Abstract

본 발명은 절삭공구용 다층경질 박막을 개시한다. 본 발명은 절삭공구 위에 조성비와 박막구조가 서로 상이한 하지층, 중간층, 최상층으로 구분하여 연속적으로 증착하여 고속절삭가공에서 발생될 수 있는 박리 및 공구 마모 현상을 최소화할 수 있는 절삭공구용 다층경질 박막을 제공한다.
