Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gesamtverfahren zur Herstellung von reinem Silicium, das als Solarsilicium geeignet ist, umfassend die Reduktion eines, durch saure Fällung aus wässriger Lösung eines in wässriger Phase gelöstem Siliciumoxids, gereinigtem Siliciumoxids mit einer oder mehreren reinen Kohlenstoffquellen, insbesondere wird das gereinigte Siliciumoxid durch Fällung eines in wässriger Phase gelöstem Siliciumoxids in einem Säuerungsmittel erhalten. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine Formulierung enthaltend einen Aktivator, sowie eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Silicium, einen Reaktor und Elektroden.
