Abstract
Description
しかしながら、このジッパーでは雌雄部材が面で接触していないので、密封性が不十分であった。
このジッパーは雌雄部材が面接触しているため密封性が向上しているが、以下の様々な問題があった。
雌部材の基底部から離れた、爪部材の先端で雄部材の頭部を締め付けるため締め付け力が弱かった。雌部材の爪部材先端に荷重が掛かると、爪部材の間隔が広くなり、密封性を損なう恐れがあった。雌部材の爪部材が雄部材の軸に触れるほど長い場合、ジッパーの開口状態を長時間保持すると、嵌合している部分と、していない部分の境(雌部材の爪部材が広がった状態)に雌部材の爪部材が広がった状態の癖がつき、密封性が低下する場合があった。雄部材頭部が円弧状になっており、嵌合時に雌雄の位置を合わせて嵌合することが困難であった。製袋時のサイドシール際で、ジッパーが変形すると密封性を損ねることがあり、製袋する際、高度な製袋技術が必要であった。
1.互いに咬み合う雄部材と雌部材からなり、
前記雄部材は、頭部と、前記頭部の先端部にある突出部と、前記突出部と先端部との接続部分にある凹みとを有し、
前記雌部材は、対向する第1及び第2の爪部材、前記第1及び第2の爪部材の間の窪み、前記窪みの上部にある一対の突起を有し、
前記雄部材と雌部材が咬み合うとき、前記雌部材の第1及び第2の爪部材の内面の少なくとも一部と、前記雄部材の頭部の面の少なくとも一部が、面接触し、
前記雌部材の窪みが、前記雄部材の突出部を受け、前記雌部材の突起が前記雄部材の凹みに嵌合する、ジッパーテープ。
2.前記雄部材の突出部の幅が、前記雌部材の一対の突起の間隔より広く、前記雌部材の第1及び第2の爪部材の先端頂点の間隔より小さい1記載のジッパーテープ。
3.前記雌部材が、前記第1及び第2の爪部材の先端から対向して突出する鉤部を有し、前記鉤部の長さが、前記頭部の後面により形成される鉤受部の長さの半分以下である1又は2記載のジッパーテープ。
4.1~3のいずれか記載のジッパーテープを取り付けた袋。
図1に本発明の一実施形態であるジッパーテープを示す。このジッパーテープは、互いに咬み合う雄部材100と雌部材200からなる。
雄部材100は、基部110、頭部120、及び基部110と頭部120を連結する棒状の連結部130からなる。頭部120は略半球状であり、先端部122と後面124を有する。略半球状には、半球の他、ハート形、矢じり形等が含まれる。
頭部120の後面124は、連結部130の断面より大きく、頭部の後面のほぼ中央で連結部が連結する。連結部130と連結していない頭部の後面124が、鉤受部124を形成している。
雄部材100の先端部122には突出部126がある。先端部122と突出部126の接続部分、即ち突出部126の付け根には凹み128がある。
雌部材200は、基部210と、対向する円弧状の第1及び第2の爪部材220,230、及び第1及び第2の爪部材220,230の先端から対向して突出している鉤部222,232からなる。この鉤部222,232の長さは、雄部材の鉤受部124より短い。第1及び第2の爪部材220,230の間には、雄部材の先端部の突出部126を受けるための窪み240がある。窪み240の上部、即ち爪部材220,230の付け根に、一対の突起242がある。
また、雌部材の間にある窪み240において雄部材頭部の突出部126を締め付けるため締め付け力が強い。
さらに、図7に示す雄部材30は頭部32の先端部は平坦な円弧状になっているため位置が合わず脱線する場合があったが、本実施形態ではその先端部122に突出部126を形成し、この突出部126を鉤部222,223がガイドすることにより、雌雄部材100,200の位置合わせが容易である。
ここで、cは、図5のように曲線になっているときはわかり難いため、突出部のRと凹みのRの変局点を先端とする。
ここで、雄部材の頭部の幅bを雌部材の爪部材の内面幅Bより大きくすると(図3,4参照)、雌部材の爪部材と雄部材の頭部の面接触の接圧が上がり好ましい。
低密度ポリエチレン(密度926kg/m3)から、図1~4に示す咬合部を二条設けたジッパーテープを作製した。
咬合部の各部寸法は、a=0.63mm、A=0.55mm、b=1.24mm、B=1.07、c=0.45mm、C=0.44mm、d=0.36mm、D=0.17mm、E=1.07mmとした。
二軸延伸ナイロンフィルム15μm(出光ユニテック(株)製G-100)と直鎖状低密度ポリエチレンフィルム50μm(出光ユニテック(株)製LS-711C)の二層のラミネートフィルムと、上記ジッパーテープを用いて、一般的な三方製袋機にて製袋してジッパーテープ付き袋を作製した。
咬合部として、図8,9に示す咬合部を作製した他は、実施例1と同様にしてジッパーテープ付き袋を作製した。
咬合部の各部寸法をb=1.24mm、B=1.07、c=0.77mm、C=0.78mm、d=0.36mm、D=0.30mm、E=1.07mmとした。
咬合部として、図10,11に示す咬合部を作製した他は、実施例1と同様にしてジッパーテープ付き袋を作製した。
咬合部の各部寸法をA=0.34、b=0.72mm、B=0.87、c=0.58mm、C=0.57mm、d=0.22mm、D=0.33mm、E=1.07mmとした。
以下のようにして実施例1、比較例1,2で作製したジッパーテープ付き袋を評価した。結果を表1に示す。
[評価方法]
(1)再開閉後の密封性
ジッパーを連続して10回開閉した後、袋内にピンホールチェッカー(三菱ガス化学製)を封入し、ジッパーからの漏れの有無を確認した。
(2)開口保持後の密封性
ジッパーを袋幅の半分まで開口した状態で24時間保持後、再嵌合し、袋内にピンホールチェッカーを封入し、ジッパーからの漏れの有無を確認した。
○:24時間後も漏れなし。
△:24時間後に漏れあり。
×:1時間後に漏れあり。

Claims (4)
- 互いに咬み合う雄部材と雌部材からなり、
前記雄部材は、頭部と、前記頭部の先端部にある突出部と、前記突出部と先端部との接続部分にある凹みとを有し、
前記雌部材は、対向する第1及び第2の爪部材、前記第1及び第2の爪部材の間の窪み、前記窪みの上部にある一対の突起を有し、
前記雄部材と雌部材が咬み合うとき、前記雌部材の第1及び第2の爪部材の内面の少なくとも一部と、前記雄部材の頭部の面の少なくとも一部が、面接触し、
前記雌部材の窪みが、前記雄部材の突出部を受け、前記雌部材の突起が前記雄部材の凹みに嵌合する、ジッパーテープ。 - 前記雄部材の突出部の幅が、前記雌部材の一対の突起の間隔より広く、前記雌部材の第1及び第2の爪部材の先端頂点の間隔より小さい請求項1記載のジッパーテープ。
- 前記雌部材が、前記第1及び第2の爪部材の先端から対向して突出する鉤部を有し、前記鉤部の長さが、前記頭部の後面により形成される鉤受部の長さの半分以下である請求項1又は2記載のジッパーテープ。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか記載のジッパーテープを取り付けた袋。
