller than before.
- the related device for moving the plate (B) in and out of the cassette also moves the plate (B) in the vertical position by the roller method, which simplifies the structure and occupies the area. Smaller and more cost effective.
- the subsequent process for example, when performing the operation of attaching the polarizing plate to both surfaces of the plate (B), it is only necessary to carry out the operation of sticking the plate (B) by feeding it one by one from the cassette. Also, it will be extremely efficient in terms of linked play with subsequent processes. In other words, it is optimal for transferring the plate (B) to a device or process that performs various processing and pasting on the vertical plate (B).
- the plate accommodation cassette of the present invention for accommodating the plate (B) in a vertical posture has the following advantages in addition to the advantages described in the above-mentioned -2-.
- the plate (B) can be accommodated in a non-contact state with respect to the surface. 2. It is possible to cope with different sizes and thicknesses of the plate (B), and it is possible to deal with a mixture of plates (B) of different sizes and thicknesses. 3.
- the height from the floor can be made variable. 4). It must be possible to handle the plate (B) manually. 5.
- a large number of plate bodies (B) can be put in and out in batches, in units of several pieces, or one by one. 6).
- stopper means (6) With a simple structure, it is possible to cope with the movement of the plate (B) into and out of the cassette and the movement of the cassette, and it is possible to move the cassette even when there are inclined points on the floor. Be possible. To remove the plate (B), it is only necessary to release the stop function of the stopper means (6). 8). It is also possible to store the plate (B) in an inclined posture in the cassette.
