Definitions
- the present invention relates to a packaging bag for packaging an adhesive tape having an adhesive layer on a support.
- adhesive tapes of various forms are known, and are used for labels, medical, cosmetic, decorative, masking, electronic industry, and other various uses.
- the adhesive tape used for medical purposes is usually applied to the skin, mucous membrane, etc. in the form of a patch such as a poultice, plaster, bandage, surgical tape or the like.
- Such a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is usually composed of a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape having a support and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on one surface of the support, and a release sheet attached to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in a peelable manner. .
- the adhesive tape After the adhesive tape is manufactured, it may be cut into an appropriate size and may be distributed and sold in a state of being individually put in a packaging bag for hygienic and physical protection. In this case, at the time of use, the packaging bag is broken, the adhesive tape is taken out, the release sheet is peeled off to expose the adhesive layer, and it is applied to the application site.
- a common problem during use is the difficulty of peeling the release sheet. Since the release sheet is generally thin and flexible, it is difficult to handle and may take time to peel off. In order to improve this point, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-75602, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-75601, Japanese Patent No. 3689807, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 50-133797, etc.
- Various release sheets and adhesive tapes have been developed in pursuit of ease of peeling and ease of sticking of adhesive tape.
- release sheets or adhesive tapes have a structure that pursues convenience from the viewpoint of ease of sticking the adhesive tape. Although it is certainly convenient, there is no change in that the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape has a mode in which the release sheet and the packaging bag are provided, and the release sheet and the packaging bag are generated as garbage after use.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape packaging bag capable of saving resources while pursuing ease of sticking of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape.
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape packaging bag of the present invention is a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape packaging bag containing a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape having a support and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on one surface of the support.
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is folded into a first portion and a second portion so that the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer faces outward, and a first release sheet that is detachably attached to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the first portion of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape; And a second release sheet that is detachably attached to the adhesive layer of the second part of the adhesive tape and seals the adhesive tape with the first release sheet.
- first release sheet and the second release sheet are overlapped with each other, and the portion where the first release sheet and the second release sheet are overlapped and the portion surrounding the adhesive tape is sealed.
- the inside is shut off from the outside, so that the adhesive tape is more hygienic and physically protected, and the components of the adhesive layer of the adhesive tape do not leak to the outside.
- a non-adhesive part as a picking part for opening between the first release sheet and the second release sheet.
- a non-adhered portion of either the first release sheet or the second release sheet is provided with a mark that can be recognized by a tactile sensation such as a notch, even a visually handicapped person can use an adhesive for the adhesive tape. The exposure direction of the layer can be easily grasped.
- this is the first release sheet as long as it is a different type of mark, such as one notch for the first release sheet and two notches for the second release sheet. It should be understood to include the case where it is attached to both the second release sheet and the second release sheet.
- an adhesive force suppressing means for suppressing the adhesive force between the adhesive layer of the second part of the adhesive tape and the second release sheet is provided on at least a part of the second release sheet. This is because, when the second release sheet is removed, the adhesive surface is exposed, so that the application to the application site becomes easy.
- the material and configuration of the first release sheet and the second release sheet are not particularly limited as long as the adhesive layer of the adhesive tape can be protected until it is used.
- the adhesive force suppressing means is a silicon-treated surface applied to at least a part of the second release sheet that adheres to the adhesive layer of the second part of the adhesive tape. It is preferable.
- various adhesive force suppression means there is an advantage that silicon treatment can be performed relatively easily and inexpensively.
- the part may be embossed and / or sanded.
- the second part of the adhesive tape is larger than the first part of the adhesive tape, and the second part protrudes from the first part.
- Temporary fixing means may be provided in at least a part of the portion of the first release sheet that has a protruding portion and faces the protruding portion. It is preferable that the adhesive force of the support of the adhesive tape to the first release sheet through the temporary fixing means is higher than the adhesive force of the adhesive layer to the second release sheet.
- a pressure-sensitive adhesive that is, a material having adhesiveness to the support of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is preferable.
- first part and the second part of the adhesive tape may be substantially the same shape, and a temporary fixing means may be provided between the first part and the second part.
- the adhesive force of the temporary fixing means is preferably higher than the adhesive force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to the release sheet.
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape packaging bag configured as described above is adhered to the part to which the exposed portion of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape appears at the same time as the second release sheet is removed, and then the first release sheet is attached to the first pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. By pulling in the direction of peeling from the 1 release sheet, the entire surface of the adhesive tape can be applied to the application site.
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape packaging bag of the present invention the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape can be applied to other pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes as long as the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape has a release sheet and is individually packaged.
- An easy adhesive tape packaging bag is provided. That is, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape packaging bag of the present invention can omit the conventionally existing packaging bags, and even when the pressure-sensitive tape is stored, the first release sheet and the second release sheet can be omitted even if the packaging bag is omitted. Since the inside is shut off from the outside by sealing, the adhesive tape is hygienically and physically protected.
- the adhesive tape when used, if the second release sheet is removed while peeling from the adhesive layer of the adhesive tape, half of the adhesive layer is exposed, so that the application to the application site is facilitated.
- the adhesive tape after the second release sheet is peeled off, the adhesive tape is supported or reinforced on the first release sheet, so that the adhesive tape does not adhere to each other and the patch cannot be used. Is also easy to apply.
- a patch that can be applied to the human body that is, plaster, poultice or adhesive bandage, surgical tape, a type of warmer, etc. Can be easily affixed with one hand.
