따라서 결합부(13)에 의하여 캐리어결합부(21)에 연결되는 고리캐리어(12)를 잡아 용기(A)를 이동시키게 되는 것이다. 특히 고리캐리어(12)에 형성된 통공인 고리공(14)에 막대, 장식장의 고리가 걸리도록 마련되는 것이다.
즉 상기 고리공(14)은 링형상의 관통공으로 형성되는 것으로, 상기 고리캐리어(12)의 상기 고리공(14)이 형성되도록 받침부(15)와 걸이부(17)가 형성되는 것이다. 즉 이와 같은 받침부(15)와 걸이부(17)는 고리의 링형상으로, 도면의 예시에서는 원형링으로 형성됨을 예시하였으나, 삼각형링, 사각형링, 오각형 링 등 다양한 형태의 다각형 링으로 형성될 수 있음은 당연한 것이다. 또한 받침부(15)와 걸이부(17)의 내측인 고리공(14) 측으로는 원형을 이루되, 받침부(15)와 걸이부(17)의 외향으로는 수평단면형상이 별모양, 삼각모양, 사각모양, 하트모양 등 다양한 모양으로 형성될 수도 있을 것이다.
또한 상기 받침부(15)는 상기 결합부(13)에 의하여 캐리어결합부(21)와 연결되도록 구비되는 것이고, 상기 걸이부(17)는 연결부(16)에 의하여 상기 받침부(15)와 연결되도록 구비되는 것이다.
따라서 상기 받침부(15)와 상기 걸이부(17) 사이에 걸이홈(18)이 형성되도록 구비되는 것으로, 받침부(15)와 걸이부(17)에 의해서 형성되는 걸이홈(18)에는, 사용자의 뒷주머니, 베낭의 끈이나 고리 등이 결합되도록 하여, 걸이홈(18)에 의하여 쉽게 옷이나 베낭 등에 걸 수 있도록 할 뿐만 아니라, 사용하고자 할 경우에는 쉽게 빼내어 이용할 수 있는 장점이 있는 것이다.
이와 같이 마련되는 본 발명에 따른 용기(A)의 고리캐리어(12) 및 캐리어결합부(21)는 용기(A)의 저부, 측부 또는 상부의 뚜껑(10) 등에 형성될 수 있는 것이다.
이에 우선 도 1 내지 도 4에서와 같이 상기 캐리어결합부(21) 및 상기 고리캐리어(12)가 뚜껑(10)에 형성되는 것을 예로 하여 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
즉 상기 뚜껑(10)에는 상기 고리캐리어(12)의 아래측으로 절개선이 형성된 오픈절개부(22)가 형성되고, 상기 오픈절개부(22)의 선단측으로는 절개손잡이부(23)가 형성되어 구비되는 것이다.
그리고 상기 캐리어결합부(21)는 상기 고리캐리어(12)가 결합되는 캐리어결합영역(24)이 형성되고, 상기 캐리어결합영역(24)의 내측으로는 상기 뚜껑(10)의 몸체로부터 연장되어 일체로 이루는 결합내돌부(25)가 형성되어 구비되는 것이다.
이와 같이 고리캐리어(12) 및 캐리어결합부(21)가 용기(A)의 뚜껑(10)에 형성되는 경우, 그 사용과정을 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
뚜껑(10) 상부 내부에는 중앙으로 캐리어결합부(21)의 결합내돌부(25)가 형성되고, 캐리어결합부(21)의 결합내돌부(25)에 대하여 외측으로 형성되는 공간영역인 캐리어결합영역(24)에는 고리캐리어(12)가 결합되는 것이다. 물론 이와 같은 캐리어결합부(21)의 중앙에 마련되는 결합내돌부(25)는 고리캐리어(12)가 장착된 상태에서 요동됨을 방지하기 위한 것으로, 특별히 외력이 작용되지 않을 경우에는, 캐리어결합부(21)에서 결합내돌부(25)가 형성되지 않도록 하여 구성될 수도 있을 것이다. 그러나 본 발명의 첨부된 도면에서의 예에서는 결합내돌부(25)가 형성된 뚜껑(10)을 예로 도시하고 있는 것이다.
그리하여 최초 고리캐리어(12)와 뚜껑(10)의 몸체가 연결되도록 하는 오픈절개부(22)의 절개손잡이부(23)를 잡고 외향으로 잡아당기면, 도 2와 같이 오픈절개부(22)가 뚜껑(10)으로부터 떨어지게 되는 것이다. 이에 뚜껑(10)으로부터 오픈절개부(22)가 완전히 떨어지게 되면, 도 3에서와 같이 고리캐리어(12)가 뚜껑(10)에 형성된 캐리어결합부(21)의 캐리어결합영역(24)으로부터 분리가 가능한 상태가 되는 것이다.
따라서 사용자는 고리캐리어(12)의 받침부(15)와 걸이부(17) 또는 고리공(14)을 잡고 당기면, 고리캐리어(12)와 캐리어결합부(21) 사이를 연결하는 결합부(13)를 중심으로 하여 고리캐리어(12)가 상향으로 회전되는 것이다.
이후 고리캐리어(12)를 좀더 회전시키면, 받침부(15)와 걸이부(17) 사이에 형성된 걸이홈(18)이 거의 직립상태가 되고, 이러한 걸이홈(18)에 사용자의 주머니턱, 또는 베낭의 주머니턱이나 끈 등이 삽입되도록 하여, 용기(A)가 떨어지지 않고 이동이 용이하도록 하여 사용할 수 있는 것이다.
상기에서는 뚜껑(10)에 오픈절개부(22)가 형성되는 고리캐리어(12)를 예로 하였으나, 오픈절개부(22)가 형성되지 않고, 고리캐리어(12)가 뚜껑(10) 일측에 돌출형성된 돌기(미도시됨)에 의하여 평상시에는 걸려진 상태로 있고, 사용자가 이용하고자 고리캐리어(12)를 잡아당기면 돌기(미도시됨)로부터 고리캐리어(12)가 이탈되어 이용할 수 있도록 구성될 수도 있을 것이다.
다음으로 상기 캐리어결합부(21) 및 상기 고리캐리어(12)가 상기 용기(A)의 저부에 형성되는 것을 예로하면 다음과 같다.
즉 도 5 및 도 6에서와 같이, 상기 고리캐리어(12)의 끝단에는 걸림돌기(19)가 형성되고, 상기 캐리어결합부(21)의 내측으로는 상기 걸림돌기(19)가 맞닿는 방지돌기(26)가 형성되도록 하여 구비될 수 있는 것이다. 물론 도면에 도시되지 아니하였으나, 걸림돌기(19)와 방지돌기(26)가 일체로 형성되어지되, 걸림돌기(19)와 방지돌기(26) 사이에 절개선이 마련되어, 사용자가 고리캐리어(12)를 잡아당기면 절개선이 찢어지면서 분리되도록 구비될 수도 있을 것이다.
즉 사용자는 캐리어결합부(21)에 구비된 고리캐리어(12)를 외향으로 잡아당기면, 걸림돌기(19)와 방지돌기(26)가 분리되어, 도 6에서와 같이 고리캐리어(12)는 결합부(13)를 중심으로 하여 회전되어, 용기(A)에 최초 결합된 상태에서 직각의 직립방향으로 향하게 되는 것이다.
따라서 사용자는 고리캐리어(12)의 받침부(15)와 걸이부(17) 사이에 형성된 걸이홈(18)에 사용자의 주머니턱 또는 베낭의 주머니턱이나 끈 등이 삽입되도록 하여 이용하게 되는 것이다.
물론 고리캐리어(12)의 받침부(15)와 걸이부(17)가 링형상으로 형성되기 때문에, 받침부(15)와 걸이부(17)에 의하여 형성되는 내부 공간인 고리공(14)의 통공으로, 막대, 고리나 손가락을 넣어 용기(A)를 이동시키거나, 선반의 걸고리에 끼워지도록 하여 보관할 수도 있을 것이다.
상술한 바와 같이, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 참조하여 설명하였지만, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의하여 하기의 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 사상 및 영역으로부터 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 본 발명을 다양하게 수정 또는 변형하여 실시할 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 고리캐리어(12)가 구비된 용기(A)에 있어서,
    상기 고리캐리어(12)가 결합되는 캐리어결합부(21)가 구비되어지되,
    상기 고리캐리어(12)는 상기 캐리어결합부(21)에 고정되기 위한 결합부(13)가 일측으로 형성되고, 타측으로 고리공(14)이 형성되어 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고리걸이형 고리캐리어가 구비된 용기.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 고리공(14)은 링형상의 관통공으로 형성되고,
    상기 고리캐리어(12)는 상기 고리공(14)이 형성되도록 받침부(15)와 걸이부(17)가 형성되고, 상기 받침부(15)는 상기 결합부(13)에 의하여 캐리어결합부(21)와 연결되고, 상기 걸이부(17)는 연결부(16)에 의하여 상기 받침부(15)와 연결되도록 구비되며,
    상기 받침부(15)와 상기 걸이부(17) 사이에 걸이홈(18)이 형성되도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고리걸이형 고리캐리어가 구비된 용기.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 캐리어결합부(21) 및 상기 고리캐리어(12)가 뚜껑(10)에 형성되어지되,
    상기 뚜껑(10)에는 상기 고리캐리어(12)의 아래측으로 절개선이 형성된 오픈절개부(22)가 형성되고,
    상기 오픈절개부(22)의 선단측으로는 절개손잡이부(23)가 형성되어 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고리걸이형 고리캐리어가 구비된 용기.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 캐리어결합부(21) 및 상기 고리캐리어(12)가 뚜껑(10)에 형성되어지되,
    상기 캐리어결합부(21)는 상기 고리캐리어(12)가 결합되는 캐리어결합영역(24)이 형성되고,
    상기 캐리어결합영역(24)의 내측으로는 상기 뚜껑(10)의 몸체로부터 연장되어 일체로 이루는 결합내돌부(25)가 형성되어 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고리걸이형 고리캐리어가 구비된 용기.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 캐리어결합부(21) 및 상기 고리캐리어(12)가 상기 용기(A)의 저부 또는 측부에 형성되어지되,
    상기 고리캐리어(12)의 끝단에는 걸림돌기(19)가 형성되고,
    상기 캐리어결합부(21)의 내측으로는 상기 걸림돌기(19)가 맞닿는 방지돌기(26)가 형성되어 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고리걸이형 고리캐리어가 구비된 용기.
