Claims (4)
- 筒状のガイド内の空間に、そのガイドの軸方向に移動自在に可動鉄心が収容され、この可動鉄心が、前記ガイドの端部と間隔を隔てて配置されている固定磁極部に吸引される油浸型ソレノイドにおいて、
前記ガイドの端部と前記固定磁極部の端部との間にエア溜まり防止部が設けられ、
前記ガイドが磁性体で形成され、前記エア溜まり防止部が非磁性体で形成されていることを特徴とする油浸型ソレノイド。 - 前記可動鉄心が移動する空間が円筒状体で形成され、この円筒状体が、円環状の前記エア溜まり防止部及び円筒形状の前記ガイドを備える構成であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の油浸型ソレノイド。
- 前記エア溜まり防止部は、前記ガイド及び前記固定磁極部と分離されている別部材として設けられ、又は前記ガイド及び前記固定磁極部と結合して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の油浸型ソレノイド。
- 前記可動鉄心を前記固定磁極部に吸引される方向に付勢する調整バネと、この調整バネの付勢力を調整することができる調整ネジとを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の油浸型ソレノイド。
