Description
現金に代わる代金支払方法としては、いわゆる後払い形式のクレジット・カードや先払い形式のプリペイド・カードが存在している。
本発明の目的は、遊技場においても利用可能な、現金決済と同様の新たな電子決済方式を提供することにある。
本発明の第1の態様は、ユーザ口座、決済事業者口座、及び遊技場事業者口座の間で金銭を振り替えることが可能な収納ネットワーク(例えば、日本で運営されている、マルチペイメントネットワーク(例えば、http://www.jampa.gr.jp/pub/ 参照)に対して、通信網を介してこれら口座間の振替を要求することが可能な電子決済サーバと、前記電子決済サーバと通信網を介して通信可能な店舗内サーバと、前記店舗内サーバと通信可能な有価価値提供装置(例えば、玉貸し機、サンドマシン、プリペイド・カード発券機など)と、前記店舗内サーバと通信網を介して通信可能であると共に前記有価価値提供装置と通信可能な移動体通信端末(例えば、非接触型ICカードを搭載した携帯電話機)とを有する電子決済システムとして提案される。

[1.電子決済システムの構成例]
図1は電子決済システムの一例を示すネットワーク図である。
この図に示す例においては、電子決済システム1は、電子決済サーバ10と、移動体通信端末20と、有価価値提供装置30と、店舗内サーバ31を有している。
図1に戻り、電子決済システム1の構成例の説明を続ける。
以下、上記の電子決済システム1の各構成要素について説明する。
有価価値提供装置30は、ユーザが移動体通信端末20を用いて電子決済を行った対価として、なんらかの有価価値(金銭と交換して購入できる有体物、無体物をいうものとする)をユーザに提供する装置である。有価価値提供装置30は、例えば、遊技場の玉貸し機、メダル貸し出し装置、CAT端末装置などである。なお、本実施の形態における有価価値提供装置30は、玉貸し機やメダル貸出機のような有価価値を直接ユーザに提供する装置である必要はなく、例えば、デビット・カードのCAT端末のように、電子決済は可能である旨を遊技場(店舗)側に通知して、遊技場側に品物などをユーザに引き渡させるなどの間接的にユーザに有価価値を提供する装置も含む。
次に、図3を参照しながら移動体通信端末20について説明する。移動体通信端末20は、電子決済サーバ10及び/又は収納ネットワーク40と通信網50を介して通信可能であるとともに、近距離通信手段を用いて有価価値提供装置30とも通信可能な端末装置である。また、移動体通信端末20は、通信網50を介して店舗内サーバ31と通信可能であってもよい。
端末側近距離通信部201は、提供装置側近距離通信部303と通信を行う機能を有し、例えばICカード用チップ及びアンテナである。
入力部204は、支払要求生成部202、振替要求生成部207などにユーザの指示
を電気信号に変えて渡す機能を有し、例えば携帯電話機のキー、タッチペンとタッチパネル、ポインティングデバイスである。
図2に戻り、電子決済システム1の構成要素の説明を続ける。
電子決済システム1は、その中核となる構成要素として電子決済サーバ10を有している。電子決済サーバ10は、演算処理装置(CPU)、主メモリ(RAM)、読出し専用メモリ(ROM)、入出力装置(I/O)、必要な場合にはハードディスク装置等の外部記憶装置を具備している装置であって、例えばコンピュータ、ワークステーションなどの情報処理装置である。前記ROM、若しくはハードディスク装置などに情報処理装置を電子決済サーバ10として機能させるためのプログラム、又は電子決済方法をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラムが記憶されており、このプログラムを主メモリ上に載せ、CPUがこれを実行することにより電子決済サーバ10が実現され、若しくは電子決済方法が実行される。また、上記プログラムは必ずしも情報処理装置内の記憶装置に記憶されていなくともよく、外部の装置(例えば、ASP(アプリケーション・サービス・プロバイダのサーバなど))から提供され、これを主メモリに乗せる構成であってもよい。さらに、この電子決済サーバ10は単体の装置で構成されていてもよいし、複数の装置をネットワークにより結合して構成されるものでもよい。電子決済サーバ10は、一箇所に全ての機能を集約したセンター構成であってもよいし、また、機能ごとに分割し、分散処理可能な分散サーバ構成であってもよい。
図5Aに示す電子決済サーバ10は、ネットワーク通信処理部401と、支払要求処理部402と、データベース部403と、振替要求処理部404と、精算処理部405と、遊技情報更新部406とを有している。なお、これら各部はプログラムを記憶した記憶装置、及びこのプログラムを実行するCPUなどによって実現される構成要素である。
ユーザテーブル600に格納される情報は、ユーザが電子決済サーバ10にユーザ登録する際に、電子決済サーバ10に入力される。
図9は、データベース部403に記憶される遊技場事業者保有金額データ900の構成例である。遊技場事業者保有金額データ900は、電子決済システム1に登録される遊技場事業者ごとに一つのレコード901を有するデータである。各レコード901は、遊技場事業者ID902と、電子決済システム1が遊技場事業者口座43へ振込む分の金額である保有金額を格納する保有金額903とを有している。保有金額903に格納される値は、店舗内サーバ31を経由した有価価値提供装置30の利用によりユーザから支払われた分だけ増加し、収納ネットワーク40を利用した遊技場事業者口座43への振込額分だけ減少するように書き換えされる。
図5Aに戻り、電子決済サーバ10の構成例の説明を続ける。
図5Aに示した例では、電子決済サーバ10は一つのサーバ装置で実現されるように図示したが、もちろん電子決済サーバ10はこのようなサーバ装置による構成に限定されるものではない。
電子決済システム1の構成例の説明を続ける。次に、店舗内サーバ31について説明する。
図1に示したように、電子決済システム1は店舗内サーバ31を有している。店舗内サーバ31は、演算処理装置(CPU)、主メモリ(RAM)、読出し専用メモリ(ROM)、入出力装置(I/O)、必要な場合にはハードディスク装置等の外部記憶装置を具備している装置であって、例えばコンピュータ、ワークステーションなどの情報処理装置である。前記ROM、若しくはハードディスク装置などに情報処理装置を店舗内サーバ31として機能させるためのプログラム、又は電子決済方法をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラムが記憶されており、このプログラムを主メモリ上に載せ、CPUがこれを実行することにより店舗内サーバ31が実現され、若しくは電子決済方法が実行される。また、上記プログラムは必ずしも情報処理装置内の記憶装置に記憶されていなくともよく、外部の装置(例えば、ASP(アプリケーション・サービス・プロバイダのサーバなど))から提供され、これを主メモリに乗せる構成であってもよい。さらに、この店舗内サーバ31は単体の装置で構成されていてもよいし、複数の装置をネットワークにより結合して構成される装置群であってもよい。
以下、図5Cを参照しながら店舗内サーバ31について説明する。図5Cは、店舗内サーバ31の構成例を示す機能ブロック図である。
図1に戻り、本実施の形態にかかる電子決済システム1の構成要素の説明を再開する。
通信網50は、有線・無線、専用回線・交換回線を問わず、これに接続されている装置がそれぞれ目的とする装置に対しセッションを確立したときにその装置間での情報の送受を可能とするように作用する。通信網50は、インターネットのように、ゲートウエイを介して複数のネットワークが組み合わされて実現しても構わない。また、その接続についてもいわゆるバックボーンといわれる基幹線に直接接続せずとも、PPP接続などによって一時的に接続してあっても、セッションを確立したときにその間で情報の送受ができるようになっていれば構わない。なお、上記「通信網」は専用回線を固定的に張りめぐらせたような、交換機、スイッチ、ルータなど経路切り替え手段を用いない通信網も含むものとする。
図1に示す電子決済システム1の構成例は、移動体通信端末20として携帯電話を用いた場合を想定している。そのため、移動体通信端末20である携帯電話はまず基地局60に無線回線で接続し、この基地局60から移動体通信網70及びゲートウエイ80を介して、電子決済サーバ10が接続している通信網50に接続するものとして図示した。しかし、移動体通信端末20が直接通信網50に接続できるのであれば、移動体通信端末20は移動体通信網70、或いはゲートウエイ80を介さずとも電子決済サーバ10に接続してよい。例えば、移動体通信端末20が無線LAN接続機能を有する場合には、移動体通信網70、及びゲートウエイ80を介して通信を行う必要はなくなる。例えば、移動体通信端末20は通信網50に接続されたホットスポット(無線LAN端末)にアクセすることにより、通信網50に接続する構成であっても、本発明は成立する。
[1.7.収納ネットワーク]
次に、上記電子決済システム1の動作について図11以下を参照しながら説明する。図11は、上記電子決済システム1の動作例を示す図であって、ユーザが移動体通信端末20を用いて電子決済システム1にユーザ登録を行う場合の、電子決済システム1の動作例を示したシーケンス図である。
また、店舗内サーバ31は、ユーザ預かり金データ562を有しているが、この時点では、このユーザに対応するレコード562Aは生成されていない。
まず、ユーザが本電子決済システム1を利用して、有価価値提供装置30による有価価値の提供を受けようとしたものとする。
有価価値をユーザに提供した有価価値提供装置30は、店舗内サーバ31に提供の実行が完了したことを通知する提供完了メッセージを送信する(S307)。
自動起動(S401)すると、精算処理部405は各店舗内サーバ31に宛てて消費金額問い合わせメッセージを送信する(S402)。
図19Aは、消費金額クリア処理(S405)及び保有金額更新処理(S406)終了時点の記憶内容を示す図である。
収納ネットワーク40に記憶されているユーザ口座41,決済事業者口座42,及び遊技場事業者口座43についてはこの時点では変更はない。
次に、本発明の第2の実施の形態について説明する。
第1の実施の形態にかかる電子決済システム1は、ユーザが預かり金を消費するのに応じて、決済事業者口座42から遊技場事業者口座43に振替を行うのに対して、第2の実施の形態は、ユーザが電子決済サーバ10に対して振替を依頼した時点で、決済事業者口座42から遊技場事業者口座43に振替を行う点で異なる。従って、第2の実施の形態にかかる電子決済システム1は、収納ネットワーク40を利用した振替処理回数を、より少ない回数とすることができる。
第2の実施の形態にかかる電子決済システム1の構成は、基本的に第1の実施の形態と同様であるので、これらの詳細な説明は省略する。
次に、第2の実施の形態にかかる電子決済システムの動作例について説明する。
第2の実施の形態にかかる電子決済システム1は、ユーザが所望の店舗内サーバ31の管理下にある有価価値提供装置30から有価価値の提供を受けようとする場合、そのための振替要求を電子決済サーバ10に送信した時点で、ユーザ口座41から決済事業者口座42に振替が行われると共に,決済事業者口座42から遊技場事業者口座43に振替が行われる。ユーザが有価価値提供装置30を利用した額に応じて決済事業者口座42から遊技場事業者口座43に振替が行われる第1の実施の形態とは、この点で異なっている。
第2の実施の形態においては、電子決済サーバ10は、前述の通りユーザ保有金額データ700、遊技場事業者保有金額データ900を記憶する必要はない。
(1)有価価値提供装置30に設けた液晶ディスプレイなどにQRコードなどを表示しておき、移動体通信端末20にCCDカメラを利用したバーコードリーダを設けてバーコードの読み取りを行わせることにより、提供装置側近距離通信部303及び端末側近距離通信部201の代わりとしてもよい。この場合はバーコードが示す情報がそのまま機器IDとなればよい。
(1)ユーザにとっての利点
遊技場において使用可能な、現金以外の決済方法となるため、遊技場において手持ちの現金がなくなった後でも、簡易な決済行為(移動体通信端末20を有価価値提供装置30にかざす程度の簡単な入力操作を行う処理)で遊技媒体(貸し玉、貸しメダル)の購入、商品の購入などが可能となる。
また、電子決済サーバ10が取得する利用状況情報に基づいた、情報配信を受けることも可能であり、より多彩なサービスを受けることが期待できる。
遊技した結果手持ち現金がなくなったユーザであっても、本電子決済システムによりさらに遊技媒体の購入ができるので遊技機の稼働率が高まり、またそのようなユーザが店舗内で買い物等をしてくれる可能性も高まるので、遊技場の売り上げ向上が期待できる。同時に、利用者が、どの遊技機でどの程度遊技したのかを示す情報も得られることから、この情報を基に、遊技機の稼動状況の詳細を知ることができ、利用者の好みも知ることが可能であり、マーケティング情報として活用も可能である。
本電子決済システムを利用した場合には、店舗内で取り扱う現金は増加しないため、入金管理が容易になると共に現金の保安管理も向上する。
決済事業者は、本電子決済システムを運営することにより、ユーザである遊技者の遊技状況を把握することが可能となり、遊技機の開発、販売、営業などで参照するデータを蓄積できる。また、遊技場事業者に対する振込回数がユーザ振込要求につき1回と限られるため、電子決済サーバの不可が少なくまた、振込手数料の低減を図ることができる。

Claims (9)
- ユーザ口座、決済事業者口座、及び遊技場事業者口座の間で金銭を振り替えることが可能な収納ネットワークに対して、通信網を介してこれら口座間の振替を要求することが可能な電子決済サーバと、前記電子決済サーバと通信網を介して通信可能な店舗内サーバと、前記店舗内サーバと通信可能な有価価値提供装置と、前記店舗内サーバと通信網を介して通信可能であると共に前記有価価値提供装置と通信可能な移動体通信端末とを有する電子決済システムであって、
前記電子決済サーバは、ユーザごとに各店舗内サーバで使用可能な金額であるユーザ保有金額を記憶し、ユーザが指定する振替金額に応じたユーザ振替金額をそのユーザのユーザ口座から前記決済事業者口座へ振り替えるよう要求する振替要求メッセージを前記収納ネットワークに送信し、また前記ユーザ振替金額をユーザ保有金額に加算し、そのユーザ振替金額を通知するユーザ預かり金処理要求メッセージを前記店舗内サーバに送信し、
前記店舗内サーバは、前記ユーザ預かり金処理要求メッセージに応じて、ユーザからの預かり金を示す預かり金を算出して記憶し、
前記移動体通信端末は、前記有価価値提供装置からその有価価値提供装置を特定する機器特定情報を取得し、前記機器特定情報を含む支払要求メッセージを生成し、この支払要求メッセージを前記店舗内サーバに送信し、
前記店舗内サーバは、前記移動体通信端末からの支払要求メッセージに応じて、前記機器特定情報によって特定された有価価値提供装置に有価価値の提供を指示する提供指示メッセージを送信し、且つ前記ユーザ預かり金から、有価価値の提供の代金であるユーザ支払金額に応じた額を減算すると共に、そのユーザの消費金額に前記ユーザ支払金額に応じた額を加算し、その消費金額を通知する消費金額通知メッセージを前記電子決済サーバに送信し、
前記有価価値提供装置は、前記店舗内サーバから提供指示メッセージを受信すると、前記ユーザ支払金額に応じた有価価値を提供し、
前記電子決済サーバは、前記消費金額通知メッセージに応じて、消費金額を遊技場事業者保有金額に加算し、前記収納ネットワークに前記決済事業者口座から前記遊技場事業者口座に遊技場事業者保有金額に応じた金額を振り替えるよう要求する振替依頼メッセージを前記収納ネットワークに送信する
ことを特徴とする、電子決済システム。 - ユーザ口座、決済事業者口座、及び遊技場事業者口座の間で金銭を振り替えることが可能な収納ネットワークに対して、通信網を介してこれら口座間の振替を要求することが可能な電子決済サーバであって、
ユーザごとに各店舗内サーバで使用可能な金額であるユーザ保有金額と、各遊技場事業者の遊技場事業者保有金額とを記憶する記憶手段と、
ユーザが指定する振替額に応じたユーザ振替金額をそのユーザのユーザ口座から前記決済事業者口座へ振り替えるよう要求する振替要求メッセージを前記収納ネットワークに送信し、また前記ユーザ振替金額を前記ユーザ保有金額に加算し、そのユーザ保有金額を通知するユーザ預かり金処理要求メッセージを送信するための振替要求処理部と、
ユーザが有価価値の提供の代金として支払う金額の合計である消費金額を通知する消費金額通知メッセージに応じて、消費金額を前記遊技場事業者保有金額に加算し、前記収納ネットワークに前記決済事業者口座から前記遊技場事業者口座に遊技場事業者保有金額に応じた金額を振り替えるよう要求する振替依頼メッセージを前記収納ネットワークに送信するための精算処理手段と
を有することを特徴とする電子決済サーバ。 - ユーザ口座、決済事業者口座、及び遊技場事業者口座の間で金銭を振り替えることが可能な収納ネットワークに対して、通信網を介してこれら口座間の振替を要求することが可能な電子決済サーバと通信網を介して通信可能な店舗内サーバであって、
各ユーザの預かり金と、消費金額を記憶する記憶手段と、
前記電子決済サーバから送信されたユーザ預かり金処理要求メッセージに応じて、預かり金を算出して記憶させる預かり金処理手段と、
有価価値の提供の代金であるユーザ支払金額の支払を求める支払要求メッセージを受信すると、前記預かり金からユーザ支払金額に応じた額を減算すると共に、前記消費金額に前記ユーザ支払金額に応じた額を加算する支払要求処理手段と、
前記預かり金からユーザ支払金額を減算した結果に応じて、有価価値の提供を指示する提供指示メッセージを送信する提供指示手段と、
前記電子決済サーバに消費金額を通知する消費金額通知メッセージを送信する精算処理手段と
を有することを特徴とする店舗内サーバ。 - 有価価値提供装置と近距離通信手段による通信を行うことによって、有価価値提供装置からその有価価値提供装置を特定する機器特定情報を取得し、前記機器特定情報を含む支払要求メッセージを生成し、この支払要求メッセージを店舗内サーバに送信して、前記店舗内サーバに、有価価値の提供の代金であるユーザ支払金額に応じた有価価値の提供を前記有価価値提供装置に指示させる、ことを特徴とする移動体通信端末。
- ユーザが指定した振替金額をユーザ口座から決済事業者口座へ振り替えるよう収納ネットワークに要求する振替依頼メッセージを送信するステップと、
前記振替金額に応じた額であるユーザ振替金額を前記ユーザ保有金額に加算して記憶させるステップと、
前記ユーザ保有金額を通知するユーザ預かり金メッセージを送信するステップと、
前記ユーザ預かり金メッセージを受信し、このユーザ預かり金メッセージに応じて預かり金を算出して記憶させるステップと、
有価価値提供装置と近距離通信手段による通信を行うことにより取得されるその有価価値提供装置を特定する機器特定情報を含む支払要求メッセージを受信するステップと、
前記支払要求メッセージに応じて、有価価値の提供の代金であるユーザ支払額の合計である消費金額を算出して記憶させるステップと、
前記預かり金と消費金額とが所定の条件を満たす場合は、前記支払要求メッセージに応じて、前記機器特定情報によって特定される有価価値提供装置にユーザ支払金額に応じた有価価値の提供を指示する提供指示メッセージを送信するステップと、
前記消費金額を通知するための消費金額通知メッセージを送信するステップと、
前記消費金額通知メッセージに応じて、前記消費金額に応じた額を遊技場事業者保有金額に加算して、記憶させるステップと、
前記遊技場事業者保有金額に応じた額を前記決済事業者口座から前記遊技場事業者口座へ振り替えるように前記収納ネットワークに要求する振替依頼メッセージを送信するステップと
を有することを特徴とする電子決済方法。 - ユーザ口座、決済事業者口座、及び遊技場事業者口座の間で金銭を振り替えることが可能な収納ネットワークに対して、通信網を介してこれら口座間の振替を要求することが可能な電子決済サーバと、前記電子決済サーバと通信網を介して通信可能な店舗内サーバと、前記店舗内サーバと通信可能な有価価値提供装置と、前記店舗内サーバと通信網を介して通信可能であると共に前記有価価値提供装置と通信可能な移動体通信端末とを有する電子決済システムであって、
前記電子決済サーバは、ユーザが指定する振替金額に応じたユーザ振替金額を前記ユーザ口座から前記決済事業者口座へ振り替えるよう要求する振替要求メッセージを前記収納ネットワークに送信し、且つ前記ユーザ振替金額に応じた金額を前記決済事業者口座から前記遊技事業者口座へ振り替えるよう要求する振替要求メッセージを前記収納ネットワークに送信し、また前記ユーザ振替金額を通知するユーザ預かり金処理要求メッセージを前記店舗内サーバに送信し、
前記店舗内サーバは、前記ユーザ預かり金処理要求メッセージに応じて、ユーザからの預かり金を示すユーザ預かり金を算出して記憶し、
前記移動体通信端末は、前記有価価値提供装置からその有価価値提供装置を特定する機器特定情報を取得し、前記機器特定情報を含む支払要求メッセージを生成し、この支払要求メッセージを前記店舗内サーバに送信し、
前記店舗内サーバは、前記移動体通信端末からの支払要求メッセージに応じて、前記機器特定情報によって特定された有価価値提供装置に有価価値の提供を指示する提供指示メッセージを送信し、
前記有価価値提供装置は、前記店舗内サーバから提供指示メッセージを受信すると、有価価値の提供の代金であるユーザ支払金額に応じた有価価値を提供する
ことを特徴とする、電子決済システム。 - ユーザ口座、決済事業者口座、及び遊技場事業者口座の間で金銭を振り替えることが可能な収納ネットワークに対して、通信網を介してこれら口座間の振替を要求することが可能な電子決済サーバであって、ユーザが指定する振替額に応じたユーザ振替金額を前記ユーザ口座から前記決済事業者口座へ振り替えるよう要求する振替要求メッセージを前記収納ネットワークに送信し、且つユーザ振替金額に応じた金額を前記決済事業者口座から前記遊技事業者口座へ振り替えるよう要求する振替要求メッセージを前記収納ネットワークに送信し、且つ前記ユーザ振替金額を通知するユーザ預かり金処理要求メッセージを送信することを特徴とする電子決済サーバ。
- ユーザ口座、決済事業者口座、及び遊技場事業者口座の間で金銭を振り替えることが可能な収納ネットワークに対して、通信網を介してこれら口座間の振替を要求することが可能な電子決済サーバと通信網を介して通信可能な店舗内サーバであって、
各ユーザの預かり金と、消費金額を記憶する記憶手段と、
前記電子決済サーバから送信されたユーザ預かり金処理要求メッセージに応じて、預かり金を算出して記憶させる預かり金処理手段と、
有価価値の提供の代金であるユーザ支払金額の支払を求める支払要求メッセージを受信すると、前記預かり金からユーザ支払金額を減算して記憶させる支払要求処理手段と、
前記預かり金からユーザ支払金額を減算した結果に応じて、有価価値の提供を指示する提供指示メッセージを送信する提供指示手段と、
を有することを特徴とする店舗内サーバ。 - ユーザが指定した振替金額に応じた額であるユーザ振替金額をユーザ口座から決済事業者口座へ振り替えるよう収納ネットワークに要求する振替依頼メッセージを送信するステップと、
ユーザ振替金額に応じた金額を前記決済事業者口座から前記遊技事業者口座へ振り替えるよう要求する振替要求メッセージを前記収納ネットワークに送信するステップと、
前記振替金額に応じた額であるユーザ預かり金を通知するユーザ預かり金メッセージを送信するステップと、
前記ユーザ預かり金メッセージを受信し、このユーザ預かり金メッセージに応じて預かり金を算出して記憶させるステップと、
有価価値提供装置と近距離通信手段による通信を行うことにより取得されるその有価価値提供装置を特定する機器特定情報を含む支払要求メッセージを受信するステップと、
前記支払要求メッセージに応じて、有価価値の提供の代金であるユーザ支払金額の合計である消費金額を算出して記憶させるステップと、
前記預かり金と消費金額とが所定の条件を満たす場合は、前記支払要求メッセージに応じて、前記有価価値提供装置に前記ユーザ支払金額に応じた有価価値の提供を指示する提供指示メッセージを送信するステップと、
を有することを特徴とする電子決済方法。
