Description
図1は、特許文献1に記載されている高周波スイッチモジュールの斜視図である。この高周波スイッチモジュール1では、FETスイッチ回路とともに、SAWフィルタ50,55,60、キャパシタC1,C2,C3、及びインダクタL1が多層基板5上に搭載されている。前記FETスイッチ回路は、送信信号端子、受信信号端子およびアンテナ端子を備えている。そして、アンテナ端子と所定の信号端子とを選択的に接続するための制御信号端子も備えている。特許文献1には、制御信号端子に接続される制御信号用線路を介して送信信号や受信信号の一部が制御端子へ漏れ、通過帯域内において挿入損失特性が劣化するのを防止するため、制御用回路をグランド電極で隔離し、そのことにより制御信号用線路と送受信回路とのアイソレーションを向上させることが記載されている。

前記高周波回路用接地端子が接続される上面接続電極に導通するグランド電極を前記多層基板の内部に備え、
前記制御回路用接地端子が接続される上面接続電極に導通する前記配線電極が前記グランド電極から絶縁状態に配置されている。
この構成により、高周波スイッチの制御回路用の接地経路と多層基板内のグランド電極との間に不要な容量が発生するのを抑えることができ、前記高周波信号及びノイズの回り込みをさらに防ぐことができる。
この構成により、制御回路用接地端子が直接(不要な配線を介さずに)多層基板の下面接続端子(制御回路用下面接地端子)に接続されるため、高周波スイッチの制御回路の接地経路と送受信信号を伝送する線路との干渉を防ぐことができる。
この構成により、制御回路用接地端子が直接的に短い経路で多層基板の下面接続端子(制御回路用下面接地端子)に接続されることになるため、高周波スイッチの制御回路の接地経路と送受信信号を伝送する線路との干渉を防ぐことができる。
この構成により、制御回路用の接地電極と多層基板の下面接続端子(制御回路用下面接地端子)との間に不要な容量が発生するのを抑えることができ、前記高周波信号及びノイズの回り込みをさらに防ぐことができる。
第1の実施形態に係る高周波スイッチモジュールについて図2~図6を参照して説明する。
図2は第1の実施形態に係る高周波スイッチモジュール201の回路図である。この高周波スイッチモジュール201は、高周波スイッチ100と、この高周波スイッチ100に接続された低域通過フィルタLPF1,LPF2、SAWフィルタF1,F2,F3,F4、及び整合回路L1,L2,L3,L4を備えている。
前記制御端子Vc1~Vc4は制御電圧信号VC1~VC4を入力して複数の高周波端子のうち任意の高周波端子とアンテナ端子Antとの間を選択的に導通させる。すなわち高周波スイッチ100はSP9T(Single pole - 9 throw)のスイッチであり、例えばGSM850/900の送信信号を出力する場合には、アンテナ端子AntとTx1とを導通させる。
図4に示すように、多層基板101の内部には配線電極E401~E414,E001~E004,E006~E013、グランド電極G01,G02等が形成されている。多層基板101の内部のその他の配線電極については図示を省略している。
多層基板101の上面に形成されている上面接続電極のうちの制御回路用接地端子Gnd4が接続される制御回路用上面接続電極Gnd4Pと、多層基板101の下面接続端子のうちの制御回路用下面接地端子GND4とは、前記配線電極E401~E414を介して接続されている。
図7は第2の実施形態に係る高周波スイッチモジュールについて示す図である。図7では特に多層基板の各層のうち三つの層の構成を示している。第1の実施形態で図5・図6に示した多層基板と異なるのは、グランド電極G01,G02の形状である。その他の構成は第1の実施形態と同様である。
また、前記グランド電極G01,G02は平面視で前記制御回路用下面接地端子GND4と平面視で重ならない位置に配置されている。

- 高周波端子、制御端子、電源端子、及び接地端子を有し、前記複数の高周波端子のうち所定の高周波端子間を選択的に導通させる高周波スイッチと、
絶縁体と電極とが交互に積層された矩形板状の多層基板と、を備え、
前記高周波スイッチの各端子が接続される上面接続電極が前記多層基板の上面に配置され、実装先の回路基板上の電極に接続される下面接続端子が前記多層基板の下面に配置され、前記上面接続電極と前記下面接続端子との間を導通させる配線電極が前記多層基板内に形成された高周波スイッチモジュールであって、
前記接地端子は高周波回路用接地端子と制御回路用接地端子とを含み、
前記高周波回路用接地端子が接続される上面接続電極に導通するグランド電極を前記多層基板の内部に備え、
前記制御回路用接地端子が接続される上面接続電極に導通する前記配線電極が前記グランド電極から絶縁状態に配置されている、高周波スイッチモジュール。 - 前記配線電極のうち、前記制御回路用接地端子が接続される上面接続電極に導通する配線電極は、平面視で前記グランド電極で取り囲まれない位置に配置されている、請求項1に記載の高周波スイッチモジュール。
- 前記配線電極のうち、前記制御回路用接地端子が接続される上面接続電極に導通する配線電極は、前記制御回路用接地端子が接続される上面接続電極の直下に配置されている、請求項1または2に記載の高周波スイッチモジュール。
- 前記制御回路用接地端子が接続される上面接続電極の直下であって、前記上面接続電極と平面視で重なる位置に前記下面接続端子が配置されている、請求項3に記載の高周波スイッチモジュール。
- 前記グランド電極は、前記下面接続端子のうち前記制御回路用接地端子と導通する下面接続端子に対して平面視で重ならない位置に配置されている、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の高周波スイッチモジュール。
- 前記グランド電極は、前記多層基板内の互いに異なる複数の層に形成され、
前記高周波端子は送信信号入力端子を含み、前記多層基板内の電極により構成された低域通過フィルタが前記送信信号入力端子に接続され、前記低域通過フィルタは、前記多層基板内の互いに異なる層に形成された前記グランド電極の間に配置されている、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の高周波スイッチモジュール。
