- the components contained in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 12 of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 14 are not leaked to the outside, and do not volatilize. Further, since the release sheet 16 also functions as a packaging bag, it is possible to omit individual existing packaging bags.
- the release sheet has a shape in which a part of the corner of the completed adhesive tape packaging bag 10, preferably all four corners are rounded. It is effective to do.
- the adhesive tape packaging bag 10 of FIG.1 and FIG.2 (c) the state which two corners were rounded is shown.
- the adhesive tape 14 moves together with the first portion 22 of the release sheet 16 and the adhesive layer 12 of the second portion 28 of the adhesive tape 14 is exposed, the adhesive is adhered on either side. It is inconvenient because the agent layer 12 is not exposed. That is, it is important that the first portion 26 of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 14 is temporarily held on the second portion 24 of the release sheet 16 at the time of opening to expose the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 12 of the first portion 26 of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 14. Therefore, the protruding portion 30 formed in the first portion 26 of the adhesive tape 14 is temporarily fixed to the second portion 24 of the release sheet 16 at locations indicated by reference numerals 50, 52 and 54.
- thermoplastic material of the release sheet 16 melts and penetrates into the woven fabric of the support 18 of the adhesive tape 14, and eventually solidifies there.
- the portion 30 is temporarily fixed to the second portion 24 of the release sheet 16.
- thermal bonding is performed by including a thermoplastic material in the material of the support 18.
- the release sheet 16 is folded in the state of FIG. 2C, and the portion 38 where the first portion 20 and the second portion 22 are overlapped with each other. , 40, and 42 can be heat-sealed simultaneously or continuously with heat-sealing. Therefore, the production efficiency is improved.
- the adhesive force of the protruding portion 30 of the adhesive tape 14 to the release sheet 16 is higher than the adhesive force (adhesive force) of the adhesive layer 12 to the release sheet 16. That is, the adhesive force of the support 18 to the release sheet 16 through the temporary fixing portions 50, 52, 54, the adhesive force (adhesive force) of the adhesive layer 12 of the adhesive tape 14 to the application site, and the release sheet 16.
- the adhesive force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 12 of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 14 has the following relationship. Adhesive force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 12 to the application site> Adhesive force of the support 18 to the release sheet 16 through the temporary fixing portions 50, 52, 54> Adhesive force of the adhesive layer 12 to the release sheet 16
- stop part is made into the continuous strip
- the adhesive force of the can be easily adjusted. Thereby, the manufacturing efficiency of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape packaging bag 10 can be further improved, and a certain quality can be ensured even in the function and effect.
- the temporary fixing portions 50, 52, and 54 are not only formed by thermal bonding, but are also welded depending on the double-sided tape, adhesive, adhesive, pseudo-adhesion, release sheet 16 or support 18 material, properties, and the like. , Strong pressing, embossing, hot melt adhesive, and the like can also be used.
- pseudo-adhesion refers to a technology-specific patent map available from the JPO homepage, as described in General 21 “Adhesion”, page 336, but usually does not have adhesive properties, A material that is bonded under pressure conditions or the like is used, and a pseudo-adhesive produced by adding an additive to an adhesive is used.
- the release sheet 16 has an adhesive force suppressing means for suppressing the adhesive force between the adhesive layer 12 of the first portion 26 of the adhesive tape 14 and the release sheet 16.
- an adhesive force suppressing means for suppressing the adhesive force between the adhesive layer 12 of the first portion 26 of the adhesive tape 14 and the release sheet 16.
- a part of the release sheet 16 that is in contact with the adhesive tape 14 may be subjected to a release process.
- the adhesive force suppressing means is intended to easily peel the first portion 26 of the adhesive tape 14 from the release sheet 16 when the adhesive tape packaging bag 10 is opened. Only the portion of the release sheet 16 in contact with the substrate may be subjected to a release treatment, or if only such a part can be achieved, only a part of the portion may be released.
- the peeling treatment includes, in addition to a method using a release agent, a method for facilitating physical peeling such as embossing and sanding.
- a release agent any of a silicon release agent, an alkyl pendant release agent, a condensed wax release agent, and the like can be used, and among these, so-called silicon treatment using a silicon release agent is preferable. This is because silicon processing has an advantage that it can be performed relatively easily and inexpensively.
- FIG. 4 has shown the perspective view of the adhesive tape packaging bag 10 about this embodiment. From this state, the user picks the gripping allowance 44 of the release sheet 16 (the finger is not shown) and starts to separate the first portion 22 and the second portion 24 of the release sheet 16 in the direction of arrow A. At this time, since the edge 20 of the first portion 22 of the release sheet 16 and the edge 20 of the second portion 24 are slightly shifted, the first portion 22 and the second portion 24 can be easily hooked. Can be separated.
- such an adhesive tape packaging bag 10 is often opened from the end. Accordingly, when opening from the corner of the packaging bag 10 as shown in FIG. 4 (a), the force concentrates on the corner 46 between the horizontal seal portion 40 and the vertical seal portion 38, and the seal portions 38, 40 breaks will be easily started. Once the rupture starts once at the seal portions 38, 40, the rupture propagates to other portions starting from this rupture start point without applying a greater force, and the entire seal portions 38, 40, 42 rupture, The adhesive tape packaging bag 10 is in the state shown in FIG. As described above, the first portion 26 of the adhesive tape 14 is temporarily held on the second portion 24 side of the release sheet 16 due to the presence of the temporary fixing portions 50, 52, 54. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 12 of the portion 26 is exposed.

- the thumb of the hand carrying the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 14 can be attached to the first portion 20 of the release sheet 16 peeled off from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 12, so that it can be held firmly in the hand. it can. Therefore, there is little risk of dropping when the adhesive tape 14 is applied to the application site, and there is less concern that the adhesive tape 14 will shake or hang in an unintended direction due to gravity. Aim can be set and pasted. Even if the application site is a back or the like that is difficult to apply by one person, it can be easily applied with one hand.
- the adhesive layer is less likely to come into contact with the skin other than the applied site.
- the adhesive tape 14 is removed from the release sheet 16 after the first portion 22 of the release sheet 16 has been removed. Since the second portion 24 is supported or reinforced, the adhesive does not adhere to each other and the patch cannot be used.
- the shape of the temporary fixing portions 50, 52, and 54 is not limited to the rectangle as shown in FIG. 1, but various shapes such as a triangle as shown in FIG. 6A and an ellipse as shown in FIG. Conceivable.
- the adhesive tape packaging bag of the above embodiment is a three-side seal packaging type, but it can also be a four-side sealing packaging type in which sealing is performed along the bent edge.
- two substantially identical release sheets 16a and 16b are prepared, and these are overlapped to form an adhesive tape packaging bag 10 provided with seal portions 38, 40, 42 and 60 on four sides. Also good.
- the adhesive tape 14 needs to be placed on the release sheet 16b in a folded state in advance, and when the application is performed, the release sheet 16a needs to be removed from the release sheet 16b.
- other functions and methods of use are not different from the above embodiment.
