次に、図12に示されるように、用紙100は、第2折り目F2を先頭にして、第1折りローラ51と第2折りローラ52とによって矢印X1方向へ搬送される。このとき、突き出し部材71は「ガイド位置」へ戻っている。それ故、用紙100の折り片101の内縁111は、突き出し部材71の曲面部712に沿って矢印X1方向へ円滑に搬送される。また、各ローラ51、61、52、62の回転方向は、第1用紙折り機構12の場合と同じである。
図13は、上述した作動を模式的に示している。すなわち、第1用紙折り機構12では、(A)に示されるように、第1折り目F1に対して突き出し部材71が作動し、第2用紙折り機構22では、(B)に示されるように、第2折り目F2に対して突き出し部材71が作動し、その結果、(C)に示されるように、「ゲート折り」された用紙100が得られている。
上記構成の第1用紙折り機構12によれば、次のような効果を発揮できる。
(1)搬送作動において、用紙100が、第1折りローラ51と第1搬送ローラ61とによって挟まれて、更には、第2折りローラ52と第2搬送ローラ62とによって挟まれて、搬送されるので、用紙100を正確な位置まで搬送できる。したがって、第1折り目F1を、突き出し部材71の位置に正確に設定できる。
(1)搬送作動において、用紙100が、第1折りローラ51と第1搬送ローラ61とによって挟まれて、更には、第2折りローラ52と第2搬送ローラ62とによって挟まれて、搬送されるので、用紙100を正確な位置まで搬送できる。したがって、第2折り目F2を、突き出し部材71の位置に正確に設定できる。
(1)2個の用紙折り機構12、22を備えているので、第1折り目F1及び第2折り目F2にて確実に折り加工を実行できる。
(1)図14は「Z折り」形態の折り加工を示している。この場合には、第1折り目F1が搬送方向下流側のL/3の位置に設定されており、第2折り目F2が搬送方向上流側のL/3の位置に設定されている。
Claims (3)
- 用紙を搬送しながら折り目にて折り加工するための、用紙折り機構において、
第1折りローラ及び第2折りローラと、第1搬送ローラ及び第2搬送ローラと、突き出し部材と、制御部と、を備えており、
第1折りローラ及び第2折りローラは、用紙を、折り目を先頭にして挟み込んで、第1方向へ通過させるように、設けられており、
第1折りローラ及び第1搬送ローラは、用紙を、挟んで、第1方向に対して直交した第2方向に搬送するように、設けられており、
第2折りローラ及び第2搬送ローラは、用紙を、挟んで、第2方向及びその逆方向の内の任意の一方向に搬送するように、設けられており、
突き出し部材は、第1搬送ローラ及び第2搬送ローラによって搬送されてきた用紙の折り目を、第1方向へ突き出して、第1折りローラと第2折りローラとの間に送り込むように、設けられており、搬送されてきた用紙に接触しない、待機位置と、搬送されてきた用紙の折り目を、突き出して、第1折りローラと第2折りローラとの間に送り込む、送り込み位置と、搬送される用紙を第1折りローラと第2折りローラとの間に案内する、ガイド位置と、の間で、移動可能に設けられており、
制御部は、送り込み作動時においては、突き出し部材を送り込み位置へ移動させるとともに、上記各ローラを、用紙の折り目が第1方向へ進むように回転させ、また、折り作動時においては、突き出し部材をガイド位置へ移動させるとともに、上記各ローラを、用紙の折り目が第1方向へ進むように回転させるようになっている、ことを特徴とする用紙折り機構。 - 突き出し部材が、用紙の折り目を第1折りローラと第2折りローラとの間に入り込ませるための尖端部と、尖端部の両側において、第1方向とは逆方向に、傾斜するように拡がった、曲面部と、を有している、請求項1記載の用紙折り機構。
- 少なくとも2個の請求項1記載の用紙折り機構を、用紙を連続して折り加工可能なように、上下に並んで、備えている、用紙折り装置であって、
上の用紙折り機構を有する上装置部が、下の用紙折り機構を有する下装置部に対して、開閉可能に設けられており、
下装置部の用紙折り機構は、上装置部が下装置部に対して開かれると、露出するように、設けられており、
上装置部は、下装置部から、上方に向けて常時付勢されており、
上装置部は、下装置部から延びた留め具に引っ掛けられて下装置部に対して閉じられるようになっている、ことを特徴とする用紙折り装置。
