Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Antriebsmotor insbesondere für ein Lüfterrad eines Kühlers eines Kraftfahrzeugs, mit einem Stator und einem um eine Drehachse relativ zum Stator umlaufenden Rotor. Dabei ist vorgesehen, dass Mittel (430) zur Erzeugung eines Luftstroms (L) zur Kühlung mindestens einer Komponente (2, 3, 40, 44) des Antriebsmotors (1) am Rotor (4) angeordnet sind. Auf diese Weise wird ein Antriebsmotor geschaffen, der in einfacher und effizienter Weise eine Kühlung seiner Komponenten bei Minimierung der hierfür erforderlichen Bauteile ermöglicht.
