実施の形態1.
図1はこの発明の実施の形態1によるエレベータの直動式ドラムブレーキ装置を有するエレベータ巻上機を示す正面図である。
また、上記の例では、ブレーキ装置4をブレーキドラム3の左右両側に配置したが、ブレーキドラム3に対するブレーキ装置4の配置位置は特に限定されない。
さらに、1つのブレーキドラム3に対するブレーキ装置4の数を、1つ又は3つ以上としてもよい。
さらにまた、上記の例では、ブレーキ装置4をブレーキドラム3の外側に配置したが、内側に配置してもよい。
Claims (4)
- ハウジング、
前記ハウジングに設けられている固定鉄心、
ブレーキドラムに接離する方向へ移動可能な可動鉄心、
前記固定鉄心に設けられ、前記可動鉄心を吸引する電磁力を発生するブレーキコイル、
前記固定鉄心に設けられ、前記可動鉄心を前記ブレーキドラム側へ付勢するブレーキばね、
前記可動鉄心に搭載されているブレーキシュー、及び
前記ブレーキシューに設けられ、前記可動鉄心の移動により前記ブレーキドラムに接離されるライニング
を備え、
前記ブレーキシューは、前記可動鉄心に対して、前記ブレーキドラムに接離する方向に直角かつ前記ブレーキドラムの軸方向に直角な方向へ所定の範囲内で摺動可能であり、
前記可動鉄心には、前記ブレーキシューを前記可動鉄心側に押し付けて保持する弾性体が設けられているエレベータの直動式ドラムブレーキ装置。 - 前記可動鉄心には、前記ブレーキシューが挿入されるシュー溝が設けられており、
前記ブレーキシューは、前記シュー溝内で前記シュー溝の底面に沿って摺動可能になっている請求項1記載のエレベータの直動式ドラムブレーキ装置。 - 前記可動鉄心は、前記固定鉄心に対して、前記ブレーキドラムに接離する方向に直角かつ前記ブレーキドラムの軸方向に直角な方向へ所定の範囲内で変位可能である請求項1記載のエレベータの直動式ドラムブレーキ装置。
- 前記ハウジングには、前記固定鉄心の端面に当接して、前記ブレーキドラムに接離する方向に直角かつ前記ブレーキドラムの軸方向に直角な方向への前記固定鉄心の変位を規制する外れ止めが設けられている請求項1記載のエレベータの直動式ドラムブレーキ装置。
