Abstract

본 발명은 스트렙토코크스 속 ID9102에 의해 생산된 고분자 히알루론산을 저분자 히알루론산으로 만드는 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본발명은 고분자 히알루론산과 활성탄을 일정 분해 조건 하에서 반응시켜 히알루론산 고유의 특성은 유지하고 히알루론산 분자량은 일정하게 줄이는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 고분자 히알루론산의 저분자화 방법은 ph 처리의 조건이나 각 종 반응 촉매 그리고 가열 등의 복잡한 추가 처리 조건을 필요로 하는 공지의 방법에 비하여 공정이 편리하고 투입된 재료의 제거를 위한 재처리의 불편함이 없으며 동시에 오히려 불순물을 제거하는 효과까지 동반하는 것이기 때문에 간편하고 경제적이며 고순도로 저분자 히알루론산을 생산할 수 있다. 본 발명에 따른 저분자화 방법은 활성탄을 이용한 반응 조건의 변경에 따라 저분자 히알루론산의 분자량을 다양하게 조절할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본발명에 따라 생산되는 저분자 히알루론산은 히알루론산 고유의 특성은 유지한 채 의약품 규격에 적합하게 제조될 수 있으며, 또한 화장품이나 식품용으로 사용되는 규격으로 적합하게 제조 될 수 있다.
