Abstract

微粒でありながら凝集の程度が低く、結晶性が高いチタン酸バリウムを容易に製造し得る方法を提供すること。下記の無定形微粒子粉末を空気中530℃以上700℃以下で加熱してチタン酸バリウムを得る第1の工程と、第1の工程で得られたチタン酸バリウムを、減圧下700℃以上1000℃以下で再加熱する第2の工程とを備えることを特徴とする。〔無定形微粒子粉末〕 チタン、バリウム、乳酸及び蓚酸を含み、BET比表面積が6m2/g以上で、Ba原子とTi原子のモル比(Ba/Ti)が0.98~1.02で、乳酸に由来する1120~1140cm-1及び1040~1060cm-1に赤外線吸収スペクトルピークを有することを特徴とする無定形微粒子粉末。
