일반적으로 어떤 물품을 포장하는 상자에는 운반 편의성을 도모하기 위하여 여러 가지 형태의 손잡이가 마련된다. 예컨대 실용신안 등록공보 제20-0267948호(2002년 03월 02일)에는 양쪽 가장자리 하면에 접착제가 도포되어 있는 띠 형태의 수지 밴드를 구비하고, 통상적인 종이 박스의 양쪽 측면 상단에 상기 수지 밴드의 양단을 부착하여 손잡이로 사용하도록 구성된 접착식 상자 손잡이가 제안되어 있다. 이러한 접착식 손잡이는 사용자가 필요할 때 용이하게 박스에 붙여서 사용할 수 있고, 저렴하게 제작하여 제공할 수 있는 장점이 있으나, 상기 손잡이가 항상 상자 밖으로 노출되어 있어서 손잡이를 사용하지 않을 때는 손잡이가 거추장스러운 불편함이 있다.

본 고안에 따른 수납형 상자 손잡이는 통상적인 포장상자의 일측 모서리에 수납슬릿부를 형성하고, 상기 포장상자의 일면에 상기 손잡이의 접착부를 부착한 다음, 상기 수납슬릿부 속으로 상기 손잡이의 경사지지부를 삽입하는 방법으로 간단히 설치할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

상기 세움지지부(22)와 상기 경사지지부(23) 내에는 각각 사용자가 손가락을 집어넣어 손잡이(20)를 편리하게 파지 할 수 있도록 손잡이공(24a,24b)이 천공(穿孔)되어 있다. 상기 손잡이공(24a,24b)의 형상은 특별한 제한은 없으나, 도 2 내지 도 4에서 보는 바와 같이, 사각형 구조로 이루어진 것이 바람직하다.
마지막으로 상기 걸림턱(25)은 상기 경사지지부(23)의 끝단에서 양쪽으로 확장되어 상기 경사지지부(23)가 상기 수납슬릿부(12) 밖으로 이탈되지 않도록 붙잡아 주는 기능을 한다.
본 고안에서 상기 경사지지부(23)의 길이는 상기 세움지지부(22)를 수직으로 일으켜 세웠을 때 상기 걸림턱(25)이 상기 수납슬릿부(12)의 양쪽 가장자리에 걸려서 상기 세움지지부(22)가 더 이상 뒤로 젖혀지지 않도록 지지하는 길이를 갖는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 세움지지부(22)에 형성된 손잡이공(24a)은 도 4에서 보는 바와 같이, 상기 접착부(21)의 일부와 외곽선이 서로 대응하도록 형성된 것이 바람직하다. 즉, 상기 세움지지부(22)에서 손잡이공(24a)을 오려낸 부분이 상기 접착부(21)의 일부가 되는 것이다.
또한, 상기 제2 접지선(F2)에는 상기 경사지지부(23)가 반원형으로 절개된 세움턱(26)이 형성되어 있는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 세움턱(26)은 사용자가 상기 수납슬릿부(12) 속에 수납되어 있는 경사지지부(23)를 보다 용이하게 빼낼 수 있도록 도와준다.
이하, 본 고안의 수납형 상자 손잡이의 설치방법 및 사용방법을 설명한다.
상기 수납형 상자 손잡이는 통상적인 포장상자(10)의 어느 한 평면(11)과 접하는 일측 모서리에 수납슬릿부(12)를 형성하고, 상기 평면(11)에 상기 손잡이(20)의 접착부(21)를 부착한 다음, 상기 손잡이(20)의 경사지지부(23)를 상기 수납슬릿부(12) 속으로 삽입하는 방법으로 간단히 설치할 수 있다.
그리고 손잡이(20)를 사용하고자 할 때는 도 2와 같이, 상기 경사지지부(23)를 수납슬릿부(12) 밖으로 빼내어 상기 세움지지부(22)를 수직으로 일으켜 세운다. 이렇게 하면, 상기 경사지지부(23)는 상단이 세움지지부(22)의 상단이 연결되고, 그 하단의 걸림턱(25)이 상기 수납슬릿부(12)의 양쪽 가장자리에 걸려 지지되어 있기 때문에 전체적으로 활처럼 둥글게 휘어진 상태로 세움지지부(22)를 지지하게 된다.
따라서 사용자가 경사지지부(23)를 수납슬릿부(12) 속으로 다시 밀어 넣지 않는 한, 상기 세움지지부(22)와 경사지지부(23)가 서로 탄성을 가진 상태로 지탱하면서 견고한 손잡이 구조를 형성한다.
그리고 손잡이(20)를 사용하지 않을 때는 도 3과 같이, 상기 경사지지부(23)를 수납슬릿부(12) 속으로 밀어 넣고, 상기 세움지지부(22)를 눕혀서 포장상자(10)의 평면(11) 위에 밀착시켜 둔다. 따라서, 상기 포장상자(10)를 적재하여도 상기 손잡이(20)가 아무런 장애를 주지 않는다.
본 고안에 따른 손잡이(20)는 포장상자(10)와 동일한 소재를 사용할 수도 있고, 필요에 따라 본 고안의 목적을 달성할 수 있는 범위 내에서 적절할 소재를 선택하여 사용할 수도 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 적어도 하나의 평면(11)을 가지며, 상기 평면(11)과 접하는 일측 모서리에 소정 길이(L1) 만큼 절개된 수납슬릿부(12)가 형성되어 있는 포장상자(10)와;
    상기 평면(11) 위에 부착되는 접착부(21)와, 제1 접지선(F1)을 경계로 하여 상기 접착부(21)와 연결되어 있으며 상기 수납슬릿부(12)와 제1 접지선(F1) 사이의 이격 거리(L2)와 같은 길이만큼 연장되어 있는 세움지지부(22)와, 제2 접지선(F2)을 경계로 하여 상기 세움지지부(22)의 상단에 연결되어 있고 상기 수납슬릿부(12)의 길이(L1)와 같은 폭을 가지면서 상기 세움지지부(22)의 회전 각도에 따라 상기 수납슬릿부(12) 속으로 비스듬히 출입하는 경사지지부(23)와, 상기 세움지지부(22)와 상기 경사지지부(23) 내에 각각 천공(穿孔)되어 있는 손잡이공(24a,24b)과, 상기 경사지지부(23)의 끝단에서 양쪽으로 확장되어 상기 경사지지부(23)가 상기 수납슬릿부(12) 밖으로 이탈되지 않도록 붙잡아 주는 걸림턱(25)을 포함하는 손잡이(20);
    로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수납형 상자 손잡이.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경사지지부(23)의 길이는 상기 세움지지부(22)를 수직으로 세웠을 때 상기 걸림턱(25)이 상기 수납슬릿부(12)의 양쪽 가장자리에 걸려서 더 이상 뒤로 젖혀지지 않도록 지지하는 길이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 수납형 상자 손잡이.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 세움지지부(22)에 형성된 손잡이공(24a)은 상기 접착부(21)의 일부와 외곽선이 서로 대응하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수납형 상자 손잡이.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 접지선(F2)에는 상기 경사지지부(23)가 반원형으로 절개된 세움턱(26)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수납형 상자 손잡이.
