Claims (13)
- 통상 버티컬 블라인드 구조를 가지는 버티컬 블라인드에 있어서,망사 구조를 가지는 일정 면적의 커튼부(10)와,상기 커튼부(10)와 같은 높이를 가지고, 차광 구조를 가지는 일정 폭의 직물루버(20)가 일체로 제직되어 구성하되,상기 각 직물루버(20)는, 길이 방향의 일단을 따라 커튼부(10)와 제직으로 일체되게 일체부(30)를 형성하면서, 커튼부(10)의 폭 방향을 따라 다수개 형성되어, 상기 커튼부(10)와 직물루버(20)가 제직으로 일체된 구조를 가지고, 방염 처리된 블라인드부(50)를 구성하여,상기 블라인드부(50)의 각 직물루버(20) 상단을 통상의 버티컬 블라인드 구조에 각각 고정하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 제직으로 일체된 버티컬 블라인드.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 커튼부(10) 및 일체부(30)의 위사에는 고무사가 합사되어,블라인드부의 주름 발생을 방지함을 특징으로 하는 제직으로 일체된 버티컬 블라인드.
- 커튼부(10)와, 상기 커튼부(10)와 같은 높이를 가진 직물루버(20)를 제직으로 일체로 제직하되, 상기 각 직물루버(20)는 길이 방향의 양쪽 가장자리를 따라 커튼부(10)와 제직으로 일체되는 일체부(30)가 형성되어, 커튼부(10)와 직물루버(20) 사이에는 공간을 형성하는 방법으로, 상기 커튼부(10)에 다수개의 직물루버(20)를 일체된 구조의 블라인드부(50)을 제직하는 블라인드부 제직 공정(S1);상기 제직된 블라인드부(50)를 텐터기로 통과하여, 블라인드부(50) 열고정하고, 폭을 맞추는 폭 세팅 공정(S2);상기 폭 세팅된 블라인드부(50)를 사용할 크기로 절단하고, 각 직물루버(20)의 길이 방향의 한 가장자리를 따라 절단하면서, 각 직물루버(20)의 길이 방향을 따라 일단이 커튼부(10)와 분리되어 트이도록 하고, 커튼부 및 직물루버(20)의 올 풀림을 방지하도록 마감하는 절단 및 마감 공정(S3);상기 마감한 블라인드부(50)의 각 직물루버(20)를 통상 버티컬 블라인드 구조 조립하는 조립 공정(S4)으로 버티컬 블라인드를 완성하여,채광이 용이함을 특징으로 하는 제직으로 일체된 버티컬 블라인드의 제조 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 블라인드부 제직 공정(S1)에서 직물루버(20)의 커튼부(10)는 망사로 제직하여,통풍이 용이함을 특징으로 하는 제직으로 일체된 버티컬 블라인드의 제조 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 커튼부(10)와 직물루버(20)를 경사는, 굵기 50∼150D의 합성섬유 실로 구성하고,상기 커튼부(10)를 형성하는 위사는 저융점 섬유 실로 형성되며, 그 굵기는 50∼150D로 구성하며,상기 직물루버(20)를 구성하는 위사는, 굵기 50∼150D의 저융점 섬유 실과, 280∼350D 굵기의 합성 섬유 실로 구성하고,상기 일체부(30)를 구성하는 위사는 굵기 50∼150D의 저융점 섬유 실과, 280∼350D 굵기의 합성 섬유 실로 구성하고,상기 블라인드부(50)에 사용되는 저융점 섬유는 그 융점이 170 내지 220℃인 것이 사용되어,블라인드부의 형태를 유지하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 제직으로 일체된 버티컬 블라인드의 제조 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 커튼부(10) 및 일체부(30)의 위사에는 고무사가 합사되어,블라인드부의 주름 발생을 방지함을 특징으로 하는 일체된 버티컬 블라인드의 제조 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 블라인드부 제직 공정(S1)에서, 상기 각 일체부(30)를 사이에 둔 커튼부(10)와 직물루버(20)는 공급된 경사와 위사에 의해 동시에 제직되며, 그 중 커튼부(10)는 공급된 경사와 위사에 의해 제직하고, 직물루버(20′)의 위사 공급을 중단하여 경사가 드러나도록 하는 커팅 구간(C)을 형성하며,상기 절단 및 마감 공정(S3)에서, 상기 커팅 구간(C)의 드러난 경사를 샤링하여 제거하여,블라인드부의 제작이 용이함을 특징으로 하는 일체된 버티컬 블라인드의 제조 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 절단 및 마감 공정(S3)에서는, 직물루버(20)에 연결되어 이웃하는 양쪽 커튼부(10)를 겹쳐 박음 처리를 하여,블라인드의 심미성을 높임을 특징으로 하는 일체된 버티컬 블라인드의 제조 방법.
- 제 4항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 블라인드부 제직 공정(S1)에서, 블라인드부(50)는 경사와 위사에 의해 제직되되,상기 블라인드부(50)에 사용하는 경사는, A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K 및 L로 이루어지는 12가닥으로 반복되는 경사가 3개의 직물루버(20)에 걸쳐 3단계로 반복되는 패턴을 가지되,커튼부(10)에서는 12가닥 중에서, A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H의 경사가 사용되고, 직물루버(20)에서는 I, J, K, L의 경사가 사용되며, 일체부(30)에서는 A~H 경사가 사용되는 1단계;커튼부(10)에서는 E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L의 경사가 사용되고, 직물루버(20)에는 A, B, C, D의 경사가 사용되며, 일체부(30)에서는 A~H 경사가 사용되는 2단계;커튼부(10)에서는 A, B, C, D, I, J, K, L의 경사가 사용되며, 직물루버(20)에서는 E, F, G, H의 경사가 사용되며, 일체부(30)에서는 모든 경사, 일체부(30)에서는 A~H 경사가 사용되는 3단계;로 이루어져, 직물루버(20)가 ‘一’자 단면을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 제직으로 일체된 버티컬 블라인드의 제조 방법.
- 제 4항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 블라인드부 제직 공정(S1)에서는, 블라인드부(50)는 경사와 위사에 의해 제직되되,상기 블라인드부(50)에 사용하는 경사는, A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K 및 L로 이루어지는 12가닥으로 반복되는 경사가 3개의 직물루버(20)에 걸쳐 3단계로 반복되는 패턴을 가지며,직물루버(20)의 단면을 ‘’의 단면을 형성한 구조로 형성되어, 커튼부(10) 쪽의 전면부(21)와 그 타면의 후면부(22)를 구성하고, 후면부(22)와 결합부(23)가 함께 제직되는 결합부(23)를 구성하되,커튼부(10)에서는 12가닥 중에서, A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H의 경사를 사용하고, 일체부(30)에서는 A~H 경사를 사용하며, 직물루버(20)의 전면부(21)에서는 경사 I, J 가 사용되고, 직물루버(20)의 후면부(22)에서는 K, L이 사용되며, 직물루버(20)의 결합부(23)에서는 경사 I, J, K, L를 사용하는 1단계;커튼부(10)에서는 E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L의 경사가 사용되고, 일체부(30)에서는 A~H 경사를 사용하며, 직물루버(20)의 전면부(21)에서는 경사 A, B가 사용되고, 직물루버(20)의 후면부(22)에서는 C, D 가 사용되며, 직물루버(20)의 결합부(23)에서는 A, B, C, D를 사용하는 2단계;커튼부(10)에서는 A, B, C, D, I, J, K, L의 경사가 사용되며, 일체부(30)에서는 A~H 경사를 사용하며, 직물루버(20)의 전면부(21)에서는 경사 E, F가 사용되고, 직물루버(20)의 후면부(22)에서는G, H가 사용되며, 직물루버(20)의 결합부(23)에서는 경사E, F, G, H를 사용하는 3단계; 로 이루어지며,상기 조립 공정(S4)에서, 상기 커튼부(10)의 내부에 판형의 슬랫(40)이 인입하여,상기 직물루버의 형태 유지가 용이함을 특징으로 하는 제직으로 일체된 버티컬 블라인드의 제조 방법.
- 제 4항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,블라인드부 제직 공정(S1) 다음으로는,제직된 블라인드부(50)를 방염 처리하여,화재에 안전함을 특징으로 하는 제직으로 일체된 버티컬 블라인드의 제조 방법.
- 제 4항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 절단 및 마감 공정(S3)에서는,상기 블라인드부(50)에 그림이나 글자와 같은 문양을 형성하여,심미성을 높임을 특징으로 하는 제직으로 일체된 버티컬 블라인드의 제조 방법.
